As the Norns weave our future, this album is a fascinating passageway into our pristine origins and the consequences of our choices. Ten new songs as stepping stones, Ørlǫg is an offering to listen, to dwell, to reflect—and to find something within yourself previously unknown. SAGENBRINGER weaves fantasy and emotion, joy and sorrow into the 12 stories on ‘Zwischen den Welten’ (Between Worlds) through words and sound. All of this is packaged in a modern musical guise that has been forged from folk and metal elements into a hot iron. Stories are everywhere. They are countless and come from all corners of the worlds we know and don't know. But they always manage to stimulate the mind, touch the heart or send the soul on a journey. This is the calling of SAGENBRINGER: to spread these stories and not let them fall into oblivion. After establishing themselves in the German folk and pagan scene with their first two albums, ‘Sagenbringer’ and ‘Zeit der Geschichten’, and becoming a recurring name on festival posters across Germany, the young skald troupe are now releasing their third studio album on 30 January 2026. Zwischen den Welten (Between Worlds) transports listeners to the most diverse corners of mythology, legends and human emotions.

Valhalla’s epic Viking journey you’ll lead deadly
raiding parties, fight in massive battles and build
up a prosperous settlement, all within the historical
backdrop of Ninth Century England.

Selvik (Vikings, Gorgoroth, Wardruna), also known
by his stage name Kvitrafn (white raven).
Lyrics are sung in Old Norse and they mainly
consist of excerpts and edited Old Norse Skaldic
and Eddic poetry, except for the song ‘When Horns
Resound’, which was written by Einar.

Árstíðir lífsins kehren mit ihrer lang erwarteten EP "Hermalausaz" zurück. Die EP enthält zwei umfangreiche Songs mit jeweils rund 22 Minuten Spielzeit. Ähnlich wie bei früheren Veröffentlichungen enthält "Hermalausaz" sowohl moderne als auch klassische Black-Metal-Elemente, umrahmt von archaischen Folklore-Mustern, unterstützt von dunklen Gesängen und klassischen Instrumenten. Die Texte sind in altnordischer Poesieform verfasst und stark von der kryptischen Runeninschrift des westnorwegischen Eggja-Runensteins sowie von ausgewählter skaldischer Poesie inspiriert.

Die Old Gods Of Asgard, auch bekannt als Poets of the Fall, sind wieder Teil der Spielewelt! Vier zuvor veröffentlichte Songs der Old Gods of Asgard wurden bereits millionenfach auf Spotify angehört. Das kommende Album "Rebirth - Greatest Hits" enthält diese bereits digital veröffentlichten Tracks sowie vier brandneue Songs, von denen drei in Remedys Spiel "Alan Wake 2" enthalten sind. Das Spiel ist am 27. Oktober 2023 veröffentlicht worden. "Die Entstehung von 'Rebirth' war ein bisschen wie die Jagd nach den Sternen im Meer der Fantasie. Außerdem war es ungemein befriedigend, das unglaubliche Talent und die Hingabe aller an diesem Projekt Beteiligten zu erleben. Jeder hat sein Bestes gegeben und sich wirklich ins Zeug gelegt", kommentiert Marko Saaresto, der Leadsänger der Band.
