What might happen if one would tuck the Moulin Rouge in a London warehouse, banned the glitter, burned down the tinsel and raised the volume The debut album of Hamburg based Cark Davis is exactly showing that, seducing by every trick in the book with irresistible, easy going grooves and nasty beats, carrying the deepest, compelling sound, simply creating lust for more than a one-night-stand. NO GLITTA and SWEETIES - but dirty talk at its best.

Ipanema, the neighborhood where Bossa Nova was born, is known as one of the most famous beaches in Rio de Janeiro, the host city of the 2016 Olympic Games. It's streets are aligned as a grid, the same way we do in electronic music. On Sundays, the roadway closest to the beach is closed to the motor vehicles, allowing the tanned bodies ridin through it and inspiring this track. Additional remix from german duo Piemont completes the release.

From old to new! 'Cumpa What' with its famous vocals was a great success many years ago. Eric Kanzler and Oliver Tatsch decided to do a remix with their own interpretation of this South American classic. Another title of this summer vinyl comes from Eric Kanzler and Alex Sauer aka Mehrklang that convinces with its grandiose vocals. Overall, a great open-air and club-suitable vinyl.

Born and raised in East London, everything about Brett Gould's career so far has been about a slow development of his sound. From his debut single 'Premonition' on Low Bit Records (who's releases have included tracks from the likes of Kassey Voorn and Guy Mantzur) Brett's music has been pricking up ears on a remarkably regular basis. So much so, that releases have swiftly followed on the likes of Toolroom, Glasgow Underground and OFF Recordings to date, with his latest release 'Rhythm
Drop' reaching number 13 in the Beatport Tech House Charts, and DJ support coming from the likes of Rob da Bank, Monki (BBC Radio1,) Josh Butler, Waifs and Strays, Sasha and Doctor Dru. His latest tracks out on the "Hold On" EP on Definition:Music are some proper peaktime dancefloor
killers..

These days house music is often about a 4/4 beat and a catchy groove. The idea is to do something simple to which you can get your groove and, and not so much about listening. The borders of electronic dance music makes room for the hypnotic beats, the driving grooves, but not always the melodic universes. Leman & Dieckmann have been making music for several years, both together and apart, but almost all of their music was driven mainly by the beat. But both having an urge to discover the dynamics of melodic synths and melodic percussion they decided to make an album. They agreed that the album had to tell a story, and like so many times before in music the topic became love. The story they try to tell through the music on the album 'Takes Two' is the story of a breakup, the denial of the need of love, and the discover of the fact that often in life it takes two, to be happy. The album features the Swedish/Danish jazz singer TYRA on the groovy house track 'Movement' and the percussion based Balearic inspired track 'The Meeting'. Also the title track 'Takes Two' is featured by the Danish singer Ms. O, who, on top of beautiful Rhodes chords and minimal drums, manages to tell the story of sincerely need and unrequited love. 'The Stranger', a track about the autodidactic act of a one night stand as a part of moving on, is featured by the very talented Danish singer Julie Christiansen. The album, which consist of 10 original tracks, ranges from the deepest atmospheric Deep House to groovy Tech House to old-school trancy house. 'Takes Two' definitely differs from the masses, and bring a breath of fresh air to the circulating sound of 2014 .

When the Minicoolboyz changed their brand name to Many Reasons in late 2014, they were ready to embark on a new techno adventure. A bold move! Since then they have worked relentlessly on finding a new language' to express their exciting and cutting edge sounds.
With the 'Call Up EP' they present us with three refined, peak time compositions that will elevate techno-sets for months to come. The EP's title track 'Call Up' consists of a thick, rolling groove, that is accompanied by a subtle but monstrous sub layer. The horn sounds and delay-effect filled percussions provide an overall transcendental vibe.
The 'Optic' slow burner steadily drills itself into one's consciousness. The massive kick drum glides through the track, while the sleek, minimal melody pattern adds an hypnotizing feel.
Many Reasons are closing out the EP with 'Invasive'. A rawer combination of moody sounds and crisp hi-hats are weaving a tight web around profound percussion sounds. A heads-down trip into the darker corners of techno.

Way before release, Mexico City project Heat Vibes' EP tracks caused a stir on Soundcloud and in clubs. As people expect these gems to come out on vinyl, we at Kakudo records thought, we best give you an EP that certifies to raise the floor heating while remaining true to Kakudo's purist vinyl-styled approach to classic house and techno styles. To pump you right into the future while making you feel the whole history of cherished sounds of heart and soul!
A1: Song Stronge
Th sound foundations of early 90ies Chicago and NYC housemusic define Heat Vibes' trademark. With a bassline as hyper as earliest rave days in y'all garage, this track will kill doubts by the drop!
A2: Nasty Troubble
Nasty - as we like it... Marching and shuffling in on a low slung beat and dry drums, the 92' style killer chords make this a real powerhouse affair. Root out your troubles!
B1: Certified
This track ensures people rushin' the floor. Classic deep house chords meet euphoric vocal bits and a battery full of charged and vibrant beats to fill you up with a mood that sets you free from any stress.
B2: Certified / Locklead Mix
Refixing Certfied demandingly, wonderkid Locklead ventures asides of the Hot Haus Records stable garnering the original with a nasty beat n bass workout. As abstract as raw n funky. Bangers anyone Call Locklead! The member of Utrecht*s Slapfunk Crew is sure to bang n slap your floor.

- If you loose it' is the theme of the frst releases by the new
berlin based house Label - Thank You Jack'.
Denis Yashin, an Austrian producer and songwriter accepted
this issue and produced three deep down vocal tracks.
- If you Loose it', - Nothing in this World' and - Reality' by
Denis Yashin were even sung and recorded instrumental by
himself and they convince on one hand by his unique voice,
but also recognizable basslines and synth sounds.
Even Nikola Gala, who already exhibited his talent on labels
like Rekids, Clap Your Hands or Plastic City leaves his mark in a
remix and confdents with an unmistakable sound of rib-ratt-
ling bass and Detroit-like synths, which will bring the dacefoor
to the quake.
The second remix comes as digital bonus by
Art is a Consequence, a trio of DJ's from Lille in France,
who have already convinced Diynamic with their sound.

FRED ( Forum Reuse Old Distillery )
The first VA of GOS MUSIC STUDIO RECORDS is a product that
comes from the hands and minds of four artists .
Four artists , four different musical genres .
A vinyl that satisfies all tastes , suitable for all situations.
SIDE A:
Crocodile Soup , one of the best Italian talent , having released on
Tzinah Records, Baile Musik Music and Leone Music , enters into the
graces of tINI ,and he playing at tINI & The Gang of Ibiza.
God Has A Big Ego Problem, its track, is a mix between minimal and
deep , resembling a bit ' of that kind Romanian , mental, full of
rhythm , and of developments in the groove.
The bass is round, and gives a dark tone to the track leaning on the
crisp kick that rests gently on the chords almost imperceptible.
Jecogy .
Atimpuri , our great friend , our revelation , builds an abysmal travel
between the long dubchords and a groove that evolves between hats
and metrics designed mathematically .
The pads accompany the entire track that leads down to the depths
and back into the light. A perfect track for traveling .
SIDE B :
Ali Kuru, he doesn't need any introduction.
A master of house music .
His releases on 8Bit Music and Apparel , are the
modern interpretation of house music with a touch
of classic that never hurts !
Crescent is obviously a playable track in a situation
elegant , but with a little ' imagination you can also
play his track in a DJ set more stringent .
The break is a carpet that unrolls and then depart
with a mix of kick and bass with hats that mention-
ing the golden rules of house music .
Syntesis , Guido Nemola's insanity , enclosed in a song.
The rhythms of the drum machine accompany a synth with a touch of acidity
that smells of old school .
In the end, Guido is a teacher ,who makes music for over ten years.
Recycle Records (his label) is one of the most productive labels of southern
Italy and reflects the soul of her owner : house, deep techno Raw, the merging
of various kinds in a closed epic work suitable to destroy the dancefloor.
Gluck, will be the promoter, through the organization of this vinyl label party
and showcase of the label inside the programming of seasonal Bloom Beach
Bar, one of the most beautiful places in the south of Italy where you can enjoy
electronic music without constraints.

Now a firm part of the modern Moon Harbour make up, frequent label artist Sven Tasnadi is back with a new EP that comes complete with a fantastic remix by Marco Faraone.
The German producer last offered up his essential wares back in late summer 2013 with his Stop Talking EP, and has also released on great stables like Smallville, Cocoon and Poker Flat.
His sound is deep and rhythmic and across three tracks here he lays down yet more infectious grooves that will whole floors under their spell.
'On Your Mind' opens things in fine style with loopy drums and dusty hi hats rolling over rich and paddy kick drums. A whole ambiance of voices swirls about, adding plenty of charming
atmosphere, and an indecipherable but party-starting male vocal coo shoots through the mix to bring a sense of energy and excitement to proceedings. The dub from Italian Marco Faraone -
who runs his own Etruria Beat label and releases on places like Desolat and Drumcode - is a much darker and tougher thing driven by firm drums. Subtle dub chords peel off the groove,
grainy texture fleshes it out and this one is a pure backroom bomb.
Sven Tasnadi then serves up the standout 'Feel Good', an introverted bit of shuffling and heads down deep house with spacey atmospheres and a clean spoken word monologue. The ripping bassline is a fine thing that supercharges the track as the shining, sharp edged hi hats cut through the humid air. Seriously deep, it makes way for last cut 'Miss Understood', a silky, liquid
and rolling bit of silvery tech house with curious synth lines, eerie, desolate soundscapes and yet another engaging baseline that really drives things on.
Each track on this EP manages to be seductively deep at the same time as being perfectly driven for the dancefloor, meaning that once again Sven Tasnadi and Moon Harbour have
struck gold.

Lee Webster's Soul Reply EP kicks of the year for IUTSAN with two contrasting, yet seemingly connected tracks.
On the 'chocho' side you'll find 'Soul Replied' - a low slung love song with Moodymann-esque sampling and swung-out drums, dipping out occasionally as the female vocal comes in like a lullaby. In contrast on the 'culo' side, you'll find 'Devils Avocado' - an Ibiza terrace style jam that builds from the cutting synth line, a crescendo that finally drops into a total DC10 Weapon.
A strong start to the year for Barcelona based 'I Used to Sleep at Night.

Maxim Lany has been with the label since the very beginning back in november 2011. With two tracks on the first two compilations he helped setting the label's tone. And now, Maxim is back. And he brought his friends. First up on this EP is the track "Your Number" he made with Ante Perry from Kitball and Still Vor Talent. Result of their cooperation is an amazing deep house journey with an extremely wooly break. What's not to like The second track, on the B-side of the EP is the result of spending hours in the studio together with Maxim's Antwerp based friend Katorski with nothing but tea and sushi. Traag is Dutch for slow, you'll hear why!

The Breaking New Soil series reaches Vol.7 and is set to prove, once again, just why its presented Gregor Tresher's label with some of its most popular and successful releases to date.
Previous instalments have introduced a number of new artists alongside many of our label favourites. #7 features a full Break New Soil dream-team in the shape of Patrick Siech, Maxime Dangles, Per Hammar and Gregor Tresher & Petar Dundov.
"Its nice to gather a few of the family together once again, and this time we've all turned in tracks that are on a somewhat darker tip." - Gregor Tresher
First up is Patrick Siech with the moody, prowling 'Return'. "I've been playing this for a couple of months now" says Gregor. "Its one of those tracks that really lifts the floor if you drop it at the right time."
Maxime Dangles makes a much anticipated return to the label with 'BBA'. "I'm so happy to have Maxime back on the label. His Lyoc track has been a real highlight of our entire catalogue and i'm a real fan of his amazing music. With BBA he's delivered once again."
Following up their mighty Taurus single from earlier this year, Gregor and Petar Dudov have returned to the studio to create yet another dancefloor gem. Elegant and anthemic, 'Cosmic Serpent' is everything we've come to expect from the pair. "Personally I don't believe in talking too much about my own music. So i'll leave it to you... enjoy."
The collection is closed by a track that's actually been a regular opener for Gregor's own sets, Per Hammar's 'Cloaker'. "It's all about the menacing intro on this new number from Per and thats why its become a favourite for me."

The - Allein EP' is the first single EP of plunk.ton. All the tracks are driven by the deep mood of winterdays containing the warm vocals of plunk.ton himself. Combined with organic orchestral sounds they raise the hope of spring approaching. While - Allein' is about the thoughts of someone lonely, - Willkommen' invites everybody to get together. - Was wir sind' comes as original and Nico Pusch remix and tells the story about a guy who wants to get in touch with a girl.
A very soulfull but even captivating release!

Cahoots Records Volume 2 explores unchartered house frontiers with new and profound tracks from Volta Cab, Ange Siddhar, Jeremy Juno and Mulla. With their sophomore release, Cahoots makes room around the campfire to welcome new artists who have traveled from distant sonic realms bringing their deluxe-deep and hard-hitting beats.
Kicking off the Cahoots exploration is Ukrainian talent Volta Cab, as he leads the pack into the wild with the winsome sounds of 'Odessa.' On his previous releases for Hypercolour, Morris Audio, Toy Tonics, and What's In The Box, Volta Cab has exposed his rare ability to paint vivid portraits of pure sonic bliss. Odessa's uplifting pads glide effortlessly and radiate like a summer sunset over its pleasant, percussive ensemble. Odessa warmly greets listeners to Volume 2 before sending them packing for higher ground.
Next stop down the path, Parisian based Ange Siddhar gives dancefloors something to be grateful for with 'Let Us Pray'. A combination of funky classic rhythms and whimsical melodies, Let Us Pray offers a dynamic affair that will surely lift spirits on an early Sunday morning. Ange continues to evolve his sound, combining progressive concepts with tech house mastery. As a sound engineer in one of the city's best studios, Ange's works have appeared on labels like Bluelephant Records, Pumpz Music, and Laboratory Records.
A bullish side B kick starts with 'Deeper' from Dutch maestro Jeremy Juno. A force to reckoned with, Juno continues his onslaught of floor driven tracks and relentless beats for labels such as Taylor Made, Colours Audio and Big Flu. Deeper's quick build-ups and drop-outs maintain the high tension and energy flow from beginning to end. Jeremy's established skills in the studio and DJ booth have helped him gain a strong foothold in his hometown of Arnhem and on the larger Dutch club and festival circuit.
Another powerful Dutch artist, Mulla, closes out Volume 2 with 'Smack Back', a raw and stripped back basement anthem. Inspired by classic house and techno, Mulla's clattering snares and cymbals pack a punch as Smack Back's sub-heavy bassline gives warmth and life to the groove. Mulla has emerged as an integral factor in the current underground house scene in Amsterdam by piloting the Natives and Kreativ nights at clubs including Studio 80 and Chicago Social Club. Mulla is also co-founder of the Nomads Festival and helps run Kreativ Amsterdam, a prominent booking and creative production agency.

MOTHER RECORDINGS says hello to summer!
Yes, open your arms and embrace young gun MARTIN WASLWESKI from Hallewood. With releases on Hommage and Monaberry he is one to watch this year in House and underground electronical music scene 2015.
BLOWISH gets things started with a chunky kick lead beat, sizzling hats and a repetive piano chord that instantly provide a high rush of energy. The track works around a deadly combination of tension and suspense! After the long break as the groove kicks back, a bouncy and melodic baseline push your hip to the dancefloor.
BEAUTYHELL is a declaration of love. Close your eyes and dream on, a track full of emotions and feelings. Long built up with harmonic melodies, smooth guitar riffs accompanying with happy vocals shouts. Exctasy pur, a need track for every festival.
The boys are back in town! Here we find label man NHAN SOLO, once again teaming up with regular MOTHER RECORDINGS contributor, DILBY. The HOME EP demonstrates why these two have been running the charts in 2015 and is set to be
their biggest and baddest release yet.HOME If you have been searching for that summer hit to rock every floor, from open-air
terraces to the sweaty main rooms, look no further. A rising arp and vocal shots tease in the track until the hook, bass and beat explode out of the first break. The energy builds through the track with big drums and rough chords until the massive main break provides the payoff with all hands reaching for the ceiling. This has been well tested and proven in the club and does the damage every time! MY LOVE Here we see Nhan and Dilby offer up a no nonsense club jam with MY LOVE. It is purely heads down, asses up, sweat it out business here. The intricate drums and and hypnotising synths intertwine to create a an ever evolving atmosphere atop a devastatingly chunky beat and bass combo. A catchy vocal sample is teased in and out to perfection as lush pads ride the groove. MY LOVE is a cool and understated
record sure to fit into every DJ's arsenal.
