Von ihrem Debüt "unsere Straßen, unsere Lieder", dem Nachfolger "Skinhead Party" bis zur Split mit "Springtoifel" war jede Vinyl-Auflage innerhalb kürzester Zeit vergriffen! Kein Wunder, denn ihr eingängiger "Fäuste hoch und Spaß dabei"-Stil ist schlichtweg "Oi der alten Schule" mit jeder Menge Singalongs und mitreißenden Melodien. Das Leben ist kompliziert genug und ganz ehrlich: Wenn Du die Welt erklärt bekommen möchtest neben all der Fake-News Scheisse, oder jedes Wort bierernst nimmst, dann bist Du falsch hier! Das hier ist die Welt von Biertoifel: Hier gehts um Freundschaft, Spaß und Zusammenhalt von Punx & Skins, Pogo, Party und Skinheadkult mit einem kleinen bißchen Droogie-Romantik! Und zum zehnjährigem Jubiläum dürft ihr auf dem neuen Album "Spaß und Krawalle" genau das erwarten! Spieltechnisch haben Biertoifel sich bei den 13 neuen Liedern natürlich auch diesmal weiterentwickelt. Der Rest bleibt beim Alten: Keine aufgesetzten Attitüden, sondern einfach nur "Kinder dieser Stadt" und "Working Class Anti Heroes"! Keine Ambitionen zum "Popstar" zu werden und die "Stiefel auf Asphalt" bleiben das gewohnte Klangbild. Wem das zu einfach ist, hat's halt einfach nicht kapiert. Recently appearing alongside Ibrahim Maalouf on the show “Improbox” (TSF Jazz), or as the opening act for Vulfpeck at Jazz à Vienne 2024, Sampling is Beautiful Trio is made up of: Zajazza on turntables and samplers (produced for Gaël Faye, HomeboySandman...), Yacha Berdah on trumpet and bass (Grand Corps Malade, Ibrahim Maalouf...), Japhet Boristhène on drums (Saïan Supa Crew, Chassol, Shibuuya).

Sampling Is Beautiful is: “A trio, a collective, a vibe, a freedom, ...”
These are the words of the artist Kaynixe in the introduction to this record.
Each “captured” sample is highlighted, cherished, reversed, modified… and finally used as a melodic or rhythmic basis to construct a new piece. With a certain black magic or piracy, this first album is a photograph of the Trio's musical moment, filled with homages to sampled composers, nods to Jazz and film music.
Yacha, Japhet and Zajazza, surrounded by many talented artists, share here this colorful musical picture of samples and each person's journey.

Im Französischen sagt man oft, dass man in alten Töpfen die besten Suppen kocht. Dieses Sprichwort trifft auf Rash Panzer idealer Weise zu. Anfang Dezember erst veröffentlichte die Genfer Power-Rock-Combo ihr neues, fünftes Studio Album, und das mehr als 40 Jahre nach der Gründung der Band! Nach dem Erfolg bedankt sich die Band jetzt bei ihren Fans, mit einer remastered Version des im Jahr 2013 veröffentlichten Albums Back On The Rocks.

Die großartige Zusammenarbeit mit Producer Serge Morattel bei den letzten beiden Alben, inspirierte die Band dazu ihr früheres Werk nochmals mit stärkerem und frischerem Sound zu veröffentlichen. Es wurde nicht nur remastered, sondern auch auf drei Tracks geremixed und Band-Leader JJay Guerchakoff hatte das Vergnügen, einige Vocals neu aufzunehmen. Ein must have für alle Fans der Band und guten Hard Rocks.

Don Henley hat eine der bekanntesten Stimmen der Musikszene, sowohl als Solokünstler als auch in seiner Arbeit mit den Eagles. Inside Job ist Henleys viertes Soloalbum, das ursprünglich am 23. Mai 2000 veröffentlicht wurde. Das Album bietet Beiträge von Glenn Frey, Don Felder, Jimmy Vaughn, Stevie Wonder, Mike Campbell, Steuart Smith und Streicherarrangements von Randy Newman. Enthalten sind „Taking You Home“ und „For My Wedding“, die von der RIAA mit Platin ausgezeichnet wurden.
Anlässlich des 25-jährigen Jubiläums wird das Album auf LP, CD und in digitaler Form als Remaster neu aufgelegt.

Jean positions himself within a new, demanding francophone scene, free from cynicism or affectation. He delivers a unique, sincere project, both accessible and profound, that invites listeners to experience it in one sitting, from start to finish.

Windy City collective Future Rootz are all about mixing up worldly electronic sounds, Latin, tropical bass and global jazz. This second volume in their new series does just that with two expressive remixes of iconic Afro-Colombian tracks. On Side A, Sound Culture delivers a modern take on Son Palenque's legendary 'A Pila el Arroz,' which was originally composed by Justo Valdez for Palenque Records. He infuses it with fresh and bubbly bass and hypnotic vocal chants. On side-B, Afroqbano reimagines 'Tropical Scenes' by adding a vibrant, rhythm-heavy twist to the original that sympathetically blends traditional Afro-Colombian sounds with electronic influences into a wiggling bit of irresistible and sunny global fusion.

Stillstand ist für Vollblutmusiker Andreas Kümmert ein Fremdwort. Inmitten einer Welt im Ausnahmezustand ist sein neues Album „Working Class Hero“ entstanden. Second solo album by Arthur Satan, released on Born Bad, after 'So Far So Good', his pop solo debut, which was a pleasant surprise for fans of his notthat-garage group JC Satan 'A Journey That Never Was' is so big you'll need special furniture to accommodate this unreasonable, maximalist parade, crammed full with 1960s pop influences.
