They are one of the most successful US-based prog bands who have sold over a million albums worldwide. Right from the impressive first minutes of this album, Fates Warning proves itself to be one of those rare veteran bands capable of delivering new material as poignant and powerful as their many high points of the past. Fates Warning rose to international fame in the 1980s and was ranked as one of the early "flagship bands of progressive metal" along with Queensrÿche and Dream Theater, who were responsible for creating, developing and popularizing that genre.

"Man in Black may be the 38th album by country singer Johnny Cash, but it is definitely one of the most memorable albums in his discography. Man in Black is perhaps one of Cash's most political albums. The title refers to Cash's tendency to wear only black during his live shows. This was to reflect the turbulent times during the Vietnam War. This message is also reflected in the album's lyrics. The singles “Man in Black” and “Singin' in Viet Nam Talkin' Blues” can be seen as his most important protest songs. Both singles were successful on the Billboard Country charts. All this makes the album a unique milestone in his career and still a must for all Johnny Cash fans. Man in Black is available as a limited edition of 2500 individually numbered copies on crystal clear vinyl."

When I have been overwhelmed with the amount of work that I've been doing in the past years, I have decided that I needed a certain get away - a certain sacred space for me to pursue the reason why I actually signed up for this in the beginning. Music composing that love is!

Earlier this year , during a trip in African island group Cabo Verde, we went to this night excursion to the Viana desert. We have taken some random photos shot some videos of the Moon thru a telescope. That didn’t struck me as an amazing experience yet I was there many distorted feelings in my mind trying to enjoy and forcing myself trying to be in the moment.

So when I have looked at these pictures back on a calmer state when I was home In NL , I've seen the vast amount of breather - a space - enough that is needed in life to let the blood flow in vein the way it’s suppose to flow. Envisioning your life from moon to create clarity - looking to life on earth - to understand what our mistakes are as human beings - or learning from 8 years old’s pure heart - that’s when my 8 year old daughter collaborated with the fist opening track to summarize the main purpose of our life - love or so called Utopia!

Der Titelsong "Why Black Man Dey Suffer" ist eine Geschichtsstunde über die Unterdrückung des afrikanischen Menschen. 'True Blue' ist eine Sammlung von Songs, die ursprünglich als technische Demos für das gefeierte 'Black Letter Days'-Album der Catholics gedacht waren. Die Aufnahmen wurden 2001 live auf 1-Spur-Kassette in den legendären Sound City Studios aufgenommen und fangen rohe und fesselnde Sounds von Frank Black und den Catholics bei Songs wie 'California Bound', 'The End Of Miles' und 'Cold Heart Of Stone''. Bisher nur als Bonus-CD im Boxset 'The Complete Recordings' erhältlich, ist 'True Blue' eine unverzichtbarer Release für Frank Black-Fans und bietet einen Einblick in eine Studio-Session mit den Catholics. Gepresst auf 140Gr. Vinyl, neu remastert von Phil Kinrade und geschnitten von Cicely Balston bei AIR Mastering.
