Kharkiv label Trance Pandemic did not have to wait long for the announcement of the next release and already in september plans to release a new work Komponente and Kurilo, known for their love of trance and acid. The album "Lord Of Destruction", consisting of four dashing tracks, justifies the name with its energy, which quickly brings to consciousness from summer drowsiness.

Kurilo. "Magnifico" is a mysterious trance xenomorph. The multifaceted "Etat" starts from a state of ecstatic joy, and then carries to the depths of the subconscious. "Oblivion" is an acid forgetting of this record, a message in which vocal samples and acid stuffing, seasoned with good bleep techno are intertwined.

DESTRUCTION UNIT sind eine amerikanische Band, die in der Wüste Arizonas zusammenkam. Gegründet von Ryan Rousseau waren D. UNIT ursprünglich ein synthielastiges Trio, dessen andere Mitglieder Jay Reatard und Alicja Trout (LOST SOUNDS) waren - ebenso war Rousseau ein Mitglieder der REATARDS, bevor Jay auf Solopfaden wanderte. Geboren im Dunstkreis der Memphis Goner Records Szene und verpflanzt nach Tempe, Arizona, hat Rousseau des Band zu einem kompletten Soundangriff geformt, für den drei Gitarristen (er selbst, Nick Nappa und Jesco Aurelius), sein Bruder Rusty am Bass und ein 19-jähriger, klassisch ausgebildeter Schlagzeuger, Andrew Flores, verantwortlich sind. Längst überfällige LP-Neuauflage (Silver Vinyl) von Mortal Sins klassischem Debüt 'Mayhemic Destruction', ursprünglich 1987 veröffentlicht. Mortal Sin, die 1985 aus dem australischen Metal-Underground hervorgingen, erlangten schnell globalen Ruhm als ihre Debüt-LP vom Major-Label Vertigo 1987 weltweit aufgelegt wurde, nachdem sie erst im Eigenvertrieb lief. Mit frühen Klassikern wie 'Lebanon' und 'Blood, Death, Hatred' erwies sich das Album als eine Schlüsselveröffentlichung in der damals aufkeimenden Thrash-Metal-Szene.

'Wear Your Natural, Baby' war eine damals sehr aktuelle politische und modische Botschaft. Tatsächlich war Towana Ty Karim, die unter dem Namen ihrer kleinen Tochter sang. Bei dieser Gelegenheit nahm Ty unter eigenem Namen ein Cover des CB Overton-Hits 'If I Can't Stop You' auf, der hier B-Seite ist.
‘Wear Your Natural, Baby’ was a good seller when issued on Kent Harris’ Romark label in the late 60s – judging by the, at least, three pressings of it. Understandably so, as it is a captivating rhythm for a then very current political and fashionable message. Towana was in fact Ty Karim, singing under her young daughter’s name. On this flip, Ty recorded as herself on a cover of the CB Overton’s hit ‘If I Can’t Stop You’. However, Kent Harris decided to not go with this recording at the time and re-cut it with new lyrics as ‘Keep On Doin’ Whatcha’ Doin’’ as a duet with George Griffin issued in 1980 on Sheridan House. That record has become a modern soul classic over time and this alternate solo version, with the different lyrics, by Ty is sure to excite lovers of that genre.
