Side A will throw you inside a finger-snapping track with a satisfying beat that will be shadowing the composition for all the ten minutes of your experience. Going to the B side - dreamy keys and ambient sounds are the ones that guide this piece of art, leaving a hypnotic state - followed by an atmospheric and dubby finale. Taste it yourself.

Capodopere are back with their yearly wax phenomenon, having Suolo on the sixth issue after stamping the catalog with Fanfaronade and Fenomen releases. He has seen touchable changes within the last couple of years as the visions morphed into more subtle and dusky ones, tailoring the pieces to the new eyes wide open conception.


The ready-steady-go is how we have seen the outset of this record as “No Proof” slams into the speakers with an assaulting force, taking over the surroundings and advancing into the layers of bass lines. Some elements of the piece are carrying geological provenience as Suolo has grounded the percussions and laid the path for the coming vocals. It is certain that the magic happens around the deliberate vocals that as well as their enchanting presence throughout - mark the lively beginning of a musical hike.

As we move to the next episode of the chronicles, “Rudiment” speaks a lot about Suolo’s founding bases, with the heavy lower notes being the first ones to reach the receptors. With no dissonance for ourselves, “Rudiment” is where he achieved the perfect balance between the low and high, inside a spiral of circling ambient buildup. Gently overlapping the A side, B1 is the piece that plunges between the beginning and the ending of this EP. He recreates imaginary sojourns through the layered dissociation of the field elements. It is as Susumu Yokota would produce music for club floors.

“Oasis” is a well-anticipated continuation. The gurgling sub-bass is noted at the first sight yet the rest of the cookout is at the preparation stage. A slashing indigenous voice becomes the companion of the piece throughout the deserted lands of layered pads. We reach the oasis when the sandy kicks are taking over the desolated fields, peaking into the various luminescent shots paired with playful melodies of a recreated xylophone. Is it a somber downhill or an elevating escalator?

It's been almost three years since our good friend Giorgio Maulini made his first appearance on the label. Since then, it's only been upwards and onwards for the young talent, between founding his own imprint and events label "Underground Town" and becoming a Modernity resident, to name only a few achievements.

Spaceport is a driving yet fairly stripped-back piece of music, somewhere in between tech-house and micro-house. The omnipresent synth riff is a backbone to a solid groove just right for buillding up towards middle of the night intensity. Atmospheric synth chords bring a delicate third dimension to the track for an overal well-balanced work, nice job!

On the remix, we couldn't be happier to welcome an artist who has been making serious waves with a very specific, easy to recognise signature-style: Mr Silat Beksi. The feel is slightly nastier and dirtier than the original and the energy is taken down a notch. Listen as your brain is teased and seduced by the female vocal FX braking the monotony and lovely delicate keyboard patterns contribute to a rich clever arrangement.

A talented painter from Kherson /UA/ Konstantin Tereshchenko, inspired by the tracks of Kirik , provided his artistic work "Tears of Lust" for the cover this release !

A1. The EP starts off with the title track "BBANGBGBANF" . Its little story about Bad Boys , Bad Boys Are Not Good But Good Boy Are Not Fun , this track packed with evolving guitar melodies , male whispers and with dark groove that will get the floor going .

A2. This second track "Tears of Lust" the track is gaining momentum as if a tear is rolling , is sounding exactly like that - a quiet solitary place during a storm and sounds guitar , you are upset after a break your relationship , but you must control yourself and live on !
And after a long guitar like after a rain , a confident strong groove appears as if a ray of light in the sky and you step confident .

The London (UK) based event/label presents its third vinyl release "Universe B" from Miami's Cedesciu Wax boss Lulla.

Ninetoes launches his label Head To Toe

In April 2019 Ninetoes is set to launch his new record label 'Head To Toe'. The imprint will be be releasing on vinyl and digitally.

The first release sees Ninetoes drop his single 'Miracle', a solid underground house record with a nod to a 90's NY house sound, featuring remixes from the UK's hot young talents Mason Collective and the mysterious Lemberg from Berlin.

Having released on such luminary labels as Moon Harbour, Crosstown Rebels, This and That & Avotre, he has decided to take control of his output with a label he can call home.

Initially it will be a platform for his own productions, but as the label develops other artists will be invited to contribute to his carefully curated audio brand.

Ninetoes... I've always wanted to have my own label to be able to express myself fully, and to not be constrained by other people's A&R vision. HTT will enable me to release my own music, the music I love, and music to feel from Head To Toe.'

The ever excellent MOTHER RECORDINGS serves up more club gold, this time from MARTIN WASLEWSKI. His CLOSER release features two tight tacks that prove he has a lush sense of house groove.
Waslewski is a German who grew up on hip hop and now having turned to house finds himself at home under the roof of labels such as Hommage, Monaberry and Heulsuse. All these playgrounds offer him a deserved platform where he never fails to come up with the goods, as is the case again here.

Up first here is CLOSER, six minutes of deep, feel good house music with romantic vocals and colourful chords. The beats are lazy and well swung and this one is perfect for summer parties and terraces this year. On the flip, COME TO ME is stripped back and more driving, with a tech edge to the beats. There is more great melody though, and some smeared synths that add a sense of scale and weight.
