My Little Dog reaches its release number 100 from the hands of the legendary German artist Sascha Dive.

The first cut of the ep is the title track "I Came to Jack", where Sascha’s music is accompanied by the vocals of one of the most representative figures in the United States scene: Robert Owens.

“I Came to Jack” is a superb Chicago house track, where the bass line blends in an incredible way with the synths, giving rise to one of those timeless songs so characteristic of Sascha. The remix is carried out by Oscar Barila (My little Dog co-owner) who teams up with the Chilean Santiago Deep to give the track a more groovy character. They skillfully use the main parts of the original song, turning it into a groove roller coaster that never stops growing and growing.

If we turn the vinyl, we find “Steve the Robot” where Sascha shows off his incredible versatility by presenting us a more metallic and hard cut, with maximum quality for those peak times moments of your sets. On remix duties, Sergio Parrado (My Little Dog co-owner) pairs with the talented Colombian artist Julian Millan to delight us with a much more melodic and hypnotic cut. It’s the perfect icing on the cake for this 100th release.

We are very pleased to bring you this fantastic collaboration between Dubphone and Patrascu that includes three stunning pieces with their Talking Machines EP. The first track is Talking Machines and it shows an amazing combination of subtle grooves working in different layers where they integrate perfectly to each other among synth and percussions, making room also to the prominent vocal phrase lines that ends up being the main element during the short breaks, where everything is surrounded by a delightful minimalistic vibe. The second track, Chaos, presents a much more underground approach and its composed mainly of a percussive low-end and several backend textures that creates an amazing atmosphere and trippy feeling, but everything created with a superb production skill set by these two fantastic producers. At last we have a Dub Mix of Talking Machines, where we can appreciate this terrific piece without the vocal lines to take advantage of the rhythmic features and grooves this track has to offer.

Petit Batou is back with a new very beautiful episode, as its name suggests, "Fireworks" are full of colors and sound as well as the tracks, 2 minimalistic cuts with circular, enveloping basses, and pleasant organic textures.

For the remixes, we are pleased to welcome two renowned romanian producers, Direkt and Dragutesku who in their own styles have wonderfully treated the originals.

Revered DJ and producer Giuseppe Scarano prepares to launch his debut EP Feel Good on his own NICEPEOPLE imprint.

A four-track offering with the dancefloor in mind, the EP opens with title track ‘Feel Good’, an understated house groover with a classic vocal sample. ‘Back Sound’ continues the theme of classic house elements as it traverses gently through melodic waters, before Chicago house legend Paul Johnson steps up to deliver an energetic remix of ‘Feel Good’. Paul Johnson, best known for 1999 chart hit ‘Get Down’, delivers an animated twist on the original with distinct synth sounds & heavy-hitting beats, whilst accentuating the original’s jacking groove. Closing the EP with ‘This Love For You’, the final track crafts an infectious house beat, concluding with a blissed-out finale.

Scarano’s musical journey began at the age of 16 when he started DJing for the first time and was quickly picked up gigs at local clubs. Influenced by Italian house music throughout his youth, he has since seen fast-rising success and shared the DJ booth with a slew of talented artists, including Matthias Tanzmann, Marco Faraone, Stefano Noferini, Joey Daniel, Ilario Alicante, Pan-Pot and wAFF, before launching NICEPEOPLE in 2018. Scarano’s Feel Good EP is the second release to premiere on the label which has hit the ground running, with seminal Dutch electro producer Orlando Voorn releasing a four-track EP Positive Vibes as the debut project earlier this year.

Having played at a variety of Italian parties and festivals including Clorophilla, Guendalina, Discorama and Heartz Festival, Scarano made his debut performance at Amsterdam Dance Event for Drone Time in 2018, further cementing his status as an artist to watch.

An emerging talent from the underground Italian music scene, Giuseppe Scarano’s debut EP is a testament to his unequivocal talent and fast-rising success.
