Tokyo based DJ/Producer Tsuyoshi Ogawa presents "Seven Samurai". This vinyl-only label has been founded in 2018 and it is operating in Tokyo, Japan. It pays tribute to the Japanese legendary movie director 'Akira Kurosawa'. This 4th EP featuring Foog from Tokyo who is a pioneer of Japanese electronic music since the early 80’s as Yukihiro Fukutomi. The EP includes two tracks inspired by the movie "The Lower Depths" that well know "Donzoko" in Japanese. 1st title track "The Lower Depths" recorded using the sound sample from the movie. The beat influenced by the Japanese Rakugo and impressive Syakuhachi phrase brings us toughness and funniness of those who survive in Edo-Ghetto like that movie. 2nd track "Fourth Wall" asks us about the confusion of the modern world with human negative emotions, evil, anger, poverty and greedy from the movie in 1962 across time and space. It will be a warning message to the modern economically unequal society from the ancient economically unequal society. This EP is dedicated to Kurosawa as a new spiritual soundtrack for The Lower Depths.

The next instalment in the My Rules catalog sees label owner Justin Van Der Volgen take on Japanese house legend Yukihiro Fukutomi aka Foog's techy club jam 'Flying'.
Originally available as a digital-only release, it's twisted into two exclusive new versions.
On the A-side edit, Justin travels down the less walked path of splicing and shortens the track, which along with his subtle drum additions tastefully amplify and sharpen the feeling of tension and release.
The B-side dub is a heavy bass and drum mix complete with flanged hissing hi-hats, alien claps and cavernous echoes.
HandsOnWax presents catalog number 005:
Engineered for the floor. Four focused house cuts built for peak-time moments. Vinyl-only and strictly limited.

Dingo Tush & Das Uberdog have awakened from their well-deserved hibernation and are itching to tell you all about the sweet dreams they had. Dreams that they thought would be best told in a trilogy of earworms which would eventually feed on your brain.
When the news of their awakening broke out, Void+1 Laboratories, against better judgement, made it their mission to log the dreams from these mythical beasts. Regretfully, they did not anticipate that the celestial voice of Dingo Tush could infect the minds of all of their employees and cause a chain reaction that would in matter of days make a whole universe sing in unison for eternity. Although V+1 did learn a valuable lesson (not really), that universe had to be "abandoned" and the exit-point plugged (to answer the question that just popped up in your mind: yes).
After applying Das Uberdog's custom-built, quantum censorship filters (totally not sci-fi gibberish, foogle it) to the original recordings, they were modified into 3 interdimensional, techno megahits that are now safe to be presented to the public (As far as we know... But don't worry, plugs in all sizes are ready for just in case).

Shottaz 4Eva (Deluxe) is an expansion to the posthumous album, Shottaz 4Eva, from Dallas-based rapper MO3. Fusing his harmonious vocals with an almost effortless flow, the late artist quickly cemented himself as rap royalty in his hometown and well beyond. Featuring appearances from rising star Morray and Derez De'Shon, the deluxe edition gifts fans with eight new tracks that illustrate MO3's exceptional talent that was taken from us too soon. The album includes the hit songs, "Outside (Better Days) (feat. OG Bobby Billions)," & "In My Blood (feat. Morray). Long Live MO3.
'The second About Group recording for Treader, this time replacing Charles Hayward with Rupert Clervaux. His elegant drumming takes the group into new territories which together with Coxon's simple and insistent guitar themes forms a regular backbone for four extended group compositions containing a surprising collision of sounds and influences.
Pat Thomas, with his background in free jazz and improv, and Susumu Mukai, more commonly heard in the company of Floating Points, make strange bedfellows with Alexis Taylor's mooger-foogered rhodes, but somehow it all crystallises perfectly.
The clearest precedent for this engaging recording is Ege Bamyasi era Can,but really it occupies a position of its own...'
