Pulshar return to Desolat with another stunning long player filled with a selection of sumptuous productions that further demonstrate their grasp over intimate and deeply ethereal electronic music. Vinyl version of 'Blood and Mathematics' features the originals and instrumentals via download code, and is perfectly timed for when the days begin to draw to a close. Barcelona based duo Sergio S. Vidal and Pablo Bolivar have cemented the Pulshar name and reputation as proponents of dub-heavy, soulful and at times psychedelic electronic music. Their first Desolat long player 'Inside' received critical acclaim and effortlessly bridged the gap between the dance-floor and the home listening environment. They returned to Desolat in 2013 with a deliciously deep and trippy EP in 'Different Drum', and now continue their relationship with the label with 'Blood and Mathematics'. Pulshar continue their affair with Electro, Instrumental Hip-Hop, Dub and Psychedelia. They have distilled this to create a distinctive and soulful brand of electronic music and the new Long Player represents where the artists are in 2014. All the tracks are written and produced by them, with only Guti as a featuring artist on 'Running Away'. This has resulted in them cultivating a traditional 'album' experience where one track effortlessly segues into the next and takes the listener through a range of emotions across the record. Blood and Mathematics is a contemporary electronic music listening experience that will be revisited again and again.

Rarely you come across a record which embodies Dubstep so well that rallies the entire scene behind it. From the brosteppers to the deep heads this record has been getting love from all corners of the earth. We're talking about "Under Control" the latest outing from Germany's next top wobble aka Bukez Finezt. Its eerie intro sets the tone perfectly to interlude this hypnotic stomper. Shlomi Aber returns to Ovum with 'Slack Tide". It has been three years since Shlomi Aber's acclaimed album Chicago Days/Detroit Nights was release on Ovum. It was followed by an incredible remix package in 2011. He returns to Ovum in fine form with the 'Slack Tide' EP. Shlomi has stayed busy the past two years focusing on releases for his own Be As One imprint as well as big releases on Desolat and Cadenza Lab. He returns to Ovum coming off strength after strength with his releases. For his Ovum return Shlomi has come back with a bang. The title track 'Slack Tide' is a rolling ball of energy. The track ebbs and flows delivering builds that should drive the dance-floor crazy. For the B side, Shlomi returns to his techno roots with 'Warehouse". You can seen this being played in a dark sweaty warehouse space and driving the crowd insane. Both tracks will rock any crowd and show Shlomi's diversity. Welcome back!

After the last collaboration which saw them go out successfully on Desolat, the label Loco Dice, finally and after so much hard work they have completed their first album on Beatwax Records and have entitled it 'A Young Long Trip'. Aldo Cadiz & Ricky Erre Love have now been collaborating for two years sharing their ideas, dreams and experiences.
They are trying to get something positive across through a unique audio experience that evolves over time. Although their stories are different, they are interwoven in an artistic partnership, made homogeneous and uniform through the use of hypnotic grooves that are deep and overwhelming, and always enriched by delicate and loving melodies that have made this project become a reality. We are expecting an album that is intimate, engaging and full of surprises.

Das Ergebnis der Kooperation zwischen dem Chilenen Aldo Cadiz und dem aus Italien stammenden Ricky Erre Love gleicht einer unaufhaltsamen Kettenreaktion. Beide bringen in ihrer Solo-Ursprungsform bereits ungeheures Potenzial mit, welches sie auf stets gefeierten Veröffentlichungen unter Beweis stellen. Das neue in enger Zusammenarbeit entstande Gesamtkunstwerk - A Long Young Trip' fasziniert nun mit einem Facettenreichtum und einer Soundintensität, dass man sich bereits werden der ersten Taktschläge anschnallen sollte.
Über 12.000 Km Luftlinie liegen zwischen den beiden Protagonisten und dennoch gelingt ihnen ein Zusammenspiel, das seines Gleichen sucht. Beats und Bässe ergänzen sich gekonnt wie italienische Pasta und chilenischer Rotwein. Auf der stetigen Suche nach dem perfekten Groove sind Ricky & Aldo im Geiste vereint. Die jeweiligen kulturellen Einflüsse von Aldo Cadiz und Ricky Erre Love prägen die Ausrichtung des Albums fast genauso, wie ihr für Techno und Techhouse schlagender Puls. Dabei gehen die stets treibenden Grooveszenarien leichtfüßig mit den Lead-Synthies spazieren, tänzeln gekonnt aus der Reihe, um dann mit Anlauf und ausgebreiteten Armen wieder zurück in dieses vor Kreativität und Energie strotzende Meer aus elektronischer Liebe zu springen. Mal voller Euphorie pulsierend und dann wieder entspannt und sanfmütig.

Francisco Allendes, a classic violinist with a synth rock background, one of the most interesting electronic music artists from Chile, already released on Ghostly, Cadenza and several other labels. Italian born DJ, producer and Ibiza resident Paola Poletto, is not only the 'first female DJ to ever perform at Pacha' - she is also a graduated sound engineer. Together Francisco and Paola are not only the nicest couple of dance music, but as a producer team they are also about to leave a deep mark on the musical landscape. Their Desolat debut is a 4 track EP with their unique view on house music, full of optimism, fun and sundrenched grooves. Enjoy!

Just before the end of the year Mute. finally returns on the mighty Symp.tom imprint after a very long absence. Luckily, all that lost time wasn't in vein as he delivers a stunning release in his own unique style.
