Glaswegian musician, producer, DJ and curator Rebecca Vasmant announces her debut LP 'With Love, From Glasgow' on her own label Rebecca's Records, showcasing the breadth of the incredible Jazz talent the city has to offer.

Slotface-Bassist Lasse Lokoy gehört mittlerweile zu den spannendsten Produzenten Norwegens und präsentiert - nach ersten Kollaborationen mit Girl On Red und dePresno - sein Solodebütalbum "Badminton". Darauf gehen seine Pop-Experimente aus Hip-Hop, Pop und Rock laut NME mehr in Richtung Gorillaz statt Green Day, im Vergleich zum Pop-Punk von Slotface. Ihm zur Seite stehen eine Vielzahl an Featuregästen wie Nils Bech, Moyka und Safario.

Produced within the context of 'The Guidebook of Church Burners' publication release, this performance was recorded at visual arts institution LE BAL in Paris, May 4th 2018. Published by Païen in a limited edition, the book explores and transforms into an abstract narration the multiple facets of black metal iconography and history. Emerging from a dialogue between sound and image, the otherworldly piece created for that evening by Stephen O'Malley is a result of this collaboration. – Emilie Lauriola.

Giant EP commences its twisted journey with French vocalist Emilie Albisser's style beautifully on 'Blue Lips' running in parallel across thundering basslines, and clipped layered synth sounds.

Title track 'Giant' leads with a Vangelis style combination of fear inducing sounds that entwine in perfect time with Emilie's ethereal voice, from a future where hope is dwindling.
'The Stars and Stripes' is an enigmatic homage to the home of electronic beats - Detroit. Where Drexciya channels 'Drone' in a fiercely uplifting mantra to the power of America.

Giant EP ends with 'Untitled' which aptly wraps off this musical journey using metallic sounds melded together taking you back to that Beijing smog with huge LED screens and too many people.
