Limited Release Of The Gaucho Song !!

The new Perlentaucher EP from the german duo KlangTherapeuten on Lochmann Records is a "must-have" on the upcoming open-air and festival season.
The Original Mix is a deep, technoid and emotional track with an soulful piano melody, chasing vocals and a driving beat. It catches the crowed by seconds.
The EP also comes with nice remixes by Robin Schulz, Melokind and Matthias Kick.
This three talented german producers got their own style and use it perfectly on the Original.

Contrary to their antipodean name the 'Marsupials' are not Australian or for that matter New Zealanders. They are in fact a collective of Italian producers residing next to the active volcano of Mount Vesuvius in the city of Naples, Italy. The collective have come from unknowns to gardening releases on Sccucci Manucci, Seven Music and of course our imprint Dabit Records.

The 'Taxonomy EP' is a 4 track vinyl which packs the deep house goodness that we have come to expect from Dabit Records. Kicking the EP off in style is 'Numbat' a bumping, gospel laden, side compressed groover. Next up is the organ roller 'Bilby', which gives a cheeky nod to Chicago house sound. The 3rd track on the EP entitled 'Opossum' swings harder than a married couple in the Seventies. Last up is 'Quoll'... sounding like some roots NYC House with its filtered sax rift and 'What Did I Do' refrain. The 'Taxonomy EP' is a solid house release and the Marsupial's have a good future ahead of them.

The vinyl package comes limited to 200 copies. Each vinyl sleeve has been hand painted by Sicilian Artist Giuseppe 'Piscal' Scaltrito. Piscal is a contemporary artist who has exhibited in Milan, Florence, Palermo, Venice and Rome. His brief was to paint Australia (in keeping with the theme of the EP), he settled on three colours that for him characterized Australia. The collection of 200 painted sleeves is entitled 'Paesaggio Australiano', and makes this package from Dabit Records a real collectors item.

For this 49th vinyl release on Intacto Records, we proudly introduce Shinedoe's album single 'Circle Of Life Feat. Miss Bunty' taken from her forthcoming album 'Illogical Directions'.

A day in the life of Shinedoe, expect anything. With dance music currently exploding into a multi coloured crossbreed it's tempting to take things as far as possible. And that's exactly what this Amsterdam based DJ does on her long awaited third album. 'Illogical Directions' is about letting go, about an artist completely liberated in her studio, making music by the heart and processing all her experiences into one impressive trip. A tour de force of highly organic dance music bringing together the euphoria of club music with moody, more introvert songs. 'Illogical Directions' is, simply put, exactly the album you'd want Shinedoe to make.

As an introduction to the album, due to be released on Intacto in May 2014, we now present the album single 'Circle Of Life'; where Shinedoe has teamed up with Miss Bunty; one of Europe's leading dance-vocalists with a voice that has enlightened and rocked many clubs, parties, festivals, radioshows and television performances all around the world.

'Circle Of Life' is a classic house tune with a soulful touch featuring the infectious vocals of Miss Bunty.

Kein Platz für lähmende Gedanken. Stattdessen gibt es nur noch Musik. Der Körper gehorcht allein dem durch den Raum ulsierenden Bass. Das ist es, wovon Raver sprechen, wenn sie erklären, was ihnen synthetische Club-Musik bedeutet.
Und genau darum dreht sich auch Verbalizer, das nun erscheinende Album von Anthony Rother, auf seinem neuen Label Nextdata.

Der Club als abstrakter Raum. Es geht um das Loslassen. Menschen machen sich frei, begegnen einander
und die Musik wird zum gemeinsamen Taktgeber.

Irgendwann nennt Rother diesen Prozess - die Dramaturgie der Ekstase', kann sich dabei aber das Grinsen
nicht verkneifen. - Die Leute sollen mit Verbalizer einfach ihren Spaß haben. Ich stand im Club und fühlte
plötzlich den Sound für dieses Album.

Verbalizer treibt im Raum nach vorn, ohne ins Intellektuelle abzugleiten. Es ist die Geschichte, der Augenblick und das anbrechende Abenteuer einer tanzenden Gesellschaft, irgendwo auf dieser Welt.
- Ich war auf der Suche nach einem expandierenden Klang. Dabei war wichtig, wie ich diesen Sound den Synthesizern in meinem Studio entlocke, so dass dabei eine Kraft entsteht, die alles Weltliche und den Alltag beiseite zu drücken vermag', erklärt Rother den hedonistischen Ansatz von Verbalizer.

Club-Tracks wie diese kommen ihrem Wesen nach ohne erzählerische Inhalte aus. Dennoch sorgen sie
beim Hörer für das Durchleben - oder besser für das Durchtanzen - ihrer ganz eigenen Geschichte. - Einige meiner vorherigen Alben haben ein komplex durchdachtes Konzept. Verbalizer wechselt
dagegen vollkommen die Perspektive: Der Inhalt und was sich aus dem Album ergibt liegt im Körperlichen, dem unaussprechlichen.'
Um es also kurz zu machen: Verbalizer - um zu verstehen, sollte
man das Album feiern.

The Swiss-born Dominik Daks presents one of the best records that was ever released on Ostfunk Records. Perfect for the summer, with groovy deep-house vocals, lets "Lilly" the Open Air Stages boil. The track gets as a top class Wolfgang Lohr-typical interpretation thanks to his remix. True to the motto "Love it" brings Rob Makzem a mega remix that you can't miss this summer.

Sommertauglich, mit groovigen deep-house Vocals weiß der Track - Lilly' die Open Air Stages in diesem Sommer zum Kochen zu bringen. Dank dem Remix von Wolfgang Lohr bekommt der Track eine astreine Wolfgang-Lohr-typische Interpretation. This is Keno 026 and Keno 027 on one vinyl. This means Athens and Brighton team up with 4 very well produced Tech House smashers. Iris Blonde with the fattest bassline and the Bot with the nicest breakdown are the standout tracks on this release. Very strong package.

Permanent Affinity EP is a collaboration between label head George Paar
and Claudio Mate from Italy. A dj´s record composed of two tracks each
with it´s own style. Side A is a voyage into drone driven techno
embellished with delicate and melancholic sequenced sounds and
emblematic patters true to the label head´s take on modern techno. SIDE
B goes deep and straight into a no holds barred deep techno offering by
courtesy of Claudio Mate. A split record that is very proper for the
dance floor whether it is to open or close a session of modern
intelligent techno.

Käse Kool brings you its third installment of the Da Fromager series with four unique artists. The first track on side A comes from none other than Lyon-based producer Ortella. Having already amassed five releases on both of Dj Steaw's imprints--Steaward and Rutilance Recordings--Ortella lends his signature sound of dubby techno house to the release. A2 comes from the Melbourne native, Kid Only, a new face to the scene with a lot of potential. His track "Recovery" is a stripped-down, 4/4 tooly tune with bouncy kick & bass combination. Flipping to the other side, the next tune comes from London-based native Mikki Funk. Having built quite the reputation for himself with releases on Deep Down Slam, Made Fresh Daily, and Oli Furness's Music Is Love, Mikki's track brings some bassy '90s flavour to the release. Lastly, B2 comes from Brunbjörn (formerly know as as Brunbjrn). Having already made his debut on Käse Kool's first release, he is back with another swingy groove of sheer bliss.

Our second vinyl release comes from Berlin based DJ and producer Just_Me. 3 solid original tracks and a very special remix by Paul Mad that take us through Deep, Tech, Minimal and Romanian broken beats.

Silence In Metropolis aims to act as a hub for new artists breaking through; artists who mine a forward thinking vein of deep house, techno and the many shades in between. For their 4th release they turn to UK talent Michael McLardy for two original tracks and two remixes, one from P Lopez and one from Evren Ulusoy.


So far Mclardy has appeared on labels like Alive, Save You and Deso with a cultured house sound, and first track here 'Summer Crunch' follows in that good stead. It's a slow and low slung groove detailed with deft little jazz chords, bird sounds and plenty of loose limbed percussion. The effortless melodies suggest McLardy has classical piano training under his belt and the vibe overall is one of pure late summer, early evening bliss. The remix comes from Turkish Beatport Chart topper and Moodmusic associate Evren Ulusoy. He redesigns the track for more energetic moments on the dancefloor. His kicks are a bit more upright and propulsive and the pads are that bit more rigid, bringing with them a nice bit of organic and musical funk.



McLardy's other original 'Motorcycles' again shows the man's ability to craft low-slung and louche grooves with plenty of human roughness and genuine warmth. This one features a dumpy kick drum underneath and a melange of percussive clicks and ticks up top. It's sensuous and slow burning house music that you can really feel in your bones. Dogmatik and Tirk producer P. Lopez from Paraguay goes in on the remix this time. Having had support from the likes of Groove Armada and Maya Jane Coles in the past it's no surprise his version is a deep and groovy interpretation with clever use of filters to build tension and a fine driving bassline propping the whole thing up.


Staying true to their mission, with this EP SIM have introduced us to some fine new talents and easily lovable new house sounds.

Chris Wood and MEAT are a formidable studio duo that team up once again for a new EP, that
offers two originals and a remix by label boss Matthias Tanzmann as well as Moon Harbour
artist Maximiljan.

This experienced pair has been producing together for years, with well received and fresh tech
tracks on labels like Souvenir, Pressure Traxx, Murmur and Upon You. Designed for maximum
impact on the floor, they are often loose limbed, baseline driven cuts that are as great for DJs as
they are for dancers.

And that is certainly the case again here, with 'Playing What', which is a clean and crisp,
tumbling tech house effort with slick drums and curious voices buried within the scurrying
groove. Retro neon melodies join the party to add some colour and all in all this is another fine
bit of work from these musical sparring partners. The remix by boss man Matthias is an even
deeper thing with dubby undercurrents, lively but icy hi-hats, alien details and smeared synths
fleshing out the infectious drums.

Chris Wood & MEAT Then come correct again with 'DaDaDou', which has delayed dub chords
shimmering beneath wood block hits. The dusty drums are some what old school and flirt with
breakbeat patterns, but most importantly they bring a real sense of fluidity and movement to the
track that it is impossible to ignore. The excellent remix comes from German producer
Maximiljan, who has already released a solo EP on Moon Harbour last year. His version is
stripped back to sci-fi deep house territory with rubbery bass, a gnarled, acidic baseline driving
things along and is a real dead of night bomb for the heads.

This is a varied but consistently on point EP from Moon Harbour and Chris Wood & MEAT that
will bring together lovers of everything from tech to acid, deep house to techno.

After introducing IR with his bombshell EP "808 Horizon", Limikola returns with a massive release from Lado including a great remix from SCI+TEC's Xordo.
Both guys are new to the imprint and show, why they have been signed - quality music."
