LEBAL1204 is the second Double A Side release from Le Bal Records and comes with promising new tracks by young U.S. producer Detach and Swiss producer team Manuel Mind & Tom Mandolini.

Detach is the alter ego of young U.S. producer Christian Ehret from Miami who shows us his recently found love for classic house music from Chicago and Detroit in his debut release on Le Bal. Chopped and pitched vocals meet his flair for jazzy pads and fat drum patterns - the exquisitely effective ingredients that the two tracks, "Night Owl" and "How You Get So", are made of.

It's been for a while now that Zurich-based DJ/producers Manuel Mind and Tom Mandolini (Dimitri & Tom "Brazil over Zurich") joined forces. At last, Operida is their debut release on Le Bal Records. Its Original Version combines electro, house and 80s disco to a bouncy, hi-NRG groove, while the Booty Call Version, based on the same backing track, features Swiss rapper SKOR, who, using the dialect of his Zurich hometown, tells an explicit story on how to travel through the city's beds. Valentino Tomasi (of Kalabrese's Rumpelorchester) adds a spacy, polyrhythmic Remix with a vocoderish disco attitude and is also the producer of the last track, Booty Call, a downtempo & pitched vocal hip-hop version of SKOR's lyrics.

Valentino Tomasi (von Kalabreses Rumpelorchester) steuert einen spacig- polyrhythmischen Remix mit Disco-Attitüde und Vocoder-Stimmen bei und zeichnet auch als Produzent des letzten Tracks Booty Call, einer eigenständigen Downtempo-Pitched- Vocal-Hip-Hop-Variante von SKORs Rap-Part, verantwortlich.

Kirill Matveev and Brickman link energies on behalf of a powerful weapon for Russian based label: MixCult Records.

The EP leads with an enchanting dub inclined cut entitled Vice Man' which narrates a story of a dub marching techno soldier from the cold camps of Russia. The mood of this fine crafted art form places the listener in a victorious state of mind. As second, we find an experimentation of gender edges that form a medley of attenuating and danceable cuts called Milk Escape'. As the track progresses, we find the dub entrancing reverberations growing and flourishing into an impenetrable realm of splendor, making this one of MixCult's true favorite refrains. The EP comes to an end with Brickman's Multiverse' which amalgamates into an enchanting dualism between peak time breakdown and beginning of afterhours sound. Multiverse comes down as the equinox and as the romantic blanket of this expertly assembled release.

The Atlanta label WaxAtlast makes their debut release, ATLAS001, a beautifully twisted V/A to set the tone for the rest of the year. The stunning ink splatter disc takes its passengers through a gradient of various cosmic soundscapes. The Berlin based imprint RoundQube Musik gets its 10th release. To celebrate this goal the label's guys have brought together the whole RQM Familien' dropping an eight track double vinyl: besides the usual suspects like Francesco Passantino, Gabriele Carasco, Luca Torre and Sonartek, die Familien' grows with new friends such as the well known Frankfuter producer Matt Star, Jakob Seidensticker (an element of Wareika) in cooperation with Boronas, the Japanese talent Kaitaro, Enzo Pietropaolo and the co-owner of the label I-Max with Blesgroove.

February 2017, a new label is born. Headquartered in Germany, These Eyes has a clear mission statement: Underground electronic music accompanied by unique design and an uncompromising ethos. The first release comes from founder André Hommen. Having ran New York's Objektivity for many years, Hommen has decided that now is the time to craft something new.

Title track ‚These Eyes' has been played by André over the past 12 months and has received a huge track-ID response all over the web. A future classic.
B-Side ‚Substitute' is made up of deeper shades and pairs up nicely with the title track. The EP will drop on February 24 and will be available digitally and as limited 12 vinyl.
