This 2-LP set brings together both volumes of Fred Steiner and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s recordings of music from the original Star Trek TV series, featuring score cues from classic episodes like The Trouble With Tribbles, By Any Other Name, The Doomsday Machine, and many more. Pressed on Translucent Clear vinyl, the set comes in a gatefold jacket featuring brand-new art from acclaimed illustrator Malachi Ward.

The A-Side "NUN TROVO CcHIU" delivers a cosmic jazz-funk stomper chock full of twinkling keys & a groovy bassline. The B-Side "CHIKI CHICANCAN" features a driving psychedelic fusion of Afro-funk & Mediterranean breezes. A two-sided instrumental stunner with versions of two disco floor fillers.

The A Side serves up a California tribute, vo-coded slapper that would make MORODER catch a stank face. The B-Side "YOU CAN'T STOP ME" delivers supreme disco boogie ala their idol NILE RODGERS with Grade A songwriting and excellently delivered vocals from studio collaborator DANKE.

Fragile announces the release of Juan Pablo Echeverri & Wolfgang Tillmans's unreleased 2016 composition, Warm Star,
alongside a new remix of the song by TR/ST, celebrating the 10th anniversary of Tillmans and Echeverri's first recording sessions together.

Nach ersten EPs & Mixtapes sowie der Produktion von Dijons Debütalbum "Absolutely" erscheint Mike Gordons Erstwerk "Two Star & The Dream Police" als bahnbrechende Fusion aus Pop, Rock und Soul. Der 26-jährige Musiker aus New Jersey definiert bekannte Genres anhand unkonventioneller Töne, Tempi und Texturen neu. Seine verzerrten Gitarrenriffs und gefühlvollen Vocals erinnern an Prince, durchdringen düster-experimentelle Mixe und schaffen eine fesselnde Klanglandschaft, die traditionelle Grenzen überwindet. Mark Robinson and Trevor Kampmann are Uncomfortable Police. They have been collaborating for years. First as Fang Wizard (2011) and then Party Milk in 2023. While those LPs are primarily instrumental, this new 15-song Michelin Star Hardcore album sees them both getting in front of the microphone as lead and background singers. Mark started and starred in the bands Unrest (who just released the 30th Anniversary edition of their Perfect Teeth album with 4AD), Air Miami, Flin Flon, Grenadine and more. Trevor’s records his solo material until the moniker hollAnd for years and has produced and mastered albums by the likes of Cat Power and Explosions In The Sky. On Mark’s seminal Teenbeat label that he formed at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia, just outside DC. This physical phonograph record contains one extra song that will not be available digitally.

Grown through collaboration, Samuel Savenberg’s EP As Bright as a Burning Star stands for a music that evolves and becomes newly tangible in the very moment of performance.
The live EP captures a concert by Savenberg and his band, recorded at the 2024 B-Sides Festival on Sonnenberg near Lucerne. In this setting, the concert with his close musical companions takes on a life distinct from the studio recordings it draws upon, casting the music in a new light: more immediate, vibrant, and warmer.
As Bright as a Burning Star features newly interpreted pieces from Unsung—Savenberg’s 2023 album released via Präsens Editionen—alongside two new songs. The title track had existed in a similar form since 2016 but had never been released—until it was rediscovered by chance during preparations for the concert. The second new piece, "Expressions of Regret", features vocals by Remo Helfenstein, a longtime friend and fellow Präsens Editionen artist.
As Bright as a Burning Star is a labor of love—shaped by shared musical histories and lasting friendships. It is available on cassette tape, for streaming and as a digital release via Präsens Editionen.

Samuel Savenberg is a composer and producer based between Lucerne and Berlin. Following the release of Unsung in 2023, he has presented selected remixes and live performances—the latter mostly in a band setup—and collaborated with other artists, taking on a variety of roles.

Founded in 2011 in the process of launching zweikommasieben, Switzerland-based publishing house and music label Präsens Editionen has released music on vinyl, cassette, CD, and digital formats—alongside magazines, books, and other printed matter. Audio releases include works by Anna Homler, Robert Turman, Belia Winnewisser, Samuel Reinhard, Martina Lussi, and Magda Drozd & Nicola Genovese’s Sopraterra.
