dvsn have turned the page to a new chapter in their career with the release of their fervently anticipated third studio album, A Muse In Her Feelings, via OVO Sound. The album is a beautifully crafted body of work boasting an all-star cast of collaborators, including the likes of Future, PartyNextDoor, Popcaan, Buju Banton, Summer Walker, Jessie Reyez, Snoh Aalegra, Ty Dolla $ign and Shantel May. A Muse In Her Feelings brings R&B back to tropes that built the genre. Incorporating vulnerability, yearning and lust, the album draws inspiration from the early aughts with Daniel Daley's pen sharper than ever, coupled with Nineteen85's cutting edge production. All while rooted in the tenets of golden-era R&B.

Everything about her her, the first full length album by Berlin-based Australian artist L.Zylberberg seems at first a little bit strange—in the best possible way. A little bit off yet playful, intriguing and perhaps a touch deceptive. Sounds, arrangements and images cajole the listener to second guess themselves and re-evaluate the listening experience as it's happening. It's a trip, it’s transcendental, but her her does not stylistically fall into such simple catagorisations. her her is a meticulously-crafted egress into a sonic world that is at times tense, lush, dense, and sometimes just hush.

This is the third offering by Zylberberg on Swiss publishing house Präsens Editionen, following a split tape with producer and singer Belia Winnewisser and a digital release that was accompanied by a silk foulard. Zylberberg has strong ties to Berlin's Sameheads family and Tbilisi’s Mutant Radio. She also co-runs the infamous party series Twista and is a deadly DJ.

The duo HER ABSCENCE FILL THE WORLD is the new sensation in Berlinese synthwave scene. They recruited the enigmatic singer Anna Carolina (Royal Lips), drummer extraordinaire Toni Ronkainen (Kuolemanlaakso) and producer-engineer Jaani Peuhu (Swallow the Sun, Lord of the Lost etc.), and recorded a four-song demo. They instantly got signed to Svart Records, and started working on their debut album. After five long years of hard work, it is finally ready to be released upon the world. As they say, good things come to those who wait: The Ghost Love Chronicles will be released on November 11, 2022. The album was produced by musical and visual mastermind Henttunen, mixed by Sampsa Väätäinen (Ismo Alanko, Neøv etc.) and mastered by Jaime Gomez Arellano (Ghost, Paradise Lost, Opeth etc.). The songs range from the mellow Motown mood of Fifth Season to the modern pop banger Kinda Love You, from the Morricone-inspired Vigilante to the nightmarish haunted house thriller What Hides in the Dark and from eerie playfulness of White Lane to ghoulishly beautiful Devil Inside. It remains to see, if The Ghost Love Chronicles will grow into a hit album or a cult classic, but it sure has the potential for both.
