Searing platter of krautrock with scorching doses of The Stooges & Judas Priest. Another ripper from this legendary Finnish horde!

Circle are the very definition of genre-defying, a rare feat for any band, but effortlessly achieved by this prolific Finnish collective. Circle's latest album Terminal is pure hedonistic pleasure. Never content on staying the same, they have created an idiosyncratic cocktail of sonic fusions, conjuring an impulsive, dizzying energy that stirs a spirit of curiosity within the listener, and has the ability to possess all who encounter them.
Whilst many would run out of creative steam (certainly after 30+ albums), Circle continue to boldly explore sonic soundscapes, venturing curiously into terrains of Stooges-esque swagger, trance-inducing kraut rock mantras, beautiful electronic ambience, psychedelic rock noodling, arena storming AOR weirdness, 70s prog rock extravagance, glam pop pomp, and of course their core sound, heavy metal, not to mention other peculiar and daring sounds that simply cannot be pigeon-holed. Terminal is gloriously fruitful in tones, shapes, colours and sounds. Eccentric, accessible, delightful and thrilling.

Gilead Media is proud to continue working with KOWLOON WALLED CITY by way of reissue.

We are pleased to present new high-quality pressings of the out-or-print Turk
Street EP (2008, Howling Mine) and Gambling on the Richter Scale LP (2009, Perpetual Motion Machine).

Following on the heels of their universally-praised 2015 LP, Grievances (Gilead Media, Neurot), we take things back a couple steps to the beginning stages of Kowloon. These earlier works are a snapshot at the foundation for the band's sound in a much dirtier, noisier, sludgier environment.

Kowloon have always been a band focused heavily on tone and atmosphere with their unique style of heaviness, and the very intentional grit on these albums shows another face to a band that has grown to embrace a cleaner, over-driven sound in recent years. Each LP is presented in a single pocket jacket and includes
a download code.

All three LOOP John Peel sessions collated on one vinyl album from 1987 - 1990, these are some of the best recordings by LOOP. Remastered by Kevin Metcalf when the CDs were reissued in 2008, REACTOR has decided to reissue the famed WOLFFLOW 2LP for RSD 2017. In a new / updated sleeve, with new printed innerbags. Wolf Flow captures LOOP in their ascendency in the the late 90s, featuring tracks from all three of their albums, a cover of Rocket USA and the track Sunburst (b-side of Arc Lite)...theres a 10 minute version of Straight To Your Heart! Essential!! Recorded live at MAIDA VALE STUDIOS.

2014 saw the release of the second full-length from Brooklyn's MUTILATION RITES.

Although originally released Prosthetic Records, HARBINGER has now been
re-pressed by the band themselves as a gatefold LP. As long-time friends of ours, Gilead Media is helping them with distribution on this repress.

Following their highly praised first LP, Empyrean, Mutilation Rites return with an album that pushes their style of filthy black metal further into the shadows with
Harbinger. Along with the addition of bassist Ryan Jones (assisting with vocal duties) there also comes a noticeable death metal element to the songs on the album.
Everything here is grosser, chunkier, and trashier than anything they've done before.

+ 4/5 Metalsucks review 'On Harbinger, Mutilation Rites somehow manages to take some of the most abrasive, ugly, nasty-sounding genres, and make the result feel way more
accessible than one might expect.'

+ 'Mutilation Rites render the idea of innovation less important by simply writing and performing the best songs they possibly can. But listen closer to the roaring sounds that come flooding out of the speakers; on Harbinger, black metal is just a starting point for something even greater' -
Treble Zine

+ 'By closer Conspiracy Of Silence it's obvious that Brooklyn is more than capable of representing black metal on the world's stage.' - Teamrock

Gilead Media are happy to be working with out friends in Vile Creature to help spread the word about their new LP, A Steady Descent Into The Soil.

Originally pressed by Broken Limbs Recordings, but now being self-distributed
by the band.

A Steady Descent into the Soil is the debut LP from St. Catharines, Ontario's Vile Creature. Crafted during winter 2014 and recorded in an abandoned school house in rural Canada, the record acts as a cull of emotions derived from the inherent violence and hatred experienced growing up queer around the millennium, a time much less homo-positive than today's landscape.

Three songs of fuzzed-out atmospheric doom are sprawled over nearly 40 minutes, creating a record described as "wonderfully unique" and "undeniably original" by noisey & metalinjection, respectively.

'A grueling, forty-minute trip through a sonic meat grinder inspired by the experience of growing up queer.' - Noisey

Repress from the magic Bastard first album... Must Have

Of the handful of live dates available from 1962, Finjan Club In Montreal, July 2, 1962, may be Bob Dylan's most passionate and commanding performance. In addition to being a stellar performance, with great sound quality for the era, this live date is also of note for including many rarely heard Dylan originals including "The Death of Emmett Till," "Quit Your Lowdown Ways," and "Let Me Die in My Footsteps".

The reels used for Live In Studio 1973-1974 were rescued from the trash when KLOL was purging their tape library, considering the quality of the performances here, it's hard to imagine them possibly being lost forever in a landfill somewhere in East Texas. Along with tracks from his first two LPs, the live radio set also includes the obscure Bruce deep cut favorite, "The Fever", which was only available at the time as a demo promo that had been sent to a handful of progressive stations, including KLOL where it was receiving significant airplay and listener interest. The classic live broadcast is supplemented here by 3 more rarities from a 1973 Boston radio session and is available on limited edition picture disc in high quality remastered sound.

Repress from legendary 1971 ... 180GRAM Psychedelic... 20 minutes per side long trips !

The old band from most of the Bastard Members... noisy Sonic Youth influences... or Jazzy 70's psychedelic roots... or ... just late 80'sNoisy French spirit (Sister Iodine, and others...)... A important repress to check !
