After the first release by Dirty Channels and huge supports from Palms Trax, The Black Madonna, Annie Mac, Rampa, Disclosure, Tom Trago and many others, Take It Easy is back! The second release of the label connected to the well-know party Take It Easy in Milan, comes from the party and label co-owner DJLMP. For his debut EP, DJLMP shows his eclectic vision of the club music, passing throw disco samples, house music and percussive vibes. "Blow Your Mind" open the EP with an epic and dreamy filtered sample. On a2, DJLMP gives his dancefloor and house vision of "Kachi Kachi" by the brilliant In Flagranti. Edging in a little 80's sauce to meet with tought and gritty dancefloor attentions "Tiger Cat" is a clear highlight on the record. "Angry" close the EP with its disco percussions and trumpets. Perfect tool to cross between house and disco tracks.

Dessert Island Discs returns from a hiatus on an unchartered dessert island somewhere in the south pacific with two new disco edits in keeping with the labels 11 previous releases. On the "Us" side is Herb Flavor with his new track "the Real Thing". Herb may be a newcomer to the label but he is certainly no stranger to dance floors world wide. On the flip "Them" side Ted Empleton makes a stunning return with "Dingo Jingo" which is every bit as good as his first outing on the label, his amazing edit of "fly Robin fly" titled simply "fly Robin". Expect to hear more releases in the coming months.

Parts 5 and 6 of this kicking series from MCDE. Another huge one: the a side has the trademark MCDE 'hook' while the flip goes deep into late night territory... brilliant..

'Robot84 Vs Native Dub' has been played on BBC Radio 1 by Annie Mac and Monki, as well as being featured in May and June's editions of Mixmag. This limited edition 12" includes the 'Dubstrumental Mix' which will only be available on vinyl.

Hand stamped vinyl only 12" series in poly-lined kraft sleeves

To mark his second artist album on his own Millionhands label in July, Tee Mango teases with a fantastic second EP from it featuring remixes from Hidden Spheres (Lobster Theremin, NTS), Kiwi (Futureboogie, Optimo, Life & Death) and Hubie Davison (Regraded).

The fantastic full length finds the UK artist stretch himself and serve up a dazzling array of soul-drenched, vocal-laced songs featuring his own singing and influenced by the likes of Prince and Bon Iver, alongside awesome gyuest vox from Detroit funk legend and former Funkadelic member Amp Fiddler.

Opening up EP 2, Tee Mango serves up a fizzing and arpeggiated electronic disco track, ‘Woo Hoo’ which will undoubtedly be rocking festival tents this summer. Irishman and Leisure System man Hubie Davison then steps up to the plate with a heart-warming, tripped out and twinkling organic house mix of ‘Down Down Down’, featuring warm oaky melodies and Mango’s fragmented falsettos.

Then comes a dazzling techno-not-techno mix of ‘Woo Hoo’ from Londoner Kiwi, an associate for labels like Correspondent and Optimo Music. This superb version keeps the galloping arpeggiated feel of the original but swaps the broken beat for a straight four to dizzying effect. Following that is acclaimed Lobster Theremin, Rhythm Section and NTS regular Hidden Spheres with a hip house basement re-rub of ‘Down Down Down’ with more of Tee Mango’s fragmented falsetto over a beat Prince would be proud of.

Finally, Tee Mango himself then steps out with the excellent balearic skit ‘Don’t Worry About the Rain’ with deliciously soothing Rhodes and synth whines topped with Mango’s vocals imploring us to ignore the weather.

This is a top package that bristles with brilliant club sounds for a range of different settings and more than whets the whistle for the forthcoming album.

It was 2010 when Massimiliano Pagliara and Discodromo got together and started working on Costellazione K78. It's finally time to reveal this piece of italo-cosmic beauty landing on Cocktail d'Amore Music. The spaceship starts off and a vocoder announces the destination. In the middle of the track there is an interference...Is that a hole Oh right they are out of it! Going higher, higher...higher through space-time.
B side is taken by a dub version where drums play the main role. Everything is condensing together, it feels like connection is lost, but the bass line comes in and takes control. Destination reached, time to celebrate. Thank you guys for the efxapella, we'll all do good use of it. Greetings from planet Earth!

In 1982 Atmosfear hit their prime with the release of this underground

classic, ‘Xtra Special’. A gear switch from their jazz-funk origins, this boogie

track featuring the sublime vocals of Beverley Skeete, is a prime example of an

innovative band at their peak.

Mediterranean pop songs screwed with dirty RnB sounds. Disorientating, freudian slip disco edit takes to the clubs; up-tempo, left of field and a down right dub siren infused banger - confused yet? Slow-mo dub melting in the heat of the eternal summer, untether yourself and drift away.

It's been a while since Al Kent the Scottish Disco guy released anything on his own label. But since he's celebrating 20 years of Million Dollar Disco in 2019 this seems like the perfect time to rectify that. Following on the heels of a string of successes for labels like GAMM, Razor n Tape, Cree and BBE, this sublime piece of disco soul has been road tested all over Europe and beyond, with each play getting the same massively positive reaction and a queue of punters dying to know what the hell they've just danced to! So it's probably a good idea to make this available on a super limited one sided pressing so even more people can dance to it.

Razor-N-Tape co-head JKriv delivers a modern disco anthem for his first outing on Joey Negro’s Z Records with ‘Vertigo’. Written by J and singer Adeline, ‘Vertigo’ is a sprawling production, with dazzling live instrumentation (performed primarily by J himself), soaring string orchestrations, and classic extended 12”-style breakdowns.

Adeline, best known as the singer of live disco outfit Escort, serves up the infectious hook with a soulful and confident swagger reminiscent of Chaka or Whitney in their prime. Respectively modern and retro in all the right places, Vertigo has a freshness and a familiarity to it all at once, and is certain to get the dance floor spinning!
