The recently released Nineties styled slow jam NEXT MOVE, on which Jarrod Lawson is joined by Los Angeles-based R&B rising star Raquel Rodriguez, is now available on 7inch vinyl.

The track is co-written by Jarrod and Raquel together with Raquel’s producer Sam Brawner and Andris Mattson of Moonchild. And Moonchild (featuring vocalist Amber Navran) also join Jarrod on the B-side for I’LL BE YOUR RADIO, one of the most-streamed favourites from his album Be The Change.

The limited edition release will tie in with Jarrod’s visit to the UK and the Netherlands for concert dates, including London’s O2 Shepherds Bush Empire and LanterenVenster in Rotterdam.

" What Are You Going to Do with Your Life?' is the eighth studio album by British post-punk legends Echo & The Bunnymen, released on April 16, 1999. The album saw the band continue a trajectory set with 1997's 'Evergreen', embracing more introspective themes and melodic approach to its arrangements.

" Featuring an inspired selection of collaborators including strings from the London Metropolitan Orchestra and two songs featuring the American rap rock band Fun Loving Criminals, 'What Are You Going to Do with Your Life?' featured two singles, the title track, and the atmospheric fan favourite 'Rust', which would mark the band's final Top 40 UK single.

Undoubtedly a pioneering sound for its time, void of any major label artistic limitations, purely focused on underground dancefloor stimulation. This EP is the first in a trilogy of releases. ‘Elastic’ runs from deep electronic trance inspired dancefloor driven House on the A side, to reggae-tinged dub groover and a beautiful ambient version on the B side; both with more than a nod to Kassian’s Sound and Garden of Eden tracks.
