ELECTRIC CALLBOY melden sich endlich mit ihrem mit Spannung erwarteten neuen Studioalbum TEKKNO zurück. Mit jeder Menge Energie und Spaß an Bord liefert die Band aus Castrop-Rauxel ein beispiellos fulminantes Metalcore-Feuerwerk ab, das seinesgleichen sucht. Auf 11 unglaublich starken Tracks, darunter die bereits veröffentlichten Hit-Singles 'We Got The Moves' und 'Pump It', zeigen ELECTRIC CALLBOY auf ihrem bisher zweifellos besten Album, was in ihnen steckt.

Mit bisher über 30 Millionen Streams ihres Katalogs und einer Tournee-Geschichte, die das Download Festival, Graspop, Resurrection sowie Tourneen als Support für Electric Callboy und Bury Tomorrow umfasst, sind As Everything Unfolds sicherlich keine Neulinge in der Szene. Nun veröffentlicht die Band ihr drittes Album "DID YOU ASK TO BE SET FREE?" über Century Media Records. Das Album, benannt nach den Lyrics der Single "SET IN FLOW", zeichnet sich durch die bekannte und beliebte musikalische Intensität der Band aus, gepaart mit emotionalen Texten, mit denen sich Fans und neue Hörer gleichermaßen verbunden fühlen werden. Charlie, die sich nicht scheut, über die Inspiration hinter den Tracks zu sprechen, wechselt mühelos zwischen heavy Growls und klarem Gesang und lässt die Musik wie eine Achterbahnfahrt zwischen verschiedenen Genres wirken. Mit einem Feature von Dani Winter-Bates von Bury Tomorrow auf "WHAT YOU WANTED" würdigt die Band ihre Freundschaft und Tournee-Geschichte mit der britischen Metalcore-Band - ein Track, der sicherlich zu einem Fan-Favoriten werden wird. BABYMETAL feiert ihr 15-jähriges Jubiläum mit ihrem vierten Studioalbum “METAL FORTH”. Nach dem
Erfolg von “METAL GALAXY” (2019) und dem Konzeptalbum “THE OTHER ONE” (2023) knüpfen sie
nun an ihre einzigartige Erfolgsgeschichte an. Das Album enthält 10 brandneue Tracks, die musikalische
Grenzen sprengen. Mit dabei sind einige Kollaborationen, darunter Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine) und Electric Callboy. Auch Poppy, Slaughter to Prevail und Sunset Kiss verleihen dem Album ihren
Sound. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Live-Hits “METALL!” und “TRATATATA”, die bereits jetzt die
Fans begeistern. Das Album vereint gekonnt Metal mit modernen Einflüssen und zeigt die Weiterentwicklung der Band. Außerdem wurde die Gründung von BABYMETAL WORLD LLC in den USA bekannt
gegeben.

On February 28th 2020 NEAERA released their 7th album – it was their self-titled comeback record after a 7-year-hiatus - which caught everyone by surprise. Despite having been very well perceived the pandemic impeded the band’s long awaited and already scheduled return to the live stages. On February 29th 2020, NEAERA played a successful and sold out release show in the band’s hometown, but it remained the only show for the record in years since Wacken, the Impericon festivals and other shows had to be postponed until further notice which was a huge setback for the ambitious quintet. Sebastian Heldt (drums), Tobias Buck (guitar) and Stefan Keller (guitar) used the unfortunate state of the pandemic and the impossibility to play live shows to create something new. Together with Marcus Bischoff of German metalcore institution Heaven Shall Burn and old friend Tristan Hachmeister they unearthed a black metal project by the name of OUR LOSS IS TOTAL and released the bleak full-length record “I” end of 2022 through the project’s own label. After that release, the NEAERA band members decided it was time write new material. The band wanted to go back to an old school approach, like in the old days, when they wrote the songs together in their little rehearsal room in their hometown of Münster, North Rhine Westphalia, Germany. The band started the writing process in September 2021, skipped the first material and then started with a new approach to a more free and less comfortable style, trying to leave old boundaries behind. By 2022, NEAERA played the postponed Wacken Open Air show – which was an overwhelming experience – and asked Janosch Rathmer (drummer of long-time friends and post rock institution Long Distance Calling) to record the band’s new album ALL IS DUST. The mixing and mastering was skilfully handled by Kristian Kohle at Kohlekeller Studios (Powerwolf, Aborted, Electric Callboy) who adorned the songs with the exact right powerful yet organic sound. In terms of lyrics, NEAERA shifted their approach a little bit and put the individual and its survival and well-being center stage – beside lyrics that deal with global or social clamour; a shift that can be called pandemic infused. 2024 marks the 20th band anniversary and is the perfect timing to release the eighth studio album, ALL IS DUST. Nothing can stop the band this year with two video clips at hand and prestigious summer festivals confirmed such as Summer Breeze, Reload and Vainstream Rockfest, the latter being the album release show in front of 20,000 people!

This circumstance was also the driving force for the SAMURAI PIZZA CATS, who come from the Electric Callboy environment. Frontman Sebastian Fischer was behind the microphone in their predecessor band Her Smile In Grief, whose line-up also included Daniel "Danskimo" Haniß, who is now celebrating success as guitarist, songwriter and producer of Electric Callboy. The contact between the two never broke off and so Daniel also produced Sebastian's later band Fall Of Gaia in recent years, whose former drummer and multi-instrumentalist Stefan Buchwald is also involved in this new project - family business from downtown Castrop Rauxel! So while Stefan contributes the music, Sebastian writes the lyrics and Daniel, as a creatively involved producer, ensures a well-rounded overall result. Okay, before we try your patience any further, let's talk about the elephant in the room: the band name. The SAMURAI PIZZA CATS have named themselves after a Japanese anime series from the early nineties. Why? Stupid question! Of course, because they are fearless warriors on their instruments, love to eat pizza and like cats! And maybe a little bit because they have soft spots for anime and silly band names - but only maybe. Rumour also has it that "Banzai! Smack! Meow!" is an onomatopoeic description of the band's sound.

Nachdem sich The BossHoss kürzlich in ganz neuer Stärke zurückgemeldet haben, stehen die Berliner Country Rock-Outlaws nun wieder voll unter Strom! Gemeinsam hat das Septett seine Stahlrösser aufgetankt, um es nun als „Electric Horsemen“ auf seinem 10. Studioalbum so richtig krachen zu lassen!
Gute fünf Jahre mussten ihre Fans nach dem letzten Longplayer, der 2018 releasten Top 1-Scheibe „Black Is Beautiful“ auf ein neues Album warten – jetzt endlich hat das Warten ein Ende! Auf „Electric Horsemen“ bleiben The BossHoss sich und ihrem typischen High-Voltage-Sound treu, haben aber auch einige ganz neue Stilelemente mit dabei, die man definitiv nicht von der Formation um Alec „Boss Burns“ Völkel und Sascha „Hoss Power“ Vollmer erwartet hätte. Auf dem zwölf Tracks starken Longplayer stellt die Formation nun einen energiegeladenen Hybrid-Style irgendwo zwischen funkelndem Las Vegas-Glam, tanzbarem Studio 54-Groove und geerdetem Country Rock vor.

Natürlich haben die elektrischen Reiter auf ihrem neuen Album wieder jede Menge kompromissloser LiveBanger für die kommende Sommer-Tour im Gepäck. So wie den funkensprühenden Glamrock-Bootyshaker „Dance The Boogie“, das treibende Hillbilly-Metal-Brett „Nice But No“, den packenden Feelgood-Ohrwurm „Ride With Us“ oder die kraftvolle Country-Hymne „Best Friends Forever“.
