Während I_CON Instrumente so kombiniert haben, dass man nicht sofort erkennt, welches Instrument man hört, und Frontmann Torre Florim es als "sehr gitarrenlastig, aber verrückter" beschrieb, nimmt dich 'Vinictious Versions' auf eine ganz andere Reise mit. Die EP besteht aus überarbeiteten Versionen ihrer eigenen Songs von ihren drei vorherigen Alben "I_CON" (2013), "Machinery" (2011) und "Wait for Evolution" (2009) und nimmt dich mit auf eine Reise auf einem alternativen Weg mit vertrauter Umgebung... etwas, das laut Florim ein wenig "dunkler und leckerer" ist.

Das neue Album der niederländischen Rockband De Staat zeigt eine Reihe von zeitgenössischen Ikonen und Hochstaplern: Scharlatane, Türsteher, Dschunken, Talentsucher, Geizhälse und Teufel. Bunte Statisten, gefangen in einer Mischung aus afrikanischen Rhythmen, fröhlichem Hardcore, Sci-Fi-Synthies, Trap-Einflüssen und schrägen Sounds. Es ist De Staat, wie wir sie kennen, und doch irgendwie anders, mit überraschenden neuen Elementen, die ihrem authentischen Sound hinzugefügt wurden. Während der Vorgänger Machinery ein rein gitarrenorientiertes Album war, enthält I_CON stilvolle Synthesizer, die an Science-Fiction-Filme aus den 80er Jahren erinnern. Wieder lieferbar ist ein Klassiker des Dub-Reggae, von Kevin Metcalfe re-mastered und auf dem VP Records Sublabel 17 North Parade wiederveröffentlicht. Im Original erschien der Longplayer erstmalig 1977 auf Joe Gibbs' Record Globe Label und wurde mit seiner Studioband The Professionals eingespielt. Laut Originalcover waren das George "Fully" Fulwood, Carlton "Santa" Davis, Tony Chin, Richard "Dirty Harry" Hall, Tommy McCook, Bobby Ellis und Leroy "Horsemouth" Wallace. Am Mischpult saß Errol Thompson. Hier finden sich 12 exzellente Dubversionen von Riddims aus der Treasure Isle und Studio One Rocksteady-Ära, und zu "Hypocrites" von Bob Marley & The Wailers sowie zu"Uptown Top Ranking" von Althea & Donna!

-In 2006 he dropped the first SP404 kung fu inspired beat tape under the alias 5 ELEMENT NINJA Beatjitzu vol 1. Since then he has garnered a cult following of SP404 kung fu inspired producers and sparked a genre. He is the forefather of said style and has numerous beat tapes under various aliases such as 5 Element Ninja, Lords of da LO FI, GODZ of WuTang, MAZINGA Z, JIM KELLY and of course Bruce Li. -He has worked with Killarmy featuring Cappadonna of the WU TANG CLAN and others. He has complete production credit on albums with LONE NINJA, Recognize Ali and Verbal Kent(Dueling Experts) and lastly CLEVER 1 of DA BUZE BRUVAZ. -Also he has appeared on albums with credits alongside Hop hop royalty RZA, True Master, 4th Disciple and legendary PETE ROCK. Lord Beatjitzu presents 420, a densely packed album that captures the same sense of euphoria and paranoia one can gain from an extensive and smoky 4/20 celebration. He has crafted a soundtrack with loops upon loops of smoked-out loops. Sort of like the smoke rings that used to emanate from Cheech and Chong having one of their notorious sessions. Adding on to his varied discography, this fits more in line with the varied sample chops of his celebrated Mazinga moniker. Intricately woven to provide the perfect soundtrack for 4/20 and any other day or night that you have a moment to kick back and enter another zone. Lord Beatjitzu is a beatmaker originally from Mexico City D.F. who stays studying and constantly honing his craft. Extremely reclusive and low key, he is known strictly through sparse collaborations and various beat tapes which he has put out starting in 2006. He has put out over 100 beat tapes and collaborations under an innumerable amount of known and unknown aliases.

Nun gibt es mit EYES OF THE GUARDIANS endlich wieder neues Studiomaterial der Thrash-Institution. Aufgenommen, gemixt und gemastert in den Pure Sonic Studios, Langelsheim unter den wachsamen Augen/Ohren von Jost Schlüter machen die Braunschweiger keine Gefangenen. Ben Heber (Bass) sorgt für frischen Wind im Line-up, während Schlagzeuger Till Hartmann seine Truppe in gewohntem Maße kompromisslos nach vorne treibt.

Headshot Gründungsmitglied Olaf Danneberg und der vom Bass zur Gitarre gewechselte Max Hunger schütteln sich ein grandioses Solo nach dem anderen aus dem Ärmel, während Frontfrau Daniela Karrer stimmlich die größte Entwicklung durchgemacht hat. Neben ihren

This Legacy Edition of “Cannibal Holocaust” includes the film score remastered and released in its entirety for the first time ever on double LP; graphically speaking, it includes a gatefold cover with glossy title letters printed on a special soft touch paper, OBI and an 8-page booklet complete with reproductions of posters, lobby cards and photographs from the set, plus presentation essays written by Fabio Capuzzo (one of today’s best soundtrack experts), Stefan Dimle (Landberk, Anekdoten, Paatos, Morte Macabre) and Mikael Åkerfeldt.

AMS Records is proud to present a special edition of the “Cannibal Holocaust” soundtrack, exclusively released on the occasion of Record Store Day 2023. It is, of course, one of the many 'cannibalistic' movies, but perhaps it’s also the only one of its a genre that even today generates mixed feelings and strong controversy.

The excellent soundtrack, composed by Riz Ortolani, makes extensive use of string instruments, masterfully arranged and directed to match the strong contrast between the more relaxed scenes - the incipit of the film is memorable, with the main theme accompanying the spectator in a flight over the Amazon forest - and those full of rhythm and tension; in the first case, the strings go along with guitar arpeggios, while in the second they vibrate alone or together with glacial electronic beats. There are also funk-rock episodes such as in “Cameramen’s Recreation”, “Relaxing In The Savana” and “Drinking Coco”, while “Cannibal Holocaust (Terror)” is pure noise mixed with haunting percussion.

Originally released in 2007 on CD and now re-released on double vinyl. "Heimische Gefilde" was the second full-length release on Traum at that time from Westerwald based DJ, producer and park ranger, Dominik Eulberg. Dominik has since then expended his activities enormously now appearing as a book author with best selling books in the German official bestseller list. He ist he ambassador of the most popular Conservation Union in Germany NABU, he has created a bird quartet and a hand made insect hotel and appears on national German TV regularly next playing in clubs world wide and producing stunning music. "Heimische Gefilde" includes spoken words by the man himself and the release won the price of the German critic awards for music. It is the only compilation that comprises a selection of Dominik Eulberg’s best early works and it is for the first time available on vinyl now.

As Dominik Eulberg says in his own words: „After more than 16 years, "Heimische Gefilde" is finally released on vinyl. At that time it was still a daring experiment to combine music with lustful science communication. Quickly one was thrown into the pot of the "weird eco-techno sound owl". Today, we are increasingly finding that we cannot stop the impending ecocide in a cognitive way. For more than 60 years we have known about the concrete threats to humanity from global warming and species extinction; yet nothing changes. Many alarmist efforts fail miserably, red lists grow longer and longer each year, and global temperatures continue to rise unchecked. It is becoming clearer and clearer that we have to reach out to our fellow human beings in a positive emotional way in order to make a difference, because we only protect what we love. Then sentimental minorities become majorities that change something. Art and culture are low-threshold vectors to make things majority-friendly. They are a fertile and valuable breeding ground to sensitize people outside the eco-bubble and to let their environment become a co-environment again. Today my transdisipilnary work is inseparable. I write books, develop games, lecture, make film, and am a visiting scholar at museums. "Heimische Gefilde" was a valuable cornerstone for my creative work, a very intrinsic work to go my very own way.“

We would also like quote here the description of Forced Exposure done at the time when the album was originally recorded and released to keep the authentic feel: „The influence of nature (bird twitters, owl hoots, flowing water, crunching leaves) and other domestic sounds has made his music easy to identify with. „Heimische Gefilde" means "native habitat," and this release takes the concept of his debut a step further and at the same time is a retrospective of his major hits. Tracks like "Die Rotbauchunken vom Tegernsee" and "Björn Borkenkäfer" are included here in unreleased edits that are even stronger than the originals, and as a bonus, previously vinyl-only

Umse ist nicht gegen Hipster, nicht Antistrassenrap, Umse macht Musik für dich, mich und deine Freunde da draußen, für gute Tage, für schlechte Tage und alle dazwischen. Entgegen Rap Klischees nicht gegen Menschen sondern für die Leute, "warum nicht statt immer aggro einfach freundlich sein". Immernoch Musik der Musik halber und trotzdem davon Leben. Machine Gun Kellys zweites Punkrockalbum „mainstream sellout“ ist nun auch als Vinyl erhältlich!

Das Punkrock-Masterpiece besteht aus 16 Songs, unter anderem mit Features von WILLOW, Lil Wayne, blackbear, Bring Me The Horizon, Gunna und Young Thug. Produziert wurde „mainstream sellout“ von niemand geringerem als dem Schlagzeuger Travis Barker. 2021 gewann Machine Gun Kelly einen Billboard Music Award als bester Rock Künstler. Grundlage dafür war sein 2020 veröffentlichtes, erfolgreiches Album „Tickets To My Downfall”, das als erstes seiner Alben auf Platz 1 der US Billboard Charts einstieg und sich seit
Release in 2020 immer noch in den Charts hält. In Deutschland hatte Machine Gun Kellys Album ebenfalls sein bisher erfolgreichstes Chartdebut, auf #11 der MC-Charts.
