To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Snoop Dogg’s multi- platinum Doggystyle, heralded as one of the most important albums of all time, Death Row Records will be bringing this back to retail with the original 1993 track listing on vinyl.

This new 30th Anniversary edition will include the track “Gz Up, Hoes Down” which has not been on the album since its pressing in 1993. For new and old fans alike, this is the definitive version of the classic album that launched Snoop’s solo career and helped define the sound of Los Angeles in the process.

Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, and arriving as a specially expanded edition to mark the occasion, the Murder Was The Case soundtrack remains an iconic work in hip-hop history. Originally accompanying the short film directed by Dr. Dre and Fab Five Freddy, this album embodies the essence of West Coast gangsta rap of the 90s. Featuring tracks from legends of the game like Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, and more, it captures the gritty realities of street life with raw lyricism and infectious beats. From the haunting title track to the catchy grooves of 'Natural Born Killaz,' each song immerses you in the vivid world of the film and the era's burgeoning rap scene.

Snoop Dogg’s fourth studio album, No Limit Top Dogg, debuted on May 11, 1999, under No Limit Records and Priority Records. Working alongside renowned producers like Dr. Dre, Dj Quik, G-One, Jelly Roll, Bud’da, and Meech Wells, they created the signature West Coast G-Funk sound that is synonymous with Snoop Dogg. The album reached the #1 spot on the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200. Featuring hit singles ‘Buck’em’ (featuring Sticky Fingaz), ‘Down 4 My N’s’ (featuring C-Murder and Magic), and ‘Bitch Please’ (featuring Xzibit).

2026 is the 50th anniversary of the iconic fourth album by Average White Band, released in June 1976.

Reaching #9 and becoming their third consecutive US Top 10 album, “Soul Searching” includes the much-sampled classics ‘A Love Of Your Own’ and ‘Queen Of My Soul’, with the latter reaching the Top 40 Singles Charts on both sides of the Atlantic. The Bloods and Crips’ debut Bangin’ on Wax (1993) — which we reissued in 2023 to an incredible reception — inspired us to dig even deeper into this iconic catalogue. The follow-up, The Saga Continues, originally dropped only on CD in 1994. Now, for the first time ever, we’re proud to bring it to wax — pressed on solid Blue and Red vinyl, of course. This concept was a pivotal moment in West Coast gangsta rap, uniting members of L.A.’s two most infamous sets. Crips from Compton, Watts, and Long Beach, and Bloods from Inglewood and Los Angeles auditioned for the project, with the sharpest MCs selected for the final lineup. All proceeds from the original Bangin’ on Wax album went toward improving local schools and parks for the community’s children. Over 30 years later, the lone CD pressing regularly fetches £50+ on the secondary market — and now the album finally arrives on vinyl. Sleeker in production and delivery, this record carries that true G-Funk swagger, tipping its hat to Warren G, Snoop, DJ Quik, and even Dr. Dre.
