One of the most outstanding Bossa Disco Jazz productions from West Germany at the beginning of the 80s! This masterpiece captivate with their stylistic perfection and journey from brazilian Bossa Nova to Jazz with a boogieesque Disco influence. Its still on of the most DJ spinned Bossa Jazz dancefloor tunes from W.-Germany in the last 30 years!

The two highly talented, creative and sensitive artists Judy (Jude Enxuto) and Ximo (Ximo Gregorio) had lived in Germany since 1980 and performing in several clubs, small art stages and festivals.
In 1982 they recorded their Debut album "Via Brasil" in Frankfurt am Main. It was released in the same year by the small private record label called Rillenschlange. In the meantime coveted by music lovers, collected by vinyl connoisseurs and and happy to play in DJ sets, the great composition of the Brazilian Izio Gross will be an absolute Evergreen and catchy tune remain. This music production is one of the most essential productions of this genres from West Germany and has more than earned its place on the Sound Essence label. An absolute groovy Bossa Jazz Trip and Tip!

Here it is.. the final chapter from Orbital Mechanics! Founded by Sound Synthesis and JDSK back in 2021 and what a journey it has been. To finish in a nice way the 10th and final chapter is a double 12". Thanks for the support, transmission out...The End

Obwohl Sänger und Songschreiber Keith Murray nicht mit einem thematischen Rahmen loszog, entdeckte er schnell einen roten Faden, der sich durch die neuen Songs zog: "Erst als wir sie ausgewählt hatten und ich begann, die Texte etwas zu überarbeiten, wurde mir klar, dass diese Songs viele ähnliche Themen behandeln: Wehmut gegenüber der Vergangenheit, eine Art melancholische Nostalgie und solche Dinge." Der Veröffentlichung voraus geht eine ausgedehnte Tournee, die bereits Ende April in Mitteleuropa beginnt, die Band nach UK und zu einigen Sommerfestivals führt, und im Folgejahr diesseits und jenseits des Atlantiks fortgesetzt wird.

Reloaded, originally released in 1995, was produced by Gossard and multiple Grammy winner Nick DiDia (Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Rage Against The Machine). The album’s first single, “Dizzy,” was featured both in the film The Basketball Diaries, and on its soundtrack—sitting alongside tracks from The Doors, Soundgarden, Jim Carroll, and The Cult. CMJ New Music Monthly wrote that the “alterna-rock promise of Wonderful Virus—their debut in no way hints at the leaps and bounds by which the band seems to have grown, or the unexpected paths Reloaded follows.” Finally, 30 years later, Reloaded gets reintroduced, remastered on white vinyl and is also included on the double CD Dizzy: The Medicine Label Anthology. Its missing status on wax has been rectified, and Reloaded is ready to be loaded onto your turntable.

Originally released In July 1970 “Wil Malone”, a typically idiosyncratic supper-club/chamber pop take on the singer/songwriter genre that was so in vogue at the time. Featuring such earnest/facetious nuggets as 'I Could Write A Book' and 'At The Silver Slipper', the album has many admirers these days.
The original release is considered a rare collector's item, with some original copies fetching high prices. This reissue on Morgan Blue Town is available as a limited edition 180-gram yellow coloured vinyl pressing.

An obscure gem of powerful 90's music with one foot firmly planted in the American Midwest tradition of Twin/Tone Records bands like The Replacements and the other in loud, fiery, High Energy Rock'n'Roll.

Award-winning producer and composer Giorgi Koberidze offers up a head-spinning debut of Georgian modern classical music shot through with 360° electroacoustic textures.

Giorgi Koberidze is an electronic and classical music composer from Georgia. He currently serves as a professor of music at Tbilisi State Conservatoire, as well as at Ilia State University, and the private music school "303 Herz". Giorgi's work is rooted in the Georgian musical tradition, cross-pollinating indigenous instrumentation with electronic and western classical timbres. He recently won first prize in the Tbilisi Conservatoire Composers Awards, and received Georgia's most prestigious cultural gong, the Tsinandali Award.
The Album was premiered in Georgia at the Kutaisi Film Festival, and later showcased at the Tbilisi Film Festival. Working from graphic scores, Giorgi's ensemble includes strings, woodwind and traditional instruments from the Caucasus (doli, chuniri). Fleeting voices, field recordings and skittering percussion converge to paint a storied map of Tbilisi, and its surrounding terrain of forested polyphony and microtonal peaks and crags.

Each listen of the album is projectively rich, like a dizzying series of sonic inkblot images. The piece is designed to be absorbed in the surround sound of darkened movie theatres, conjuring a multiverse of narratives in the half-light of sensory acuity. At home, Giorgi invites listeners to set aside time to experience the record in a dark, comfortable space absent of external stimuli.

This album was made with the support of the Tbilisi State Conservatoire. The recordings were funded by Nicolas Jaar. Thank you. We are beyond proud to present this incredible project.
