Fast approaching their 100th release, Germany's Moon Harbour has enjoyed a meteoric rise over the years with countless classic releases and rightfully earning a reputation as one the go-to labels for tech-house.
With many of the scene's key figures including Riva Starr, DJ T, Jey Kermis and Butch featuring this year, it's no surprise that man of the moment Emanuel Satie is next up with a brand new release of cavernous dancefloor groovers to ensure the label see's in 2017 on a high.

The Frankfurt-born, Berlin-based producer has become a permanent presence in the beatport tech-house charts, and continues his rich vein of form with three no-nonsense, atmospheric releases full of the type of feelgood, pulsating grooves we've come to know and love him for.

Kicking off with 'All The Time', the title track skillfully builds on the sultry, whisper-like vocals from Sergy that, complimented by a warming bassline, create's a deep and mesmerising piece of peak-time club magic. Next up is 'Cat Fight', an absorbing groover with a smooth throwback sample that skillfully echoes its way alongside some shimmering drum pads into a drop that's guaranteed to get any club moving.

Whilst the first two operate perfectly for any big-room, hands-up action, final track 'Future' is more a slow-burner, with its potent low-end creating a hazy effect further amplified by the hypnotic echo of the vocal.

A well rounded EP, Satie offers an immersive listening experience that's essential for any tech-house aficionados.

Berlin born and bred producer Ben Rau has been steadily carving out his own brand of stripped-back and groove fuelled house music over the past few years, forming his style as resident DJ for Enzo Siragusa's Fuse parties , before going on to release material with the Fuse London label amongst others such as JusGrooveIt and Body Parts.

Here though we see Rau take strides in his own direction with the launch of his brand new imprint Inkal Music, a vinyl only imprint predominantly focusing on material from the label owner himself.
Taking the lead on the package is title-track 'Don't You Know' which sees Rau deliver a hypnotic slice of dubbed out house fuelled by heavily swung percussion, rumbling subs, snaking dub swells and an enchanting vocal hook uttering the track's title.
On the flip Ben offers 'Metatrack' and takes a more robust approach bringing a sturdy rhythmic foundation to the forefront whilst wandering acid licks, spellbinding atmospherics and vocal shots ebb and flow throughout the compositions eight minutes.

Electric Rescue is back on his own imprint to his new album, the third one and the most powerfull one no compromises techno and electronica music, a film of his 2 years past life, authentic, personnal and unique vision of the actual techno scene and life, pure !

Cassius and Pharrell Williams surely need no introduction to anyone alive. Boom Bass an Zdar have been one of the top 5 players in the French House Music scene since the early 90s, also covering Downbeats and other excursions from what seemed to be hip at the moment. Pharrell definitely is the current #1 if you're talking about any music in the charts that's funky and danceable.

In 2016 Cassius asked youngster Kolja for a remix for their first Maxi of their upcoming Album - Ibifornia but back at the time no Vinyl release was planned. In 2017 the S4AW guys asked them if they could do a 12 of this great tune. All parties involved agreed and so here we are - with an additional, previously unreleased Disco remix on top. Surely this will make a super summer hit for the beach and the clubs likewise...

Le Louche's track selections are a result of his never-ending search for finding the perfect grooves that soothe the soul.
He aims to synthesise his musical influences to create the type of music that he appreciates the most: groovy basslines and deep synths tied together by a shuffling house beat. His first release on vinyl on Daydream perfectly exemplifies this.

The French duo Dixia Sirong pays tribute to the Singaporean Velvet Underground club, where they first discovered and experienced the power of House music. Their eclectic inspired sound is placed between hard bass grooves and tranquil wavelength. Both producers process aims to merge harmony, rhythm and texture into a unique way of composing and shaping their vibe.

This slice of black gold came out on LARGE Records in 1994 and was now carefully remastered by German sound guru Herb LF.

You'll hear devastating 909 drums with loads of chopped up Latin-style samples all hardware-honed with drum machines and an MPC. Basement-style House for all the oldschool lovers out there.

German techno mistress Klaudia Gawlas delivers yet another strong release titled MANIFEST including a remix by prolific Scottish producer Edit Select.

The EP maintains a steady flow which builds upon the producer's dark and hypnotic grooves.

It begins with MARGIN which seems taken from a chase scene of a horror movie and sets the upbeat and tense atmosphere of the EP. Edit Select's special touch on MARGIN's remix fascinates with its synth soundscapes and adds a more atmospheric and dreamy feel to the original track. MANIFEST picks up where MARGIN left off, with its heavy bass and rumbling drums. Closing track ADDITIONAL creates an even darker vibe with the distorted vocals and the haunting explosive bass and lead lines.
Packed with dancefloor weapons MANIFEST is set to be released June 8th via Hungarian techno imprint Blackrod.

"Pole Pole, Mzungu!" - "No stress, stranger!". This motto of the Swahili faithfully follows the exiled Berliner Negativ Dekadent on its extremely strong debut consistently and with great brilliance. The vinyl has two extraordinary, danceable and as idiosyncratic
compositions.Both tracks can be time, but do not lose yourself for your own sake in minimalism, but control targeted at the big picture, the climax to igneous, but self-possessed to tear further. A borderline case - placed somewhere between dark techno and minimal house, certainly with a penchant for drama.
