Multi-talented musician and artist Namito has remained an important gure in the very fabric of Berlin's Melodic House & Techno scene, right since its humble beginnings. 

His autobiographical concept album Letting Go' charts the story of his early years, when he was forced to ee his native homeland Iran, as a 13 year old boy and plots the struggle of him coming to terms with growing up as a young refugee, on his own in West Berlin. 

Letting Go reveals his most pivotal moments between 1985 to 1993: the East-West conict, the fall of the Wall, his entry into a Bhagwan-Commune and his decision to drop out of school for music.

Bogota based venue Kaputt kicks starts the label side of things with seven track compilation featuring Alejandro Paz, Nuclear Digital Transistor, Eddie Mercury & Mijo, Rodion, Kabinett, Damon Jee & Ravintsara, Alvaro Cabana & Julian Sanza.

Born from the new Bogota based club who’ve invited the likes of Call Super, Axel Boman, Kornel Kovacs and more, Kaputt launch a brand new label from the enigmatic streets of Colombia’s capital.
Bogota is a place where the underground scene has recently built a new sound of resistance, a sound that sets the local scene alight through unity and community and is now moving on to break down
international borders.

First up is Alejandro Paz, a Chilean musician and DJ whose music is characterized by vocal displacement and musical selection, full of dark Latin American material. His track 'Bogotá' is a lively
dark disco cut with rugged bass and angular rhythms that are finished with some acid melodies. Eddie Mercury then links with Mexican Mijo for the frazzled bass and dystopian bleep-disco cascades of the
excellent 'Chundify.'

The Nuclear Digital Transistor duo is two DJs from the Bogota scene, Pal and Pizarro, who have released on the Ombra International label run by Curses. Their 'Borrador 9' is cosmic groove with crisp
boom bap drums, hits and plenty of stepping arps that reach for the skies. Rodion is from Rome and is regarded as the “new genius of Italian Dance music” after releases on Gomma, Eskimo and City
Slang. He shows why with the chugging dark disco anthem and freaky vocals of 'Processare.'

Critical Monday boss Damon Jee has released on the likes of Correspondant Records, Roam and Hafendisco and is well regarded by from the likes of Joris Voorn to Chris Liebing. Here he links with
Ravintsara for 'Medea' which is filled with post-punk energy, tense synth progressions and real dance floor darkness. Next up is Kabinett, the darkest side of Colombia’s Nicolás Saavedra, co-founder of Nomada Records and someone who offers up 'Don Kebab' here - a skyward track with big disco arps and twisted bass all gliding along and getting the floor under its spell. Last of all, Alvaro Cabana &
Julian Sanza link for 'Psychedelic Advise' which is moody and haunting, with stark hits and metallic synths that ride over rugged and macho drums

DJOKO and Den Haas carry a groove with their very own signature out into the world of the heartfelt dancefloors. The new generation of house music is here, with fresh deep minimal trax from the vault.

Cuartero Concept is moving forward firmly with its third reference signed by label boss himself plus the Argentinian beatmaker Bodeler. They are the responsible of ‘Lamine’, an ambitious three track EP where limits of groove are in a constant challenge.

Opener ‘Lamine’ shows the capabilities of such a powerful combo offering a slick house production. The female vocal shout drives listener while the sci-fi percussion set a dynamic vibe and a personal touch.

Next up, ‘Comba’ and its danceable bouncing bassline moves your feet since the very first beats of the track. The rattling hats adds an infectious extra rhythm offering a danceable an actual beat that goes extremely well with the early Chicago days house sound.

Following the old-school vibes but now focusing on drums, ‘Macra’ closes brilliantly this work. With a broken beat and a cleverly used background the track has as target every dancefloor. An indistinguishable vocal its added to give an unique touch becoming this track a weapon.

The club slaying MOTHER RECORDINGS has another mighty new EP up its sleeve here with two big tunes from Spanish titan Piem.

PIEM is a driving force behind the Barcelona scene, curates the MOODs party at W Hotel in London, and releases slick house on Relief, Crosstown Rebels, Superfett Records and plenty of others.

He kicks off here with MESSING Ft. RION S, a playful house tune laden with great vocals from RION S. The grooves swing low and the chords and strings add soul and colour. It's the sort of tune that cannot fail to tempt people to the floor.

LA MADRUGADA is then a churning tech cut with tribal vocal chants and chunky drums all getting you into the beat and keeping you there. This is another winning effort from all involved.

Our good friend DILBY ́s last solo EP on MOTHER RECORDINGS was huge on all fronts. Dominating charts and streaming as well as being served up by everyone one from Claptone to Boysnoize at the biggest clubs and festivals around the globe. It goes without saying that we are excited for more of the same with his latest dancefloor delivery.

HOLD OUT opens up the EP all guns blazing with a chunky drum groove, a big piano riff and a powerful female vocal. This energetic house anthem is guaranteed to lift the roof off any club!

TEMPERATURE RISING is another house bomb with warm analogue synths and a hooky vocal that builds and builds until the track reaches boiling point. The tough beat and punchy bass is balanced perfectly with the lush warmth to create a truely timeless record.

The Vivus family ends 2018 in style with its fifth instalment in the vinyl-only series VRV. This release brings back some familiar faces in label founder Daniel Broesecke and an old friend in Silat Beksi.

These two close friends who share their passion for music are fresh off their release on Curtea Veche back in September but they bring some raw energy on this one, resulting in timeless and hypnotic music from two creative young artists.

The first track, Mistral, starts off as strong as you would expect from its name, deriving from the cold northwesterly wind that blows from the south of France to the northern Mediterranean. The heavy bassline floats just above the surface as a cool breeze of atmospheric sounds make their way across.

Next up, on the B side, we have Get Some More, with a calmer approach but powerful nonetheless. An unexpected vocal greets us at the beginning only to make way for a steady flow of uninterrupted intertwined noises that go hand in hand with the firm bass line just underneath.

The Virgo label boss Ilario Alicante presents the first in a series of
collaboration EP's with many recognised artists of the Electronic music scene.

The first episode consists of two collab-tracks with Kevin De Vries, who is well known for his releases on Afterlife. The track “Dystopia” merges a driving bass-synth line with mysterious melodies, the second is “Lotus” recognised with retro-wave arpeggios and pads, orchestrated by a refined techno groove making a unique adrenaline rush.

Kevin himself includes two of his own solo-tracks, including the noteworthy “Dragon of Eden”, that is already known in many of Ilario’s DJ sets. The track takes the listener on a voyage through charming melodies accompanied by the unmistakable groove of the Berlin-based artist.

It is with distinguished sensuality that Mazargues Affair have crafted this release for Sentaku, an EP effortlessly blending the sizzling sunshine of Southern France with the decadent personality of Tokugawa Ienari. By infusing their melodies with a delicate touch of extravagance and an intoxicating yet delicious buzz, the collective are set to captivate the imaginations beyond their local scene of Marseille. Electrifying beats pulsate throughout the tracks, with intricate and vigorous sonorities reverberating against the floating soundscape. This indulgent house composition is reminiscent of the Edo nightlife under the reign of shogun Tokugawa Ienari, a time where the senses are consumed by nothing but absolute pleasure.

Freshly anointed as one of DJ Mag's labels to watch in 2019, Enclave Records returns with one of its strongest packages to date. 

Remaining faithful to its ethos of getting behind talented emerging artists, Enclave's sixth outing presents a split EP that is as deep as it is immediate. 

Ausburg native and former hip-hop prodigy Mode Panta opens proceedings with two missives that waste no time in letting you know what he's all about: snotty 909's, melancholic old-school trance sounds and groovy basses are joyously melded to contemporary house and techno motifs absolutely of the here and now. 

Heading to the flip, Stockholm-based Niklas Andersson pushes on with two cuts that drive at opposing ends of the night-time agenda. As a founding member of the 1991 collective and the music and arts project MÅL TVÅ, Niklas effortlessly supplies both peak-time and after-hours ammunition of the highest order.

Affinity is a collaboration project from Claudio PRC, Ness, Reggy Van Oers & Deepbass. Find 4 hypnotic deep techno cuts on this 12".

My Little Dog turns 10 years old and celebrates it with this massive vinyl only ep. This record perfectly defines the eclectic style of the label, always fluctuating between the different sides of tech house, but keeping a very genuine and particular sound. Kicking things off there is Mollono.Bass with his deep techno masterpiece Purple Fog. This track is called to be one of the hits that will be played at any good open air party during this summer.

The next track comes by the label owner, Oscar Barila, who delights us with "Push The Button", a song 100% true to his style. A powerful base, hot percussions, a fat bassline punching you in the chest and catchy vocals that won't get out of your head during several months.

When we flip the vinyl we find the vato loco Pinto. The Mexican house master really got the groove and "Motion" is not an exception. A sweet and hypnotic catharsis of synths and strings that will keep your crowd dancing like there is not tomorrow during its 7 minutes length.

Finally, the also label owner, Sergio Parrado, has teamed-up with his usual production partner Chinonegro to build "Enjoy The Night". Tribal, deep and hypnotic tech house with psychedelic synths. What else do you need? Just the perfect icing on the cake to celebrate that the little dog has been wagging the tale and barking loud during 10 years.

After a year of silence, XIII is back with it’s 3rd release coming from Len Lewis, a prolific UK producer that needs no introduction. 4 genre-bending original tracks, no remixes necessary. We won’t bore you with trying to describe them with words, the music will do the talking here.

ORDONEZ, resident of the world famous Lost Beach Club. THE SPELL EP
is definitely one of the biggest releases of 2015 so far, which says a lot as it has been
an amazing year so far!
THE SPELL
Smooth grooving percussion pushes this track along while ORDONEZ weaves in the
melody from a gritty Rhodes organ and adds to the magic with spiracles of electric
piano. But then, the seductive vocals come to the front and the whole track opens up
to become one of the catchiest tunes of the year. The drop after the long break is

Denis Kondraschenko emerges with his first solo release under brand new project Soultape.

A well-known member of duo Adjustment Bureau (Morning People / Mayak / Haze), the Russian producer unveils a crisp and captivating 4 track Ep.

Being a musician with many years of experience under his belt,
he does not adhere to certain canons and musical forms, but rather constantly experiments with deeply hypnotic atmospheres and lucid soundscapes.

Anonymous label, VDK, return with their second release after their first, VDK001, sold out in record time. The hype surrounding the label is well deserved, as they step up with another triple header.

VDK002 kicks off with an energetic number. A1 features warm string pads alongside rolling percussion and subtle vocal snippets.

This segues us nicely into the flip, where the melancholy of B1 awaits. Haunting piano stabs are woven into a lilting synth arrangement. Guaranteed to make the hairs on your neck stand to attention.

It starts with 'I Need A Rhythm' (from the E.P. 'A Trip To N.Y.'), which represents a timeless house sound with deep bass, killer rim shots and easy jazz chords. The second track on the A side is the classic 'Saturday Luv' (from the EP 'Manhattan Project Vol. 1' catalog no.1), which keeps the dance floor moving with its pumping beats and a unique sample mix.
'Be Free' (from the E.P. 'Manhattan Project Vol. 2') opens the B-side of the Reissue E.P. with dope swingin' beats and chords, jazzy scat vocals and sax licks... Capodopere are back with their yearly wax phenomenon, having Suolo on the sixth issue after stamping the catalog with Fanfaronade and Fenomen releases. He has seen touchable changes within the last couple of years as the visions morphed into more subtle and dusky ones, tailoring the pieces to the new eyes wide open conception.


The ready-steady-go is how we have seen the outset of this record as “No Proof” slams into the speakers with an assaulting force, taking over the surroundings and advancing into the layers of bass lines. Some elements of the piece are carrying geological provenience as Suolo has grounded the percussions and laid the path for the coming vocals. It is certain that the magic happens around the deliberate vocals that as well as their enchanting presence throughout - mark the lively beginning of a musical hike.

As we move to the next episode of the chronicles, “Rudiment” speaks a lot about Suolo’s founding bases, with the heavy lower notes being the first ones to reach the receptors. With no dissonance for ourselves, “Rudiment” is where he achieved the perfect balance between the low and high, inside a spiral of circling ambient buildup. Gently overlapping the A side, B1 is the piece that plunges between the beginning and the ending of this EP. He recreates imaginary sojourns through the layered dissociation of the field elements. It is as Susumu Yokota would produce music for club floors.

“Oasis” is a well-anticipated continuation. The gurgling sub-bass is noted at the first sight yet the rest of the cookout is at the preparation stage. A slashing indigenous voice becomes the companion of the piece throughout the deserted lands of layered pads. We reach the oasis when the sandy kicks are taking over the desolated fields, peaking into the various luminescent shots paired with playful melodies of a recreated xylophone. Is it a somber downhill or an elevating escalator?

It's been almost three years since our good friend Giorgio Maulini made his first appearance on the label. Since then, it's only been upwards and onwards for the young talent, between founding his own imprint and events label "Underground Town" and becoming a Modernity resident, to name only a few achievements.

Spaceport is a driving yet fairly stripped-back piece of music, somewhere in between tech-house and micro-house. The omnipresent synth riff is a backbone to a solid groove just right for buillding up towards middle of the night intensity. Atmospheric synth chords bring a delicate third dimension to the track for an overal well-balanced work, nice job!

On the remix, we couldn't be happier to welcome an artist who has been making serious waves with a very specific, easy to recognise signature-style: Mr Silat Beksi. The feel is slightly nastier and dirtier than the original and the energy is taken down a notch. Listen as your brain is teased and seduced by the female vocal FX braking the monotony and lovely delicate keyboard patterns contribute to a rich clever arrangement.

In April 2019 Ninetoes is set to launch his new record label 'Head To Toe'. The imprint will be be releasing on vinyl and digitally.

The first release sees Ninetoes drop his single 'Miracle', a solid underground house record with a nod to a 90's NY house sound, featuring remixes from the UK's hot young talents Mason Collective and the mysterious Lemberg from Berlin.

The ever excellent MOTHER RECORDINGS serves up more club gold, this time from MARTIN WASLEWSKI. His CLOSER release features two tight tacks that prove he has a lush sense of house groove.
Waslewski is a German who grew up on hip hop and now having turned to house finds himself at home under the roof of labels such as Hommage, Monaberry and Heulsuse. All these playgrounds offer him a deserved platform where he never fails to come up with the goods, as is the case again here.

Up first here is CLOSER, six minutes of deep, feel good house music with romantic vocals and colourful chords. The beats are lazy and well swung and this one is perfect for summer parties and terraces this year. On the flip, COME TO ME is stripped back and more driving, with a tech edge to the beats. There is more great melody though, and some smeared synths that add a sense of scale and weight.

In the phenomenon of the wave, nature, and technology combine with great effect. For Adrian Rodd both are important, he draws the bow from the synthetic sound wave to the natural surf wave. The producer and filmmaker from Lanzarote has created the visual aspect of his debut for Cochlea Music not only in the EP title Waves, the opener Equilibrium was created directly as film music. Surrounded by ambient and trippy synth sounds, the short film about the surfer Andy Criere shows a colourful journey from blue to red, a romantic poem "Man, Sea, Earth, Fire" - churned up and set in motion by urban basses and beats.

Unlike the main track, Night in Gran Via, he follows the DJ, still vibrating from the Techno-Floor, after working all night through the main city street. From there it goes to Verbena and Taboo 3AM on a jump to the Dubstep, Lo-Fi and Trap-Parties. Adrian Rodd's music flirts not only with party goers, but also with people who arrive home late, drawing on his experience as a resident DJ in Madrid's Stardust Club, as well as the sounds and everyday life in the surfing and fishing village directly by the sea.

Between warm waves, Waves mixes local history with a melodic evolution of ambient and urban dance music from Brian Eno to Burial, ending the title track with a film which pays homage to the volcanic landscape of the canary island.

The Romanian label Lost Classic Records marks its debut with their first vinyl release, consisting of 4 tracks composed by: Laurent Ci, Lurre, Petit Batou and Petrutt.
The A-side starts with Laurent Ci’s Brobass, a dancefloor essential crafted with a housey, playful bass, and swingy, carefully arranged percussions. The synths triggered along the track are blending fluently with them.

The A-side continues with Lurre’s Deloc, Pe Loc, a tune for the early mornings, constructed with well chosen, reverberating drum hits and acoustic elements. Lurre’s atmospheric arrangement, with warm pads and vocals, define this track’s final savor.

The B-side begins with Petit Batou’s Surya, an elegant approach on the deep side of electronic music. Surya’s groove is well maintained throughout its whole length by everlasting floating pads and quirky, ludic synths.

2018 has been a busy year so far for Ben Rau, after completing tours worldwide, including standout shows in Australia and South America, he has also found time to launch a new label META alongside his increasingly successful INKAL imprint.

After handing over the reins for the first Meta release to promote new talent and give them a platform to thrive in the form of Rhymos' Seizure EP', Ben brings the heat for the label's second offering with his Marauder' EP.A release that stays true to Ben's dancefloor roots,whilst also displaying a techier big room sound primed for larger dancefloors. The title track Marauder' is a technically impressive affair, full of rolling percussion and expert drum programming , tension builds throughout the track via an eerie swelling synth which finally culminate in an epic break that makes use of delayed vocals before the rolling tech-houser concludes with the a groove heavy finale that let's all the elements shine.

The second track from the EP, Phoenix', is another potent dancefloor weapon , led by a pumping acid line that is complimented by ever-evolving synth stab responses.

3 tracks, 3 different artists ... That seems to be a various artists record which decks the 4th release of the label finebeatz.

As the two cousins (art.verwandt) have been represented on the first various artists release, they now reappear with the track 'Endlich'. This track speaks to the label from the heart: after one year of abstinence the two come back with their second track which convinces, among other things, by its nice drum lines.

But also new people enlarge the repertoire of the release as guest act: the Frenchman Décadence, who makes his debut (not only at finebeatz) as well as the two colleagues Pinch'n'Peedge of Thuringian Elinven Music Label.

Décadence shows us how it must feel being under the earth ... 'sous la terre' fascinates by a wonderful plane accompanied by a driving clatter. 'You Grow' is probably the fastest track which knocks like mad.

Both tracks complete the release which provides the appropriate track for every situation in the club. Altogether a diversified new release of finebeatz.

MOTHER RECORDINGS don't let up on the release schedule pressure as they look to returning label artists MAT.JOE for a new two tracker. This Berlin based duo are one of the most talked about duos on the circuit at the moment with releases on Toolroom, Hot Creations, as well as MOTHER in the last 6 months. They also received a best newcomer nomination in the recent DJ Awards for Ibiza and have also had two number 1 Beatport Tech House Hits in 2016. They are known for really cooking up fresh club sounds each and every time they release, and this new BLOW YOUR MIND EP is no different.
