Figure is celebrating its 150th release with a loaded triple vinyl compilation, showcasing artists both old and new to the label – a testament to what the Figure sound is today. The cover art has been commissioned from Berlin-based graffiti artist Erik Winkler, whose spray-painted work is adorning the thick triple-pocket sleeve housing three colored records.

The compilation features some important recent additions to our growing roster: both Jancen and Arthur Robert deliver their unique take on tunneling techno, be it searing or psychedelic. And Brazilian shape-shifter Vinicius Honorio carves out his own gliding bass frequencies while A-STS relies classic drum machine bleep hypnosis.

Label head Len Faki’s own energetic appearance echoes his versatile style found on his recent album release. The all-out production featuring strings and quirky synths sits in contrast with Jeroen Search & Decoder - a pairing of veterans, whose minimal hardware sound slowly builds over trippy acid loops. The flipside belongs to a younger generation of producers, namely IGLO turning out a superb techno roller teeming with life and lush with details. The duo of Munich brothers Glaskin already remixed Faki for his Fusion album, their first original release on Figure comes a skillful blend of distorted stabs and deep grooves.

Equally refined but with a harder edge to it, Scheermann practices a dark, minimalist approach where each element gets time to shine for maximum effect. His bleak track is aptly paired with a rare solo release of Obscure Shape whose fractures of a dreamy, twinkly melody make for one of the most emotional moments of the compilation. The final side holds Roman Poncet’s seasoned understanding of groove, balancing perfectly the dubby stabs and vocal chops for a dazzlingly perfect loop. The final tones to this milestone release come courtesy of another of Figure’s bright new voices: Arkan manages to conjure up a powerful sense of progression, where colourful synths converge in harmonies over an effortlessly bouncing beat.

It is a rare moment for an independent label to make to number 150. But to keep finding new talent who help re-shape the signature sound while expanding the family roster, that’s a true blessing. This package shows how Figure is growing and adapting as a label, staying relevant as one of the leading voices in modern techno.

F_Phono is an artist who has spent a significant part of his life immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of clubs, where he discovered a deep passion for electronic music. the label say 'Djoko is no stranger to Voyage Direct. Having first appeared on the label way back in 2012, he's returned numerous times since, becoming an integral member of the imprint's growing family of artists. Elsewhere, he's delivered material on Tuskegee, Mobilee and Leftroom, amongst others, developing an approach that takes inspiration from numerous styles of house and techno. However, little he's previously released can match the raw, eyebrow-raising lust and sexually charged funk of Dirty Talk'.

Driven forward by Djoko's sleazy, whispered spoken word vocal, the original version combines the rubbery, bass-heavy rhythms of classic, Dance Mania-style ghetto house, the delay-laden guitar flashes of vintage NYC proto-house, and the kind of darting, funk-fuelled keys - provided by fellow Dutch producer Kid Sublime - that recall the glory days of '80s electrofunk. Djoko provides an alternate version in the shape of the thrusting, stripped-back Club Dub', with his breathy Accapella' rounding off the A-side.

On the flip, two Voyage Direct stalwarts take it in turns to rework the track. First up is label boss Tom Trago, who builds on Djoko's elastic percussion with some dense new drum hits of his own. These are combined with spacey synths and sharp string stabs, giving Dirty Talk' a more classic techno/house fusion flavour. In contrast, Werner uses the opportunity to turn in a triple-X-rated interpretation full of bounding, Chicago-influenced beats, intergalactic pads, sleazy acid lines, and sweaty, surging drum fills. It's a fittingly breathless remix.'

Continually are proud to present Tonchius - Waiting for Tee EP, the long-anticipated debut EP from Continually label head and boss-lady Tonchius. This four-tracker move between steady percussion rhythms, minimalistic acid grooves, electro-breaks, and rooted in the raw energy of hardware drum machines and synthesizers. Crafted over several years, each track weaves together influences from Norwegian woods, mythology, and layered electronic soundscapes. A-side opens with "Metawoods" which builds on hypnotic evolving acid lines and grounded percussion, while “Ørret” continues the acid with a psychedelic flavour. On the flip-side, the title track "Waiting for Tee" pushes into bass-filled and breaky patterns, before "Pica Pollo" rounds off with a playful, percussive flow carried by a dreamstate foundation.

The Romanian duo Vinyl Speed Adjust returns with the captivating Hypnotizin EP on LOK Black, delivering two original cuts of stripped-back, hypnotic minimal techno. The standout track Acid Storm receives two stunning reinterpretations on the B-side: a deep analog-infused remix by Matt Thibideau and a pulsating, atmospheric take from Oleg Makovskiy. A must-have for deep techno selectors.

SOPHIE’s ‘OOH’ and ‘GET HIGHER’ are now available as a double A-side 12" vinyl. This release follows the single-series packaging format used for the other singles from PRODUCT: one track and slide image per side, black vinyl in a black inner sleeve, screen-printed with a white SOPHIE logo housed in a clear archive bag.

Earlier in 2025, Numbers marked 10 years since SOPHIE’s game-changing singles collection PRODUCT, with a special edition featuring 11 songs across Deluxe Vinyl and Compact Disc.

SOPHIE classics ‘BIPP’, ‘LEMONADE’ and ‘VYZEE’ were joined by two immaculate PRODUCT-era songs ‘OOH’ and ‘GET HIGHER’ recorded and produced at the time, each with colourful single artwork completing the set.

‘OOH’ is one of SOPHIE's earliest productions that has been through several revisions since 2011. It was one of three original tracks that Numbers had signed when SOPHIE uploaded the song alongside 'BIPP' and 'ELLE' to her Soundcloud, and while it had been through several iterations and speed changes, this finalised version was completed by SOPHIE in 2019.

SOPHIE once described ‘OOH’ as “hi tech club dance pop”. Musically speaking, the earworm hook is carved out by her signature portamento-infused synths and candy-coated lyrics, a firm cult classic approved by AG Cook and Charli XCX. Initially titled 'MAKE RESPECT', the track was first performed live by SOPHIE in 2011 to a handful of lucky people at a beach afterparty surrounding Sonar Festival, Barcelona and later that year at Manhattan's New Museum. The vocal was recorded as the first track in the same one-day recording session as SOPHIE's debut single 'NOTHING MORE TO SAY', released on the Huntley & Palmers label, where Sophie's songwriting was performed by the London vocalist Jaide Green.

The genesis of the ‘OOH’ and ‘NOTHING MORE TO SAY’ recording session is lore-worthy in its own right: after watching Jaide Green perform live with Olly Murs during the sixth series of The X Factor in 2009, SOPHIE reached out and invited Jaide to record in her home bedroom studio.

‘GET HIGHER’ was born during joyous sessions in 2013, when SOPHIE’s beat was introduced to the vocalists Cassie Davis and Sean Mullins. The track feels like a visionary precursor to ‘Vroom Vroom’, and doesn't sound out of place next to the sub-clang intensity of SOPHIE’s ‘HARD’ and ‘MSMSMSM’. Striking a playful balance between blissed-out hyperpop and club-ready Atlanta trap, it showcases SOPHIE’s signature, laser sharp sound design. Originally released as a bonus track on the Japanese CD edition of PRODUCT, ‘GET HIGHER’ has remained a hidden gem.

Again, a unique compilation by the leading Belgian re-release label Walhalla Records, specialized in minimal synth, cold wave, electro, and more. Following the widely acclaimed — and mostly sold-out — previous Underground Wave releases, totaling six albums so far and counting, there is now Volume 7. This release features Dutch and Belgian bands, each filling one side of the record. It offers a wealth of ultra-rare and previously unreleased material sourced from cassettes, deeply rooted in the electronic scene of the 80s and 90s.

Berlin-based Amy Dabbs makes a long-awaited return to Shall Not Fade with Green Room EP - four uptempo club heaters spanning UKG, high-energy house, and breaks.

The EP’s title pays homage to Renate’s Green Room, the floor within the renowned Berlin club where Dabbs has held her residency since early 2023. Each track was both written for and road-tested at her monthly Dabbs Traxx events in this space, where she’s cultivated a tight-knit community of UKG lovers in the heart of Berlin.

“When I started writing this EP, my goal was to create music that would fit perfectly into my nights in the Green Room, bringing in the London sounds I grew up on, across all the genres I usually play at Renate. This EP is a tribute to everything Renate has given me: opportunity, community, and a platform for my authentic UK sound.”

Opening track Take Me High launches straight into peak-time territory, with old-school-inspired rave stabs, staccato vocal flicks, and deep, subby basslines. Over You turns the heat up even further - a track built from choppy vocals and UKG basslines before melting into a warm chord progression; a perfect example of Dabbs’ ability to fuse high-energy rhythms with spine-tingling emotion.

On the flip side, Style & Pattern, featuring the signature tones of London’s Alfie Fraser, is a pure UKG cut - underpinned by lush pads and arpeggiators, topped with Alfie’s unmistakable live vocals to create an uplifting dancefloor heater dripping with London swagger. Closing the EP, The Way delivers a tear-jerking breakbeat finale, layering syncopated percussion, emotive vocals, and an old-school piano breakdown; it’s a sublime end-of-the-night moment and a fitting closing track for an EP which honours one of Berlin’s most beloved clubs.

Quartz is a respected drum & bass head with a precise and minimalist - but always cinematic - production style and that's clear again on this new one for Droogs. The A-side features solo cut 'Duplicity', which is a stark and electrifying trip into drum & bass darkness with tight basslines and subtle shifts that prove less is more. The B-side, 'Black Prism,' sees Quartz team up with Overlook for a throwback to raw 90s techstep and all the tight but manic breakbeat action that comes with it. It's a tune of unrelenting tension that resolves into an unexpectedly serene close. Sophisticated stuff from all.

Dr Strange was one of the alias of Erick ‘ADN’ Ckrystall’ circa mid-90’s till early 2000’s, when he was producing a sort of Leftfield-Trippy-Goa music, including a lot of Ambient stuff mostly released on CD on a series called Animorph. Everything had a very cinematographic touch like it was made for some documentaries about amphibians and snakes that would evoluate in the deepness of the jungle or on some exotic island...

The music was so magical, that the envie to do a mini-retrospective of the CD series came instantly, specially because none of those golden gems had never been printed on vinyl, It was also a good way to put into the light the Dr. Strange side of ADN’ Ckrystall which was kept in the shadow since many years and that deserves much more attention as the regain of interest for the goa scene has been rising in the last few years.

For the afficionados of proto/early Goa music and trippy ambient in the vibe of the Orb or labels like em:t or Barooni…

Our favourite Parisian disco maestro, Young Pulse is back on GAMM for his 9th release !

Over three tracks, Young Pulse delivers an impressive range of soulful disco, jazz-funk-disco & modern soul/disco.

On the opening track, 'Ali's Movin' On', we're treated to a special version of the Brass Construction classic together with some spiced-up "Ali bombaye" chanting...it's truly a funky rumble in the Parisian jungle ;)

The flip side begins with an uplifting and stomping jazz-funk-disco take of one of our favourite Gap Mangione (RIP) tunes.
Rounding things off, Young Pulse hits us with one of those warm and uplifting modern soul/disco jams that we all love to hear on a dance floor, but with Mr Pulse's tasteful finger on the mix, the production now sounds even stronger.

Tom Sharkett arrives on Discotecas hot on the heels of his DFA-released rework of LCD Soundsystem’s ‘Home.'

On the A side is Certamente, driven by a catchy hook — think Tom’s Diner reimagined for house heads — which is followed by an instrumental. On the flip, Pinballed drops into deep, low-slung territory — pure drug-chug at its finest, already getting road-tested on the dancefloor.

The saga of squelch continues. After the first round proved that the acid line might be the most durable cliché in dance music (and still the best one), part two turns the resonance knob a little further.
Steve Bug & Stefan Braatz, Deetron, Todd Osborn, and Mathew Jonson with The Mole join forces for another ode to the silver box - less museum piece, more perpetual motion machine. Proof that you can't retire a sound that never had a desk job.
Once again, Gasius supplies the visual psychedelia, while the tracks handle the auditory side of the trip.

The LP “Cassiopeia”, sets the tone with its mysterious, latesummer atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from cinematic storytelling and layered soundscapes, it unfolds as both intimate and expansive, resonating with themes of release and tension - proper to Butschi and DJ Sonnenbrand music identities. The LP comes with two extended B-side remixes, embodied with a grittier and raw sound, channeling nostalgic 90s trance aesthetics and early Ibiza vibes.

2025 Repress

Following up last summer’s dark and driving ‘Amotik 013’, Amotik returns with the hypnotic rhythms of his next instalment on his self-titled label. For the ‘Amotik 014’ EP, Amotik is joined by Tina Ramamurthy, whom Amotik previously worked with on his 2020 Bpitch record and his second album ‘Patanjali’ in 2022. This time, Ramamurthy joins Amotik for the entire ‘Amotik 014’ EP, with ‘Chauhattar’ starting things off with psychedelic spoken word vocals over dubbed-out hits and a chugging beat.

The track is neatly followed by ‘Pachattar’, which continues that early 2000s drummy, New York feel on the B-side of Amotik’s ‘Amotik 014’. Here, Tina’s vocal echoes through cavernous halls while its massive low-end-heavy drums keep steady in a real trip. ‘Chihattar’ then emerges from the darkness, bright pads and subtle percussion accompanying poetry recited by Tina Ramamurthy, evoking the familiar comforts of nostalgia and closing this three-track EP from the husband and wife duo.

UK producer Tom Carruthers returns with a scorching 5-tracker for Skylax Records, diving headfirst into the primal roots of jackin’ house, proto-italo, and early machine funk. Known for his raw MPC-driven grooves on L.I.E.S., Clone Jack For Daze, Syncrophone, and Craigie Knowes, Carruthers channels the energy of the underground circa ’86—pure drum machine soul for the dancefloor faithful. Side A kicks off with the title track “Neutralise”, all sharp snares, warped synths and hypnotic repetition—a jack track in the truest sense. “Deep North” follows with ghostly pads and relentless drum programming, while “No More” brings metallic tension and stripped-down funk with a heavy nod to Chicago’s original blueprints. On the flip, “Pascals” weaves cosmic arps through rugged percussion, merging italo sensuality with bleep-era minimalism. The closer, “Cosmic Ride”, is exactly that: a journey through spacey chords, dusty rhythm boxes, and that unmistakable feeling of warehouse euphoria at 4 a.m. Neutralise EP is a raw, timeless record that strips dance music down to its essence—jacking, emotional, physical. To match the sonic purity and timeless aesthetic of the release, we enlisted the iconic H5 studio—a name synonymous with visionary design in music and culture. R.F.I. is the first collaboration between London-based drummer Andy Baxter (Robohands) and LA-based multi-instrumentalist Jack Barone. The EP focuses on Middle Eastern scales and features 100% analog instrumentation, including guitar, bass, synth, and drums. It was recorded using fully analog gear to achieve a warm, saturated sound. Trumpeter Cesar Apolinar Hernandez and vocalist Alya Olcan appear on tracks A1 and A2. The record's title references Radio Frequency Interference, and the B-side includes an etching of radio towers as a visual nod to that concept. R.F.I. was designed with a clear structure across its tracks and highlights the artists' shared interest in analog production and global musical influences.

With over 81,000 Spotify followers and nearly 10,000 vinyl records sold worldwide, Robohands has earned widespread acclaim, including support from BBC Radio 2's Jamie Cullum (Best in Jazz), Huey Morgan (Album and Beat of the Week), KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic, Soho Radio, and Paste Magazine. His music—an evolving blend of jazz, krautrock, and ambient—has landed on top editorial playlists such as Jazz Vibes, State of Jazz, and Mellow Morning. A prolific artist, Robohands has released five albums since 2018, beginning with his debut LP Green on Village Live Records. He has performed at leading international festivals including London Jazz Festival, Montreal Jazz Fest, and Waking Life in Portugal. “I Don’t Know Why”, sung by Chiara Castello, is the second single from The Dining Rooms’ next album: an urban funk ballad, with a powerful and deep rhythm accompanied by great bass lines and cinematic guitars and piano. It is an intimate reflection on the fragility of personal bonds suspended between light and shadow. On this 7” the B-side is a remix of “On And On” - taken from TDR’s previous album “Songs to Make Love to” - by FUTURESLOWDUBDISCO, a music project initiated by Roman producers Simone Ticconi and Francesco Colagrande. The duo explores soundscapes that combine downtempo, minimal techno and dub. Originally a soul ballad, it has turned into an unforgettable rhythmic, ethereal and psychedelic journey sung by Egeeno from the Tropicantesimo collective.
