After an extensive catalog of digital deep, minimal and tech house releases, Mole Music makes its debut in the realm of vinyl with a fresh selection of dancefloor weapons from a fine array of artists, each offering their unique takes on deep house, tech, and minimal sounds. The A-side kicks off with JHNS "Nevermind", a minimalistic, low-end heavyweight groove driven by rubbery drums and a tight bassline. Steve End & Colau follow with a silky late-night hypnotic track, while El Funkador closes the A-side with an uplifting, drum-shuffling deep house cut, complete with funky synths and chord progressions. On the B-side, "Night Strobe", a collaboration between Alben, LAJE, and Erratic, brings a retro-futuristic feel with a fast-paced, garage-tinged vibe. This sets the stage for HOT DLVRY's "Friction", a thumping deep groove led by spacious chords and keys, all anchored by an analog bassline. We are honored to present a proper house music classic from 1991 to y’all which was huge back in the day and we had the pleasure to re-vamp for today´s house heads: Urban Soul ft. Roland Clark- Alright! This project is a brainchild from one of house music´s most prolific figures, Roland Clark, who actually wrote and produced the original track that we all love. Vocal credits also go to Roland and to the late Ceybill Jeffries. The remixes on this beauty are rather huge! First up Baltimore´s finest DJ Spen and MicFreak team up and do a masterclass on remixing, what a soulful house monster, beautiful new chords and a baseline to die for. One of Peppermint Jam´s first artists on the roster, Mellow Man, just couldn´t stop and delivered a fantastic remix with that jackin´ groove which puts us back right to the glorious days of house music in the naughties. 'Alagbon Close', ursprünglich 1974 auf dem Independent-Label Jofabro veröffentlicht, markiert das Aufblühen des Afrobeat sowohl als Musik als auch als prinzipielle politische Philosophie. Instrumental vereint das Album die verschiedenen charakteristischen Elemente von Felas Afrobeat, die bis dahin noch nie in einer so einheitlichen und fein ausbalancierten Form auf Tonträger festgehalten worden waren. Textlich ist es eine direkte Auseinandersetzung mit der Vollzugsgewalt des nigerianischen Staates: 'Alagbon Close' in Lagos war das Hauptquartier der nigerianischen Kriminalpolizei (Criminal Investigation Department). Viele der musikalischen Elemente, die 'Alagbon Close' so fesselnd machen, sind bereits auf früheren Aufnahmen zu hören, aber auf diesem Album hat Fela sie alle mit verheerender Wirkung zusammengeführt und damit das klassische Afrobeat-Paradigma geschaffen.

Yet More already made waves with his track Erotic Trip, released as part of our Secret Weapons series back in 2023. What we particularly appreciate about his productions is his approach to groove and the influence of classic House Music vibes. The first track of the EP is a true groover, with pitched sample pieces that give the track the necessary depth and justify its name, 'Bounce.'

With Tryna Jack My Style, the pace picks up, becoming more driving and leading into piano chords that give the track its distinctive character, promising more excitement as we move to the final track, Back 2 Feelin’, the lead track of the EP. With its rhythm and a catchy synth hook that recalls the feel of Oni Ayun's classic tune (remember!?), it is stripped down and refined to its essence—a true highlight of the EP.

Arriving on transparent blue vinyl, the fourth installation of Figure’s Hardspace series brings six new re-interpretations of Len Faki’s favorites via his Hardspace alias.

Starting with a true classic, the gem that is Josh Wink’s Sixth Sense picks up on the original’s tight plastic groove and creates some serious low end rumble.
A less obvious choice, Aoki Takamasa’s minimalist dub from Japan, gets a complete makeover in the Hardspace edit, using driving percussion to morph the pensive blueprint into an upbeat peaktime slammer.
One of the most iconic basslines of the last decade, DJ Yoav B’s Energize is a standout on its own but paired with the relentless groove of the high-energy Hardspace remix it unlocks new levels of rave potential.
Huxley’s Weapon 3 was maybe one of the darkest tunes ever released on the otherwise house-centric catalogue of UK label Aus, which Len Faki already played back when it was first released. The Hardspace Mix merges a feeling explosive force with the originals sultry ambiance, catapulting the track back onto today’s dancefloors.
Colourful, dubby synth stabs are what keeps the momentum on peak time roller Funktion by French producer Tuttle, which in its Hardspace version packs even more heat, as Faki employs his signature claps and tunes up the original’s enervating siren sound, squeezing out every last drop of energy.
Originally released in the 90ies, Mike Parker’s Shakuhachi Two is as techno as it gets. Only now sounding even more powerful and dynamic, as the Harspace Mix keeps all of the original goodness while stacking additional propulsive percussion for a sweaty floor workout.

On the "b" side from Italy we present for the first time a great friend and artist Nicola Brusegan, who really knows how to make music for the dance floor.

Prepare yourself to ride a cosmic wave of progressive sounds with a touch of speedy acid baselines cooked by the unknown master of Osaka, Ryunosuke Tahara aka Paperkraft. The japanese producer and dj has been working non stop for the last 10 years, on a ride that has taken him to write this beautiful 4 Track EP called Acid Asia.

The EP starts with ”P Spectrum”, a psy trance oddisee containing all the elements to “give you the power” ;) Ravy sounds, fast bpm, and big acid baselines, following by the track tht gives the name to the EP: “Acid Asia”, a more cruising house track, with original sounds from the country of rising sun. B side follows with “Munchakoopas” a nice house track, with sweet melodies, acid synths and the sample of my favorite nintendo character: Yoshi. The EP ends up with Cosmic Flower, a strong percussion over a progressive melody and psytrancy vocals that will make you lose your head.

Bogotá-based Colombian composer Eblis Álvarez, known as Meridian Brothers, has been concocting a unique blend of psychedelic sounds since 1998. With his latest project, "Mi Latinoamérica Sufre," Álvarez explores the untapped potential of the electric guitar in a tropical Latin context. Drawing inspiration from African highlife and soukous traditions, Álvarez crafts a fearless sonic experiment infused with invention, playfulness, and emotion. Unlike typical tropical guitar records, this album eschews distortion and clichés, opting for a pure, clean approach. Through intricate compositions blending cumbia, champeta, soukous, Brazilian tropicalia, and underground psychedelic rock, Álvarez pays homage to the golden era of Congolese rumba, Ghanaian highlife, and Nigerian afrobeat.

"Mi Latinoamérica Sufre" delves into the ego trip, presenting a humorous yet introspective journey of self-discovery and identity. The central character, Junior Maximiliano the Third, navigates through the complexities of self-discovery using psychedelic substances, political philosophy, and folklore. As he grapples with nostalgia, paranoia, and shared suffering, Álvarez showcases his vocal prowess, creating a sonic theater of the mind. Accompanied by visual narratives from Colombian artist Mateo Rivano, the album portrays various psychological states of disorientation, self-pity, enlightenment, and optimism. "Mi Latinoamérica Sufre" emerges as a worthy and innovative addition to the concept album tradition, offering a distinctive blend of bitter-sweet flavors inspired by Latinoamérica.
