Throughout its 11 tracks, “Club Dream” plays out like a full mix, ebbing and flowing through a variety of energy levels and moods. Some of the range you’ll find here includes half-time dream-step, peak time pulses, and dubbed out mid-tempo tech, all done with a cohesive restraint and appreciation of atmosphere. The Brazilian-Serbian duo Duc In Altum returns to Rhizome following their 2020 digital mini-album As Above So Below. Our fifth vinyl EP on the label, Midnight Sun, finds Duc In Altum experimenting with dance floor acid rhythms and breakbeat-house grooves. The relentless remixes come from two other music friends, the Romanian icons Priku and Sepp.

“Midnight Sun” demonstrates the duo's acidy reflexes. Clever chords both center and accent the melody. The 303 line expands into the seething bass beneath as the track progresses into a deep dance floor burner.

Priku remixes “Midnight Sun” with his signature groovy, breezy style. Light chords drift above transformed 303, now a monster tech house bassline. The sun beckons.

The second side begins with “Yanomamis” and a journey through the inner worlds of Duc In Altum. The track begins with winding pads, effects, and an initial silvery breakbeat. The center of the track shifts perspectives to unveil a dreamy house groove before the breakbeat returns to call us back.

A remix of “Yanomamis”by Sepp closes out the record as the dance floor psychic yet again crafts the perfect rolling groove. It's a fitting Sunwaves-savvy party track and only gets better each time that glorious groove breaks the tension.

The Snuff Crew is back!

With two crispy floor bangers the Snuff Crew is back after a longer creative break. Soundtechnically in the known percussive influenced acidstyle.

On "Midnight Peepin" striking vocal samples enter the sound and fire into the crowd _ no time for Sadnes!!! So it chirps drifting through night.

AGN1 on the other hand comes with the classic 303 line and lots of oldschool drums, a track that would also have had a place on my "Post Acid Crash" compilation in 1991!!! Acid party stuff from the Snuff.

On the B side TCCM present their remixes of the A side tracks in typical style, dirty and without compromise!
While "Midnight Peepin RMX" clearly shows and celebrates the elements of the original track, AGN1 RMX is a complete reinterpretation of the track structure and sounds, made and mangled from the original drums.

A record with an extremely varied soundscape from original oldschool to dirty interpretation. This disc is a must for acid fans!

Today, we are excited to present two very special remixes by none other than Berlin resident and internationally acclaimed artist and DJ Marcel Dettmann for two original tracks of Gregor Tresher´s recent album „False Gods“, that was released on PIAS last year and that featured an incredible array of collaborating artists like Laurent Garnier, Sven Väth, Josh Wink, Black Asteroid or Anja Schneider amongst others. Gregor initially approached Marcel about a remix for the title track, and eventually not only did he deliver a sensational, dark and moody interpretation of that, he also handed in a remix for a second track: „Ursa Minor“. And boy, did he create a stunning remix for this one as well.
While the original track by Gregor and his longtime collaborator and good friend Petar Dundov dances in the sweet spot between house and techno, the ballrooms of New York and the suburbs of Detroit, Marcel Dettmann´s Remix takes it to the dark Berlin warehouse floors by adding an irresistible hypnotic edge to it. We couldn´t be happier to release these two fantastic interpretations, that feel like the cherry on top of Gregor´s most extensive and exciting album project to date.

Connecting with his early 90’s roots, Radu Dracul delivers a brand new, anything goes 4-track EP fusing early Euro sounds with House, Techno and Euphoric Trance. Tracks full of authenticity and music history references, bringing back those Radio vibes from after the fall of the Berlin Wall.

‘True Mirrors’ leads the EP laying down airy atmospherics, bright stab sequences, bouncy bass groove and crisp rhythm section. ‘Royal Objects’ follows and leans into deeper realms via an amalgamation of processed spoken word vocals, ethereal pad textures, heavily swung percussion and dynamic evolution.

‘’Ghost Life’ kicks off the flip side next, fuelled by resonant synth licks, sweeping filtered chords, saturated drums and dubbed out vocal lines. ‘Over and Over’ then concludes the release, a nod towards the early 2000’s era of microhouse courtesy of raw, reduced drums, heavy sub bass tones, oscillating organic percussion and warped synth tones.

The highly prolific and stylish Konerytmi returns to Analog Concept Records in high funk resolution with the Megapikseli Ep.

Experience tricky video game vibes from both analogue and digital synths inside this pack of slick electro tracks; beginning with Kirsikka, highlighted by rubbery bassline funk, laser zaps, sharp 808 rhythms and awakening pads complimenting the attack.

Then there is the moody and groovy title piece, Megapikseli, heavy on the bass, with intricate clever electro percussion, and fog light chords, formulated to leave your mind stimulated and pixelated; reinforced by an abstract remix in its own cinematic world from the vision of Fleck ESC.

Flip to side B for the twin, Mikropikseli, bringing more of sunlit aura, cosmic atmospheres, emerald textured leads, and playful, vivid effects to the set.

Lastly, is the late night electrosoul aura and rhythm resonating from Puro; confident with rolling acid basslines, starry fx, to pure dark and lovely melody, guaranteed to emit grooves of energy easily.

For the lovers of immersive electro, marinated in the classy flavor of cartridge era platform games, Megapikseli Ep by Konerytmi is the real deal system to entertain.

After the success of Mirazh, Thomas Schumacher and A.D.H.S. reunite for another high-impact release. This follow-up delivers three raw, driving and highly addictive tracks, staying true to the tradition of Berlin’s techno legacy - a city the duo not only calls home but holds close to their hearts.

The label Mars Frequency Records run by the spanish electro producer Robert Cosmic backs with their 2nd release, another V.A with 4 high quality electro cuts.

Back on track setting the tone for the new year with the highly anticipated EP "Speed to Burn" by T.E.C. This sonic journey blazes through a spectrum of tempos and moods, delivering five dynamic tracks that navigate effortlessly from floaty downtempo atmospheres to high-octane peak-time bliss. On the A-side, "Angle Grinder" takes center stage as a club-ready anthem with snappy drums and trippy chords, destined to elevate energy levels.
