Full side pressing of the classics!!

Next batch of Iron Maiden picture disc re-issues_

After the success of the first three volumes, Musica Sol Y Mar are back with a fourth installment of Balearic Sound for 2013. The album contains tracks such as 'In Alto Mare' from sultry Italian singer Loredana Berte who delivers a killer piano-led groove that has been a summer favourite in the Mediterranean since its release in the early 1980s; the dope slo-mo Cosmic groove of 'My Baby My' by US soul singer Sue Ann Cardwell which was a big hit on the White Island as well as being popular with the Afro and Cosmic DJs in Italy. The slo-mo theme is continued with The Alan Parsons Project's mighty 'The Gold Bug' which the Quiet Village guys have been championing in recent years. Our Amnesia days are remembered with Switzerland's finest duo, Yello and their inimitable 'She's Got A Gun' which Alfredo often dropped in his warm up sets. Rock music has always been a key part of the Balearic sound and is showcased here by legends The Who and Rod Stewart. Rod's sleazy groove 'Passion' has been revived in recent years by Balearic Mike and Joel Martin in England whilst The Who's 'Eminence Front' has endured popularity in New York via David Mancuso and Larry Levan as well as Ibizan DJs. Jose Padilla's enduring influence is written large in the songs by Jevetta Steele, Malcolm McLaren and Alphonso Johnson - perfect to soundtrack a Café Del Mar sunset. All tracks featured here are either long deleted on vinyl or are seeing a vinyl release for the first time and have been re-mastered for maximum quality. Enjoy Balearic Sound Volumen Cuatro!

More Classic Northern Soul Sides From The Legendary Cameo-Parkway Label Transferred From The Original Master Tapes And Reissued For The First Time Ever

Ltd (1k) 7" vinyl with exclusive bonus track "Power Of Soul". The lead single from the forthcoming album "People, Hell & Angels", which showcases his solo (not part of the Jimi Hendrix Experience trio) studio recordings between 1968-70. This single is a newly discovered gem from 1968. The track features Buddy Miles on drums & Stephen Stills on bass.

Superb replica reissue of the hard-to-find original 12' version of one the true classics of the jazz-funk stratosphere - the amazing and inimitable Running Away by vibes master Roy Ayers. Instantly recognisable from the first bass riffs, this seminal track from the late 70s is a dancefloor staple around the world crossing genres and generations to become one of the most-loved tracks of all time championed by more DJs than you can shake a stick at. Although Running Away is the undeniable star, on the flip 'Can't You See Me' is not to be sneezed at either - a summery cool groover with sweet vocals and a breezy Brazilian feel. Don't miss your chance to own a piece of jazz-funk history

Quality limited reissue of this classic LP from Californian singer/songwriter, Ned Doheny. Though beloved of the recent Balearic scene with fans including Harvey, Lexx, Moonboots et al, Ned was under-appreciated during his own era with this superlative LP only ever securing a vinyl release in Japan, making it a seriously hard to get hold of album but definitely worth the effort. Following on from his iconic Hard Candy LP, 1979's Prone is again bursting with Californian sun-soaked gems showcasing Doheny's signature laidback funky musical style and relaxed unpolished vocals. From quality soulful groovers such as Think Like A Lover and If You Only Knew through to the sophisticated disco sounds of Sweet Friction and Funky Love, there's not a filler in sight but the icing on this tasty West Coast cake has got to be DJ's favourite - the great jazz-funk floor-filler To Prove My Love. An essential album - don't miss!

New single from I Am Kloot - 'These Days Are Mine'
The song will feature on the band's forthcoming eighth album 'Let It All In', which is slated for release on January 21. It is the follow-up to the their 2010 Mercury Prize-nominated 'Sky At Night' and has been co-produced by Elbow's Guy Garvey and Chris Potter.

EMI mark the 40th anniversary of 'The Jean Genie' with the third in a series of collectable 7" picture discs that celebrate the anniversary of the original release of David Bowie's UK singles.
Originally issued in the UK via RCA on November 14, 1972, 'The Jean Genie' was the first single taken from his then still-to-be released album Aladdin Sane. Bowie was now a superstar, writing on the run while touring.

Here we go with the launch of MB Disco's sub label. It's a vinyl only label which will release all kind of edits from the coolest people all around the globe. We keep the family name MB and add EDITS, so, MB EDITS is the name.

First out is an edit of Chris Rea's Josephine. This Balearic classic hasn't been done too many times so we thought, let's do it. The two edits comes from Chris Coco and Dalminjo and both of them follow in the footstep of Todd Terje's edit of On The Beach. So expect two mixes which hasn't destryoed the original feeling of Rea's versions.
