Das Originalalbum des Harmoniegesang-Trio Tetrack (Carlton Hines, Paul Mangaroo und Dave Harvey) aus dem Jahre 1978. Die zehn Tracks erhabener Gesangseinlagen und schwergewichtigen Riddims wurden von Augustus Pablo produziert und von seinem Musikerkollektiv Rockers International in den Channel One, Harry J und Black Ark Studios aufgenommen, Sylvan Morris war der Toningenieur. Der Longplayer wurde von Kevin Metcalfe re-mastered und wird dieser Tage mit dem Gütesiegel Greensleeves neu aufgelegt!

Roots Reggae-Klassiker aus dem Jahre 1982 im Original Artwork neu aufgelegt. Die Henry 'Junjo' Lawes Produktion entstand seinerzeit im Channel One Studio mit den Roots Radics in Top-Besetzung und wurde von Scientist im King Tubby's Studio abgemischt. Johnny Osbourne gehört zu den ganz Großen der jamaikanischen Künstler, und "Never Stop Fighting" ist einer der Höhepunkte seiner Karriere. Die Songs "Love Is Universal", "Give A Little Love", "In Your Eyes", "Never Stop Fighting" und "Over 31 Under 21" sind zeitlos und bilden die Basis für das Dub-Reggae-Kultalbum "Scientist Wins The World Cup". Ebenfalls erhätlich: Johnny Osbourne "Reggae Legends" 4CD Box-Set (Artikel-Nr. GRE2080 Barcode 601811208021) inklusive der CD zu dieser LP.

Der LP-Klassiker aus dem Jahre 1980 jetzt als Wiederveröffentlichung, re-mastered und mit neuem Vinylschnitt von Kevin Metcalfe (Soundmasters, London). Hier finden sich "Melodica masterpieces, deep dubs and classic vocal sides" - von und mit Augustus Pablo, Delroy Williams, Earl Sixteen, Te-Track, Jah Iny, Norris Reid, Jah Bull und den Rockers All Stars. Am Mischpult des Channel One und Harry J Studio saßen Stanley "Barnabas" Bryan und Sylvan Morris.

Endlich als LP-Vinyl wiederveröffentlicht! Im Original 1978 auf dem Label Joint International als US-Pressung veröffentlicht, wurden die Bänder nach London zum legendären Mastering Experten Kevin Metcalfe geschickt, der eine komplett neue Überspielung für Greensleeves anfertigte. Das Album wurde in Randy's, Channel One und den Chalk Farm Studios aufgenommen und bei King Tubby's mit dem finalen Mix ausgestattet, am Mischpult dabei Clive Chin, Lancelot 'Maxie' McKenzie, Sid Bucknor und Prince Jammy.

Erstmalig als Repress auf Vinyl erscheint die offizielle Dubversion zum Kultalbum "Rasta Communication". Die 10 Tracks des 1978er Originalalbums wurden in Jamaika in Randy's sowie im Channel One Studio und in London (Chalk Fram Studio) mit Sly & Robbie und Musikern des Soul Syndicate aufgenommen. Am Mischpult saßen dabei Clive Chin, Lloyd McKenzie und Sid Bucknor, der finale Mix wurde von Prince Jammy im King Tubby's Studio ausgeführt. Die Arbeiten des Sängers und Produzenten Keith Hudson, auch bekannt als 'The Dark Prince of Reggae' (geboren 1946 in Kingston, Jamaika - r.i.p. 14.11. 1984 in New York), hatten einen großen Einfluss auf die Entwicklung des Dub.

Neuauflage des Albumklassikers von 1980, aufgenommen im Channel One Studio und abgemischt in King Tubbys Studio von Scientist. Released on Greensleeves in 1990 to glowing reviews ‘Blowing With The Wind’ went on to be Pablo’s most successful album since the seventies. The mix of nyahbinghi drumming and hardcore steppers was embraced big time by the new age sound-system culture bringing Pablo’s far east sound to a whole new audience. A successful tour of Japan followed where Pablo showcased Blowing With The Wind with a selection of his original rockers. Recorded at Tuff Gong & Dynamic and mixed at Tuff Gong & Music Works, engineered by Soldgie, Chunny, Sylvan Morris & Tony Kelly.

•A touchstone LP from the beginning of reggae's 'post-Bob Marley era,’ Wailing Souls’ Fire House Rock was released by Greensleeves in 1981 to enduring acclaim. The title track became Wailing Souls’ most popular, anthemic song. Features production by Henry Junjo Lawes, backing by the Roots Radics with mixes by Scientist.

•For the Record Store Day 2022 edition, the original mixes were transferred from reel-to-reel to a pristine 24-bit/96k digital master. These are paired in a deluxe gatefold sleeve with a bonus 12-inch single disc of alternate, extended mixes originally released through VP’s Jah Guidance imprint.

Das unveröffentlichte Dub-Album aus den 80ern von Lloyd James, 1947 in Montego Bay Jamaika geboren und besser bekannt als Prince Jammy und späterem King Jammy! Hier finden sich unter anderem sehr gesuchte Dub-Versionen zu Black Crucials "Mr Vincent", Junior Reids "Higgler Move" oder Anthony Johnson "Yah Wi Deh". Eine tolle Vinyl Ergänzung zum 4CD Box-Set Vol.6 in der "Evolution Of Dub"-Serie.

Wiederveröffentlichung des Greensleeves Longplayer von 1984. Am Mischpult saß Phillip Smart (neben Scientist und Prince Jammy der dritte Meisterschüler von King Tubby), mit den Musikern Bass: Paul Henton, Drums: Donny Marshall, Guitar: Errol Moore, Guitar Lead: Donovan McKitty, Keyboards: William Brown, Horns: Derek Hinds. Der Titelsong ist ein absoluter 'Classic Tune' der Reggae-Historie und basiert auf Jackie Mittoos 'Hot Milk' Riddim.

Original Cat# GREL314 / Das Original Album "Dangerous Dub" wurde 1981 veröffentlicht und gehört definitiv zu den "Must Have" Alben des Dub. Nun gibt es eine Fortsetzung dieses Klassikers. "More Dangerous Dub" enthält nicht weniger als 14 unveröffentlichte Tracks der Roots Radics, aufgenommen mit King Tubby in den Channel Studios.
