47 marks TEN YEARS with its 47th and final release, closing the catalogue at 47047.

Launched as an event series by Tommy Four Seven in Berlin’s intimate Arena Club in 2014, the 47 parties paved the way to the label we’ve come to know today, inspiring and encouraging a host of interdisciplinary artists along the way. The imprint opened in 2015 with a V/A, and now, ten years later, 47 comes full circle with the release of its last-ever record and compilation.

As always, the various artist collection reflects the imprint’s long-running ethos of championing underground and upcoming talent. Titled ‘Ten Years’, the record features label debuts from Jin Synth, Casual Treatment, SAMA, Yrsen, and contributions from familiar faces like Pause, Rommek and AgainstMe, to name a few.

Across the 20-track V/A, each artist delivers precise and sonically rich productions, spanning several palettes. You’ll find a dreamy soundscape punctuated by blips and bleeps from Amotik. Claustrophobic atmospheres and winding rhythms by Innersha. Liquid melodies and maximalist basslines from Ana Rs. Moonlit synths and icy motifs by VSK. Club-driven 4/4 techno with a metallic sheen from ASEC. An emotive take on ambient and techno from Linn Elisabet. A spiralling trip with IDM touches from Nørbak, and more.

‘Ten Years’ mirrors the adventurous attitude of 47, celebrating the artists and sounds who’ve helped to build the label’s solid reputation, leaving an indelible signature on electronic music for years to come.

Netherlandsbased artist Heckerman delivers four tracks of surrealist and textured techno on 47. Laced with swirling sequences, snarling basslines and jagged motifs, 47046 swells with soaring to more introspective moods, streaked with an idiosyncratic flair. 47046 is out July 4th available

AgainstMe debuts on 47, exploring subterranean and spiralling techno across four tracks. On 47045, the Berlin-based Greek artist hones his multi-dimensional productions and detailed sound design, dipping into dynamic rhythms, club-cut atmospheres, and undulating basslines that unfurl across whirring backdrops.

For the first 47 release of 2025, Grenoble-based artist Pause makes his debut on Tommy Four Seven’s imprint. Known for crafting deep, pulsating techno, 47044 sees Pause deliver more heavy yet sophisticated slabs of bass, slinking between rugged, airy grooves and elegant sound design. The 5-tracker also sees Pause explore territories beyond his trademark steady-paced, hypnotic sound via the off-kilter closer, culminating in a polyrhythmic wormhole. 47044 is out February 14th, available as vinyl and download

London-based DJ and producer Rommek releases on 47, showcasing his signature brand of seething, fragmented techno in this formidable label debut. "Arkho" opens the EP with rolling drums before a heavily distorted synth line pierces the atmosphere, evoking tension and unease before launching into a furious lead. On "Silverlock," broken drums skitter across a droning soundscape, while a glitched-out melody adds a dark tint. "Decipher" squirms with a similarly syncopated rhythm and ice cold textures, topped with crisp hi-hats. Closing track "Synthetic Dream" is threatening but never overly dark, stitching weighty drums between tactile, warped-out synth notes. A chilling cut that conveys Rommek's shadowy aesthetic all the way through.

Flaminia’s first solo release on 47 features four mesmerizing techno rollers. London-based artist Flaminia makes her solo 47 debut with four sophisticated techno tracks that perfectly balance brooding intensity with dreamlike atmospherics. A producer with EPs on Samurai Music, VSK Series and her own label, Metempsychosis Records, Flaminia builds on her canon of previous work with 47033, adding to the label roster’s growing arsenal of expertly honed dance floor releases. On the A-side, two four-to-the floor heavyweights—”Pure” and “Burn Loudly”—offset bone-shaking kicks with plangent melodies that make these tracks uplifting despite their ferocity. The B-side takes a darker turn; “Back To Zero” is an icy broken beat that shines in its stuttering rhythmic complexity, while the closer, “Dissolved,” is just as foreboding: synths scrape and shatter like shards of glass against a spare and crunchy kick while Flaminia’s voice reverberates in the background. 47 celebrates 5 years of forward thinking techno with a 12 track various artist compilation entitled 5Y. The triple vinyl release features several early label contributors such as Headless Horseman as well as recent regulars Swarm Intelligence and Scalameriya, plus new additions to the roster, EKORS and NN. The V/A also sees the return of Overlook and Positive Center’s alias, Carrier, as well as a collaboration between Ancient Methods and 47 label head, Tommy Four Seven.

47016 is Killawatt's third solo EP on 47. The 12' vinyl and digital formats will be released on July 20th 2018.

Portsmouth, UK-based producer and DJ Killawatt released the solo EPs 47010 and 47012 in 2017, and featured on the label's first release 47001 with label head Tommy Four Seven.

Headless Horseman returns to 47 for the label's first 2018 release, 47014. The new solo EP will drop as 12' vinyl and digital download via Tommy Four Seven's imprint on February 23rd.

The four tracker features dense techno with individual moods. 'Revelation" is a downbeat lurching machine-giant with repeat climaxes. 'Concussion" is broken and feverish, with sculpted layers of pressure. The momentum of 'Locust" drives on the edge of an untravelled path and cannot rest. The final track "Gravity" is subtle and snarling, with a slowly ascending melody, scraping against future and past.

47013 sees the first solo EP from the label head himself, Tommy Four Seven.

After releasing 8 dance-floor focused cuts across 47's VA series, 47013 follows three well received solo EPs from Killawatt, VSK and Headless Horseman. This record sees Tommy present perhaps his most diverse and resolute release yet, exploring merciless low frequencies and sound design across 4 diverse tracks, as always offering his forward vision of techno.

UK's Killawatt made his debut 47 appearance on the first Various Artist EP, 47001 in 2015 with his contribution, 'Tensile', alongside Kwartz, Isolated Lines and Tommy Four Seven. Following his appearance at 47's new event Numerology in Berlin, Killawatt steps up to deliver the label's second solo artist EP, 47010, which combines deadly broken rhythms, futuristic soundscapes and cutting textures to create 4 solid techno stepping experiments.
