Beats Vinyl New Releases - News

A superb release resuming all the Bloody fist story with sound ! And tune exists again ! MUST HAVE, especially for those tunes from Overcast, Paul Blackout, Memetic and Hedonist ! Well the full EP is EPIC !

In this compelling debut release, NETSH takes the listener on a one-way trip to his world with his own unique take on acid, braindance, electro, jungle and even a dash of hardcore. Frenzied breakbeats, thick and melodic 303 sequences, ass-shaking drum programming along with deep and lush pads are the constant on this record, coherent and diverse a the same time, which tells a lot about the young producer's musical maturity.

Hard Electronic Experimentation, Beatfull And Sometime Even Speedcore Industrial...superb Collection Of Sounds And Ideas... Bordellik And Authentic ! Powerfull !

Mar & Sol presents the new album of the legendary band África Negra,"Alia cu Omali". New songs and some popular classics recorded between Lisbon and S.Tomé.
This album Its a reflection of the old rumba and soukous music that this epic band of São Tomé e Príncipe got us used to. They are an icon and one of the main bands of this island, representing in their music the authenticity and culture of the former Portuguese colony on the equatorial meridian.

It is our mission to expand this culture and here it is the testimony in our series of Luso Afro music which could best represent São Tomé.

Extended version of the title track and addition of 2 remixes by Voilaaa and Patchworks

Supercharger head honcho Black Orchid goes in for some seriously deep and authentic sounding
breakbeat driven D&B under his Ark X moniker. X2LV is basically the perfect representation of the
vibe Diamond Life was set up for in the first place: lush pads, solid beats and a slightly euphoric yet
melancholic feel throughout.

On the flip Myor Massiv and Diamond Life stalwart FFF drops one of his prettiest cuts to date.
Know How showcases the breakcore legend's ability to keep things sparse and beautiful, a slow
burner of epic proportions.

That mysterious Dj from Kunming, China is back at it again with another top-notch release! This production is a collaborative effort of Jakarta-based DIVISI62 and DISK (Berlin). It features 4 tracks by the constituents of DIVISI62. All artworks were delivered by DIVISI62, the covers were silkscreen-printed in Bandung, Indonesia and the inner sleeves are stamped in Berlin. The approach to rhythm and dramaturgy on all tracks is rather unique and original - and so are the samples used. DIVISI62 draws from the rich musical heritage of Indonesia in terms of rhythm and sound yet the producers are heavily influenced by global club culture and bass-music. This combination adds up for the most intriguing listening experience: Strange virtual spaces mixing with all-too-real ones, creating a hyperreal spacial feel in which musical structures unfold in a highly unpredictable and deeply entrancing way!

Waou ! This is what I call a bloody hardcore record !There's a swing, there's a kick, breakfull surprises... Deeply good ! Must have !

Electronica core and speedbreak... Defenitly a style that keeps on creating, developing and surprise me !

Picking up from where she left off with last years successful Tools of My Purpose, E- Saggila has returned to BANK employing a more sublime and immersive electronic document. Previously leaning toward noisier and distorted rhythms, she has incorporated more sophisticated elements into writing and production. Dedicated to Sublimity is a product of growth and progression but still reflects the raw elements we've heard in her early recordings. Lush and atmospheric elements coincide with the brutality of her live sets and play off one another as a cohesive representation of the E-Saggila project.

"7th Storey Projects goes deep into the archives again and is very proud to present it's latest offering - an official repress of one of the nastiest, darkest, hardest and most sought-after Jungle Hardcore releases around. Jungle Buddha - The Green Buddha EP.

Made in a bedroom in darkest London town circa late 1992 by Mark Loy (Jungle Buddha), this EP has become known as a something of an influential precursor to the dark and gritty 'darkcore' sound that became prevalent in the rave scene in 1993.

Featuring three tracks of nasty, dark crunchy breakbeat hardcore, only veering off temporarily to offer the equally dark hardcore techno-styled 'Psalm IV', this EP is not for the faint of heart.

With originals scarce and reaching resale prices of up to £200 on the second-hand market, the track on this release have been taken directly from the DAT masters, given some loving restoration treatment by Kieran Alexis at Simpatico Mastering and finally remastered and cut by the marvellous Beau Thomas at Ten Eight Seven Mastering - these low-fi gems have been given a new lease of life!
Pressed by Optimal:Media GMBH in Germany on 140g black vinyl.

"Fresh off his album release on Sneakers Social Club, Appleblim links up with the Boogie Box Records crew to deliver two EPs on the Middle Eastern based label.First up. Two original tracks by the Bristolian artist, Vurstep and Dream Wisdom. Signature Appleblim crossover sound, floating betwee Bass, Breaks and House influences. On the B Side, Vurstep gets a rework by Shed and Forest Drive West. Always on point, Shed does what he does best. A grooving old school flavored bass and break remix. Followed by Forest Drive West's stripped down, mind humping, feet tapping basement flavor."

Territory III" should have been the next release on TÉNÈBRE's self-titled artist label. However, as soon as the promo landed, the Cassette Library went on a shameless 'beg, borrow or steal' mission and we are now proud to present WNCL032 - a mind-blowing 4 track EP that successfully blends bass, breaks and techno, peppered with tastefully positioned ambient twists in just the right measure.

Zelectro breakcore ambiences. The sound is bad, but the music is good. DHR Style !

Noisy hardcore broken textures, like waking up after a bad after. Death Grips style turns has been after that one !

Gabber Eleganza was born as a curated blog archive in 2011, an open research about rave subcultures mainly focused on the gabber and post-rave aestethic. The central ambition of the web archive was to become a source of research material on different topics: contemporary folklore, suburban euphoria and post-rave phenomena, revaluing a denigrated subculture through a new cultural lens.Over the years, the magnitude of the project has reached individuals far beyond the hardcore scene. Alberto Guerrini, the Italy and Berlin based founder, has since taken his project offline by producing zines, radio podcasts and garments. He currently tours as a DJ act or with a live performance dubbed The Hakke Show - an old-skool rave/hardcore DJ set with gabber dancers performing onstage: fast, air cutting moves, powerful thanks to their primitive intensity. In the past year Guerrini has brought the Hakke show to festivals: Club to Club (Turin), Resonate (Belgrade), performed as a DJ alongside Lorenzo Senni (Warp Records) and toured cities including Oval Space in London, Niebo in Warsaw, Janus/Berghain in Berlin, Ex Dogana in Rome, Empty Gallery in Hong Kong, etc. Guerrini has hosted radio shows on three London stations: RinseFM, NTS and Radar Radio.

Three clean-cut anthems for the studio debut of Gabber Eleganza, the anticipated new form for the archival and performative project created by Alberto Guerrini in 2011. Now updating the contemporary folklore with his analog grit. Try not to get your attention diverted once again. And keep calm under pressure.First volume of the Never Sleep series. Limited edition vinyl. Includes DL card.
