Originally released on a Partial 10” in 2019, `Mediation’ became a hit on the underground roots and dub sound system scene with regular plays from the late Jah Shaka, amongst others.

This 12” reissue features the original vocal and dub cut, but also contains two previously unreleased dubplate cuts.

* A brand new recording from the legendary Max Romeo whose recording career spans six decade. Max is of course best known for hits such as `War in a Babylon', `Chase the Devil' (aka `Iron Shirt' - as sampled by The Prodigy), `One Step Forward', `Wet Dream' and so on.
* This is a recent collaboration with producer Daniel Boyle from Rolling Lion studios who has been nominated for a Grammy Award for his recent album he produced with Lee Perry: `Back on the Controls'.
* This crisp musical biscuit features Max's vocal cut, a horns piece from Hornsman Coyote plus a dub version.

* Flip to the AA side for bass-rumbling boom shot from S'Kaya, a young promising vocalist/deejay who already has two previous releases for Partial under his belt (`Police' and `Eyes of Jah'). On this track he ride the same rhythm as Jah Marnyah's `Nah Partial' which was released last year.
* Both tunes come with dub-wise versions mixed by Dougie Wardrop.
