Musikalisch ist „Hey Tú!“ ein aggressiver, treibender Track, der sofort in Bewegung versetzt. Hocicos typisches Industrial-Venom trifft auf kantige EBM-beats und kreiert eine Energie, die Körper und Seele gleichermaßen befeuert. Es ist vor allem das explosive Zusammenspiel von Erk Aicrags gnadenloser Wut und Rafael Reyes’ ungehaltener Provokation, das den Song auf ein ganz neues Level hebt. Lyrisch ist der Track ganz bewusst konfrontativ - auf Englisch und Spanisch rechnet „Hey Tú!“ scharf mit Verrat und falscher Spiritualität ab. Zeilen wie „You’re a poser, you’re a loser, you’re a fucking fake“ oder „Soy el infierno que viene por más“ lassen keine Fragen offen: Das ist Kriegspoesie für eine digitale Generation, aufgeladen mit persönlicher Wahrheit und ungefilterter Wut. Der Song prangert Heuchelei an, entlarvt Opferrollen als Machtspiel, und holt sich in jeder gebrüllten Zeile die eigene Stärke zurück. Der Refrain „Hey tú! come mierda“ wird zum gnadenlosen Schlachtruf. Und in Reyes Worten „Without me, your name carries no fucking weight“ ist die Botschaft eindeutig: Es geht um Vermächtnis, um Verrat, und um das unerschütterliche Selbstbewusstsein jener, die ihre Narben mit Stolz tragen. „Hey Tú!“ ist ein musikalischer Mittelfinger an Blender, Mitläufer und spirituelle Hochstapler. Hocico und Prayers zeigen sich hier von ihrer rohesten, aggressivsten Seite.

A record label born in Madrid in 2025, with the intention of physically producing electronic music, without pretensions of musical genre or trends. We seek to reveal unpublished talents and release with artists who share our sonic aesthetic. The purpose is to showcase a pure and authentic expression in every work. Composed and produced entirely in analog by Salvador Rojo in Lugo (March-June 2025), the record is a journey into the artist’s sound universe: Side A delivers 4 tracks of pure, hard-hitting electro (paranoid, industrial, powerful beat), achieving a harmonious and emotional sound; while Side B presents cuts that take us from more ambient soundscapes to organic, astral, and liberating techno. ALARMA 2ØØØ is the first declaration from DEFENESTRE RECORDINGS, a label committed to hardware sound and pure, unfiltered expression.

Heavy, melodic and passionate, Flat Earth is a hard rock band from Helsinki, Finland, founded by Ex-Amorphis bass player (Niclas Etelävuori) Ex-HIM guitarist (Linde Lindström) Ex-HIM drummer (Gas Lipstick) and Polanski singer (Anthony Pikkarainen).

A synthesiser sighs up and down the scale, a cool electro beat is wrapped in cotton wool and Fabian Drung aka JFR MOON sings about life in a bubble. "In a Bubble" is the name of this beautifully sentimental synth pop number, to which JFR Moon's new album owes its name. Although JFR MOON produces his music more professionally from album to album, the indie pop characterised by synthesizers and electro beats never seems too pleasing, remains unruly. Sometimes the pieces wander through curious psychedelic harmonies ("Silver"), sometimes they remind us of the Smiths ("Turn Around"), sometimes they stumble onto the dance floor ("Experience"). Blurred chords flit through "Stereo Tap", a yearning guitar melody wanders through "Ready", a nervous synth bass twitches through "Hun I Wish". Grooves meet echoing atmospheric sound textures. "I used to do folk where there was no rhythm at all," he says, "this time I wanted to write more uptempo songs, pay more attention to the drum machine." All tracks written and performed by JFR Moon. The second expedition goes even further into the darker realms of A:G's soundscapes, where "Staying In" kicks it all off with its mysterious synth layers paired with a bassline to get the dancefloor moving in a hurry, before "Random Trance Track" shows homage to early 90s trance with a pinch of new beat and house.

Flip to the B-side where "Might Be" sets things over to electro territory, with its sizzling hats and spooky synth splashes, propelled heavily by a fast-paced bassline made to shake the bass bins and move the feet.

...and last but not least, the title track "Xylo" takes us back towards the trancier vibes, only broken up by trippy live-improvised xylophone over the steady polymeter subsonics to get those F1 rigs breathing heavily.

A Beautifull 01

In 2009 Jim Hart first came together with Michael Janisch and Dave Smith to create Cloudmakers Trio. Since then their powerfully original vision has grown and sustained an international touring career, keeping them at the forefront of contemporary instrumental music in an exciting, horizon-spanning space where jazz, European improvisation, rock and global beats co-exist in an ever-shifting skyscape of creativity. Through all their various collaborations, the vibes-bass-drums trio has remained the core of the Cloudmakers sound. Now, fifteen years after their inception, the concept has come full circle with the inclusion of a new collaborator, the Grammy-winning Argentinian piano master Leo Genovese, already a veteran of the bands of Esperanza Spalding, Jack DeJohnette, and Wayne Shorter. The quartet went into the fabled Abbey Road Studio 3 to record with legendary engineer Sam Okel.

DJ Popinjay balances fresh cuts with beloved favourites on his new one for the irrepressible Blur. The title track opens with silky keys and mellow percussion that capture the warmth of golden hour, while 'Whyalla' brings breezy pads and crisp beats to organic percussive. Reissued highlights like opener 'Take U' have filtered soul magic, and 'Not Too Shabby' brings dusty funk and jazzy cool, while 'So Much Fun' bursts with disco-fueled joy. Bristol via NYC's DJ Nature makes house and beatdown so raw, dusty and dishevelled it feels like it's been put together in an old shed with rudimentary hand tools and might just collapse at any moment. But it is also brilliantly soulful and real, with synths infusing each loose arrangement with real heat and the drum patterns connecting deeply. Across four cuts here, he layers up those signature low ends with different motifs - funkier drums and watery melodies on 'Shattering Myths,', r&b vocal swirls on 'One' and unusual synth incantations on 'Medusa Weed', while 'Eternal Winter' is a subtle celebration with gentle charm. Another superb EP from a unique producer.
