Welcome to the Jungle. ANIMA Records follows up its debut release with JUNGLE 002. As part of our mission to connect the world with a global techno sound - We are releasing one of the first 'Concept' Techno Records. Paired with equally psychedelic artwork, this album is a 'jungle-themed' release, inspired by organic sounds, lush world rhythms, and a focus on producers based in warmer climates. We feature music from Brazil, Uruguay, Malta, Australia and much more - as we take the focus away from club environments, to the places where the sun can shine, a clave pattern pushes the beat forward, and the heat is welcome. FABRICLIVE’s new incarnation as an artist-focussed label continues, with a stunning two-track 12” by the Hong Kong-born, Netherlands-based rising star Kiana Li, aka gyrofield.

Rooted in drum & bass but distinctly the sound of now, this single sparkles with freshness, and stands-out with an exquisite verve for detail and craft. Balmy and comforting, atmospheric and melodic, the cloudsurfing breakbeats and celestial propulsion of ‘Akin’ is pure friendly pressure, whilst on ‘Mother’ big vocals, low-end precision and techno swathes soar even higher.

For its second release, Angatu introduces two rising talents: Stckman, from the growing Lisbon scene, and T.C.M. (aka Brique) from France. Each presents tracks that showcase their unique soundscapes. Stckman delivers groovy bass lines infused with rich, organic textures, while T.C.M. brings darker, hypnotic vibes crafted through his hardware collection. Marie-Pierre Rixain and David Fenech form an unexpected and captivating duo, pushing the boundaries of alternative music. Together, they embark on an unclassifiable sonic journey, blending industrial downtempo, steady kicks, cold percussion, field recordings, and electric guitar feedback. Their music, often dark, carries flashes of warmth inspired by British dub—like an imaginary collaboration between The Bug and This Heat. At times, it echoes the world of La Perversita by Hector Zazou & Co.



Their debut album, Insane Ghosts, due out in spring 2025 on the Parisian label Hublotone, was recorded in 2024 in the intimate privacy of the bedroom. Mixed by David Fenech, it also benefits from the participation of Alexandre Berly (La Mverte) on the track ‘Toi en Moi’, adding a sub and experimental touch. The mastering was handled by the legendary Noel Summerville, whose sonic signature graces iconic albums by The Clash, My Bloody Valentine, Kraftwerk, Aphex Twin, and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.



The album cover features a striking work by French photographer and filmmaker Antoine d’Agata (Magnum Photos). His poetic and abstract image adds another layer to Insane Ghosts, a project already shaping up to be a must-have for fans of introspective, dark and cold music. Like if Lost in Highway from David Lynch had a new soundtrack.

discos elgozo is proud to present our second single with two songs by Las Raras Del Folclor, a queer feminist musical project from the Colombian Caribbean, which harnesses the decolonising power of cumbia and drums to heal the community and transgress patriarchal orders. This musical project is part of the LBT Raras no tan Raras Corporation, which was born in 2019 in preparation for LGBT Pride Day in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Las Raras Del Folclor are feminist, maricas, drummers and caribbean. Their musical proposal is a disruptive political bet, where the lyrics carry a message of respect for the lives and re-existences of sexual and gender diversities, while the drumming and collective chants unite us in the joy of the movement of our diverse bodies. If in the first track, La Denuncia, we find the strength of our ancestral women to confront patriarchal violence, in the second track, La Pajarera, we find the community that welcomes and cares for us.

The label Remedy Music VLC has selected the song What We’ve Lost from the LP Groove Chronicles to release it in the king format of soul disco music: 7" vinyl.

For the second vinyl release of GNC Records we got five tracks meant for a dark night at the club, produced straight out of the Patagonia by argentine heavyweight Saigg. This EP has four Electro Techno cuts and it also includes a killer remix by argentine EBM live duo KRSSV. Throughout the release, playful basslines interact with arpeggiated synthesizers generating a fun climate that becomes more and more tense while reverberant atmospheres bring the night to its climax. On the side A, we can appreciate how sharp drums build up intensity on the dancefloor in order to leave everything on point for side B, where breakbeats and diffused vocals transport the listener to an induced psychedelic state, a dystopic void representative of the producer and his sonic quest.

The fledgling Jackpot Recordings label is back with a second serving up club-ready goodness with Club of Jacks at the helm. There is a healthy dose of classic elements to these tunes - 90s vocals, deepness, soul - not least the opener 'Always' with its diva wails and balmy pads draped over nice silky drums with a majestic piano breakdown. 'Gorgon Dub' is a fat bottom house cut with mid-tempo drums and rigid percussion atop a dark bassline throb. 'Think Of You' is a warm and breezy one with loved-up pads and r&b vocal chops and 'Soundboy' gets more naughty with some garage-inspired drums and bass primed to pump the party.
