Exclusive Vinyl Releases - News

Spain has been in the front line of a fascinating new movement of fresh house talent, and with Ibiza's summer already in the horizon, we didnt hesitate to bring Tato, one of its uprising ambassadors, resident at the world famous DC10 and partner with Tania Vulcano on the uber cool Isgud imprint, into our evergrowing roster debuting with a groovy set of wonderfully crafted club tracks.

"Acamon" kicks off the package with an hypnotic vibe, a bouncy bassline and cleverly placed vocal snippets. All the right elements for a standout track in a summer set.

"Varone" takes a deeper perspective where shuffled hats and synth stabs dance around in perfect harmony.

For the B-side, Tato partners up with fella Balearian 2Vilas and bring us "Disconhector", another deeply rooted journey with bubble synths and great progressions and "Secondub" where acidic bass licks and a jackin vibe take the lead.

This is one for the groovers, perfect set of tracks for those mind bending sets while the sun comes up...OFFSPIN welcomes summer in the best of ways, with great music!

Terminal M starts a new EP series to support up and coming talents from all over the world and showcase the skills the next producer generation.

This first release features Ibizan/Italian duo Defex & Federico Grazzini, german Alexander Aurel and Dema and Alex Costa from Italy. All tracks handselected and roadtested by Monika Kruse since months with big success. We are very confident that these tracks will make you discover great new names and convince you of their bright future.

Nowadays Luca Torre from Highgrade Records is one of the most requested names in Berlin (Panorama Bar, Club Der Visionäre): his track on A side is a sweetly trip under Minimal/Deep House domain. B side include two remixes, by Daniel Dreier, with romantic pads, and Francesco Passantino from Little Helpers, responsible of hypnotic revisitation with obsessive rhythm and minimalistic sound patches.

Act Natural Records drop 'Curious Eyes' EP from rising star Thomas A.S.

For this release, our residents made something really special. They went further in their respective vision of electronic music, and it ended up with these 4 original tracks from Ra.pu, Suli, Primear, and Nekow. All is about the groove and feelings. B side is vinyl only

The first Audiopirats vinyl starting out. Deephouse to techno produced by well known Chris Llopis with vocals by Lex on weekend guilt.

Chris Llopis - Hands on Ep with massive Joseph Disco remix!

The freshly inaugurated vinyl series 'Plastic Garment' represents the label's fusion
between Hip Hop, Disco and House. Organic and yet electronic, raw but still highprofile,
expressive and vital - the blurred boundaries are replaced by three principles:
forward thinking, feet-moving and free-spirited. Therefore to us, vinyl is an important
medium to provide listeners with a unique way of experiencing music.

UKYPG001 'Stretch The Truth' by Peter Clamat with Daniël Lesemann and Rhode
& Brown as remixers onboard is the kick-off release of the Plastic Garment series. It's
a leftfield house package with a blend of futuristic boldness and analog retro vibes.
The EP comes on a limited edition of 300 12' copies this winter on 14th December.

Last May saw the release of Illogical Directions, the third album by Shinedoe, to be released with critical acclaim. Surely a mesmerizing highlight in the artist's career, the album represents several deep and melodic excursions in nowadays deep and tech house, while her own imprint Intacto Records also added a beautiful gem in its discography.

Now the Amsterdam based DJ delivers another momentum for the world famous label, with an impressive line-up of producers reshaping some of her already monumental tracks into something completely new. Yes, the remixes are upon us!

Illogical Directions The Remixes Part 2
Things are about to get even more profound, proves Jerome Sydenham with his remix of Wo Wei. Originally a simple, funk filled groove, the New York veteran creates a straight up house classic out of this bonus track, beautifully build around elegant synth lines and sounds that seem to come out of drum computer heaven.

If that isn't enough, Dutch own Tom Trago also takes a shot at Essence, this time evolving into a slow burning moment of euphoria, broken house music from the deep, it's as vivacious as it can get. Finally, 'mister Dial' Lawrence takes care of Panomanic again, letting piano chords take over a delicate rhythm before the music moves into faraway, melancholic atmospheres, a more than fitting complement to Shinedoe's creation.

feedback:

Anja Schneider: very cool remixes. Not sure which I like the most. Will play all of them. Lawrence is at the moment my favorite. Thx for the music.

Joel Mull: Jerome Is bringing a Hypnotic warm heated track! Love the straight arrangement on this one. Thank you for the Music. X J

Sian (Octopus): Massive tunes, quality throughout here!

Karotte: jerome´s rmx for me.

Matthias Tanzmann: Sydenham and Trago Remixes for me!

Gregor Tresher: Great JS remix!

DJ Sasha: really cool set of remixes

Continuing with our successful series of Collected Works, OFFSPIN is proud to present another mind blowing set of dance-inducing tracks, full on house beats and ready to be dropped on any discerning dancefloor around the globe. We have a couple OFFSPIN debutants this time and as always we greet them on the best way...

Italian wonderboys Moonwalk have already been making waves with releases on Diynamic, Defected and Electronique and we are very excited to have them on the label with "Outcross", a bass driven monster with great spoken vocals and an overall disco vibe that will put everyone on their feet inmediately.

Mysterious duo EdOne & Bodden, also making their first appearance in our imprint, step to the plate with "Do It", a bass-house groovy number with shuffled up classic drums and all the right placed elements for a killer track.

Closing up the debutant front comes Trash You from London who unleashes the clap and creates an hypnotic funk peak hour groove topped with a funky bassline and very clever samples on "Watch This" and Claus Casper, who gets deep into romance and puts together "To Know You", a chilled beautiful song where the piano, pads and vocals sway in harmony creating the perfect moments.
To close the package with style we bring back our good friend Jay West, already part of the OFF family with his recent hit "Fool Me" and one of Southamerica´s favourite deep house jocks, who sends a clear statement with "Roots Are Deep", where a penetrating speech blends together with sweet rhodes chords and a deep bassline to create a mindbending atmosphere of laidback soul groove. One of those that can make you smile and dance at the same time.

Another big one for the books, go grab it now!

It is an honor to release two beautiful tracks from accomplished artist Einzelkind on Fantastic Friends. The skilled producer has more than a trick in his sack, proven by his releases on Infuse, Cecille and on his own imprint Pressure Traxx.
The first track « Dirtybird » is a tech house gem that bewitches us with its synth and super shaky rhythm. « Throwback », on the other hand, takes a totally different direction, with its african influences and double kick, giving it that typical « opening » or « closing track » kind of special vibe.

Monica Kruse: Nice groove on dirtybird
Dubfire : Thanks will try it
Reboot :Great track will play tem"
Piemont: Excellent stuff
Slam : Thanks guys - will road test these
Nicolas Duvoisin : Love It!
Maximiljan: Great 2 Tracks...full support. thx
Patryk Molinari : Both tracks are great
Chris Wood : Hands up for my man Einzelkind !
Jey Kurmis : feeling dirtybird!
Jamahr : Very cool thanks

sTOURETTE DE MAR - this refers not to the sometimes declared tics - it´s the newest EP out of the house from HANNE & LORE, released on the Berlin based Label STYLEROCKETS. Multilayered and with a well-known female vocal from the early 90ies. Dee Dee Na Na Na - let´s go out, it´s Saturday night. Unconventional and individual - pressed ahead and in an extremely sophisticated detailed track.
Let´s move! Second track is a remix made by the two Hamburg Boys aka Piemont. In their version the track has more volatility.
Also the B-Side deserves special recognition. POOR BOY is made in the well-known HANNE & LORE Style, full of playful details and multidimensional Sound Effects. The Remix is made by TONI HAUPT. A earing experience at its best, experts an lovers of music will smile while listening. So dance with da smile in your face and dance.

We are very proud to present the first release of our vinyl series. This year has been incredibly special for us, and we are filled with satisfaction to release our music in a format we always looked up to. Scrambled Rhythms' features two original classic house tracks from the outstanding Hector Moralez alongside two brutal remixes. The real house gangster DJ Sneak is guilty of an acid interpretation of Ten 30 One 33', while the prolific artist Tuccillo completes the B side of the release with a different approach to Scrambled Rhythms'. Roush continues with the hard work while we expect you love our first vinyl press as much as we do.

"Background noise is a form of noise pollution or interference. Background noise is an important concept in setting noise regulations"

The fruit of B4CK6ROUNDNO1SE has ripened despite the fact the the tree is in a demotivating country without sunshine in a fucking closed garden. The tree has been sprayed by a lot of jealous and hostile arseholes but its roots are strong. Let this record and the whole self-made label motivation to all those, as well, always searching for excuses.

Italian producer Thomas A.S. is set to release his latest EP, 'North Lake', on the rising Beirut based label Fantôme de Nuit.

Not one for elaborate biographies or fancy press packs, twentysomething year old Italian producer Thomas A.S. simply prefers to let his music speak for him. And when you are constantly releasing tracks
like the ones that make up his upcoming North Lake EP, a string of fancy words are the last thing you need.

Thomas opens up his latest with North Lake', the EP's title track, and wastes no time at all. Clocking inat over nine minutes, others might ease into a release, but A.S. gets straight to business. With a massive kick propelling the opener forward, the young Italian constructs his track around the big fourtothefloor beat. Crisp percussion gives way to spacey stabs, before a perfectly executed vocal sample freshens things up again. Make no mistake, the track is a long one, but its durations passes by like nothing, ultimately compelling the listener to rewind this absolute belter.

Every Time You Fall' begins with a mix of smart clanks and some big waves of bass. The two work together to envelope the track and by the time to kick drops in, you're already nodding along. Significantly darker than the opener, Every Time You Fall' has a menacing vibe. Thomas continues to build and break the track down, each time introducing a new element to the party. It's easy to imagine the track going off at the darkest of clubs in the early hours of the morning.

Nick Devon is first to step up on remix duties with his interpretation of North Lake'. Although the mix takes more of techy twist, it's the enormous bass lines that really stand out here. His use of heavy delay and clever pads make for a delightful build up just before the track drops out near the halfway point.Reduced to bare percussion and and a deep synth line it floats in mid air for seconds before slamming back to reality.

London based duo Daylomar wrap the release up with their take on Every Time You Fall'. Stripping thethe track down to its most prominent features, the duo introduce some clever drum programming to mix things up. Their version of Thomas' menacing bside, is significantly lighter and offers a beautiful variation to the original mix. The use of airy synths breathe new life into the original and make for a remix with legs of its own.

After the launch of Jannowitz Records and its Madness Compilation release in the beginning of this year, the label impressively reports back with Patrik Berg's new track "Differently". It is a groovy Techno tune that will encourage the listeners to dance. The remixers that Jannowitz Records procured are not less impressive. None other than Mike Wall himself contributes a remix to the release that comes straight to the point. Another remix is being contributed by newcomer Florian Frings who enriches Richie Hawtin's label Minus. These tracks, each having their own style, make the release a truly special one.

Cordoba based producer Ezequiel Esley's Lazer Shots EP, complete with a remix from Nadia Popoff, is set to become the inaugural release Beirut based label Fantôme de Nuit.

Rising star Ezequiel Esley has been given the honour of the first release on the new Fantôme de Nuit imprint. The young Cordoba based selector is at his best here, serving up two original tracks and calling on the talented Nadia Popoff to come in with the remix.
'Eze' opens up his new release with the title cut, 'Lazer Shots'. Clocking in at over ten minutes, 'Lazer Shots' is a track of epic proportions. Opening up with a solitary brooding synth, it continues to grow for the next two minutes. Sprinklings of ambient glitch and spacey stabs make for a bumpy, dubby rhythm that carry the listener forward. As the track progresses we're treated to intergalactic synths and cryptically filtered vocals. Across the tracks ten, sultry minutes Esley continues to show off his credentials as a top notch producer.
'Submarine' is a B-side with some serious attitude. Featuring some serious low-end, Esley has crafted a true late night burner. The track is ripped forward by a mean bass line. Again the producers uses ambient vocals to create a sense of atmosphere, this time one of the darkest nature. Esley lays a touch of acid and a the slightest wobble to round off a truly menacing effort.
Argentinian leading lady Nadia Popoff steps up on remix duty and delivers her own techy interpretation of 'Lazer Shots'. Using a loan kick drum, Popoff constructs, deconstructs and reconstructs the tracks over its eight minute duration. Her drum programming is top notch and her distinctly South American sound can be heard throughout.
Ezequiel Esley's 'Lazer Shots' is out on vinyl and digital for Fantôme de Nuit, Month XXth 2014.

Garibovic is one of the hotest new starz shooting for a well deserved
succes. His new ep is mostly a mixture of nudisco and electronic beats
that are glued together quite nicely.

Even better, Garibovic seems great at picking not only the hottest,
but best remixers around. Washerman provides a deep as can be mix that
is catchy enough mix to hook nearly anyone. Prime time dancefloor
magic or leather chair relaxation music, this mix is pure ice. Clean
vocals, electronic bells, reverse warm pads, and echoes galore are in
great abundance throughout the track. Both a workout for your body and
your mind, the mix is one of those that you can listen to at your
house and not wonder when its over. In fact, I was quite dissapointed
when it was over... Sergio Santos&Tamer Malki are amazingly talented at
what they do, and this one only proves it more so. Many tracks appeal
to one producer, but this is one of the rare ones that will appeal to
everyone. Superb rhythm , sounds, and atmosphere throughout, well
worth checking out.

party vibe - a sick groove that grows into a fully
euphoric late night foor destroyer.

The instrumental version is also included here,
along with the man of the moment Mihai
Popoviciu who drops a tough, techy and
jacking rework that will go over big with discer-
ning clubbers the world over.

Robosonic has been a pivotal part of Off Recordings roster, their releases being highly expected every time and usually meaning instant dancefloor melting magic. With a hip hop and techno background and adding many frequent flyer miles with worldwide gig schedule, the pair shows no sign of stopping. This time is no exception, Cord and Sacha get back in their creative roll of sample wizardry to provide two mouth watering jams. They once again prove their love for organic sounds and reivindicate the use of the turntable as an instrument, adding that old-school vibe to their trademark beats.
'Macho Madness" is quite a trip, sweet rhodes over a bouncy bassline, great sample work adding guitars and an insane speech. As always, breakdowns are intense and its impossible not to dance to the groove!
For the second track, Robosonic joins another Off family team, Mat.Joe and together they go deep into their hip hop influences again working the samples as only they could, a little disco flavor, a driving bass...All the ingredients are there for another instant classic and a respectful shout out to Detroit producer legend J Dilla, who left the game too early. R.I.P!

Borrowed Music return to wax see's a release that very nearly didn't see the light of day. Between the years of 1995-99, Toka project were writing tracks at DiY's studio and releasing EP's with their label, S4G. These tracks were stored on DAT Tape (remember) and left for release at a later date. When the Toka boys moved into their own place the DATS were misplaced and presumed lost for good. Unknown to anyone at the time, the tracks had simply been placed on a hard drive and forgotten about, until now. So, Borrowed is very proud to present a slice of unreleased 90s House just the way we like it and only on Vinyl for now......
Early support from - Lee Foss, Mark Farina, Ron Basejam (Crazy P) , Robert Owens, Inland Knights, Da Sunlounge, Vanilla Ace, Sam Divine (Defected), DJ Jes, Giom, The Littlemen, Jay West, Smokescreen Soundsystem

Following last May's label kick-off in the form of JSSL's 'Fake Facade' EP, FORMAT Records now invites Dutch prodigy Qindek for its sophomore release, which is backed up with an excellent remix by Swedish techno veteran Pär Grindvik. Having already released a slew of high quality cuts in the past few years, Qindek's definitely no stranger to the realms of deep and fiery techno. His delivery for FORMAT Records kicks off with 'Pigeon Dance', an intense and very hypnotic track built around deceivingly playful acid wobbles and a no-nonsense techno groove. Expect things to get nasty on the dancefloor when this one's dropped.
Pär Grindvik's rework of 'Pigeon Dance' is a slightly heavier affair that rips out the acid bassline from the original while taking things to new heights with its merciless big room techno kick.
Closing the EP is 'Everflood', another original Qindek cut that sees the producer popping in a beefy funk-infused bomb, with several layers of bass stabs and percussion bits creating a track that has 'peak-time' written all over it.
With this excellent second release FORMAT Records is set to continue its headstrong view on techno...

Rraph is back on the Gynoid LTD series with a dangerously intense piece
of dark, atmospheric techno "Syndykat", accompanied by a remix from
Viktoria, formerly known as Viktoria Rebeka, who delivers an absolutely
raw and pounding version of the original. Strictly limited purple vinyl

On the vinyl are 3 remixes by different artists, like:
Patrick Arbez, the master of dark driving techno.
Sven Sossong, fresh artist from SaarbrŸcken.
Bitterstrom, Delude Records Mastermind and great artist from munich.

Don´t miss this first great release from Delude Records in 2014!!!

Justin Harris, half of Freaks with Luke Solomon, and label manager of Music For Freaks, arrives to Musex Industries with a new vinyl release, titled "Beach Life EP"
2 original tracks by Justin, who comes accompained by an excellent producer like Lil Mark, remixing "I Wanna Go On" the second cut of this Pure House release.

"This work was an idea of mine to try to create that feeling you have when you're sat on a beach, with a little bar to the right. The sun is out and you're with good friends. Ice cold beer in your hand...Someone is playing great music at the bar and a small crowd of people are dancing, some with cocktails in their hands. Everyone is smiling, everyone is happy....Blue Skies, beautiful beach, lovely people, awesome sound system - Beach Life "
