Time for another huge discovery by the dedicated team of underground boogie hunters here at OFF, we now bring you the mysterious Simion, a man who made an impact by recently remixing Ben Pearce's hit "What I Might Do" with great chart success and who sent us an impressive pair of dancefloor agitators which we just couldnt resist!
It all begins with "Lost", and its all about the groove in this one, the percussive heavy drum rhythm builds up hypnotically with a massive funk bass and string stabs that do the work... This is one of those tracks that takes the party to a completely superior level of happiness.

On the flipside, Simion gets his 909 swing pants on and delivers what could only be described as a future house anthem, "Dont U" has a killer bass and diva vocals topped by a house piano lick making it absolutely irresistible.

The thing doesnt stop there, we bring our wonder boy Chi Thanh to rework it and he incoporates his organic vibe to the vocals, bringing on guitars and a new bubbly bassline to turn the track into a completely different version.

A very dancefloor oriented release with ingredients for all tastes, enjoy!

A1. Alessio Collina - Love and fight

After his productive 2014 with releases on ViVa Music and Serkal, the owner Alessio Collina is back on Trend with a new weapon.
When you listen Love and fight' you can feel the detroit-techno influences, full of crazy pads and chords, especially during the breakdown and after that.
Perfect for the dancefloor, this track gives a Techno-Detroit touch to this record, that is still pretty house music.

A2. Scan Mode - Triciclo

If you don't know Scan Mode, you should listen something from him because his style is really singular.
He released stuff on labels like Cadenza, Safari Numerique, Esperanza and many more, he came back on Trend after his great remix for Jorge Savoretti played by the master Fred P.
His track Triciclo' has a very nice old school groove and some great 80's chords, but the bassline still fat.

B1. Hector Moralez - G Shit

Hector doesn't need to any presentation.
He worked with artists like Dj Sneak, Chris Carrier, Sidney Charles, Phil Weeks, Flashmob and many more, with releases on very respectable labels in the world like Apollonia, Avotre, Robsoul and many more.
His G shit' is the perfect example of the art of sampling.
Here the voice sample is grooving in the full length of the track and, sometimes, few piano chords appear.


B2. Timmy P - Foulsoul

Timmy Perry aka Timmy P is an english producer who has released very interesting music on labels like Local Talk, Witty tunes and many more.
His track in the B side called Foulsoul' has a lot of 80's influences in a lot of elements like bass, pads, chords and the whole groove.
This one completes the record in the best way!

Terminal M goes from strength to strength with labelowner Monika Kruse being busy in discovering great new releases and talents every few weeks. After roadtesting these 5 tunes from Darlyn Vlys (Area Remote, Rawthentic, Kling Klong) and Ramiro Lopez (Cecille/Suara) it was a must for her to give them a go on Terminal M. The infectious grooves and dark vibes of this franco-spanish cooperatioon are just made for her dj-sets. And definitely yours as well.

EdOne & Bodden's first appearance in OFFSPIN was stellar, their track DO IT seemed to be stuck to the top selling charts reaching number 1 remaining there for months. From then on they became one of the most seeked after production teams around getting signed in huge form by labels like Defected or Suara. Well, we don't like to wait for things to cool down here so while their first hit is still making the rounds on the best dancefloors around, we asked the spanish duo to deliver their first EP on the label and they quickly got excited with the idea and sent us three amazing tracks showing all their bass-driven magic.

"All You Find" explores their soon-to-be trademark sound of garage induced bassline over jacking beats topped with the right dose of strings, synths and vocal stabs, everything wrapped in a whirlwind of emotional club frenzy. 
"Come To Me" takes a darker approach while still relying on a groovy house beat using wobble synth bass and more delicious vocal and string work, a more laidback groover still for those intense moments of the night.

'Keep On Moving' is that tune which close the package with style.

This duo proves once again that they will most likely stay warm for a very long time!

BTE is running a vinyl label with Haiku for its first release. Original tracks represent two different concepts of techno minded for big sound systems, with small synthology or sequencing variations in order to get full or empty spaces and rhythms.
In the EP is included a Donor Remix, a perfect example of develop of dramaturgy and high graded writing and production fits 100% with BTE's view.

The catalogue number ten comes from none other than Matteo Luis. While the original 'We found Love', with Shiahs' georgous voice and its techy beats, is more of a driven Club Anthem, the Forrest remix concentrates more on playfull elements and also shines with vocals added by Forrest himself.

The release is completed by two more remixes by Talul and The Rambla Boys, which both made tracks that are sure to hit the clubs with their own, unique style.Rounded up by a very Tech-Housy Beatport-Bonus track, this release is a worthy jubilee.

DerKoch's Circle is a playful electro minimal track with it's own kind of sound and groove, short breaks, wild style, bouncing all over the dance floor.

Toktok created a very straight forward remix with their typical sound: Bold basses, pulsating sound elements, it is just the Toktok sound as we know it and love to hear.

A track like the heat dancing on the horizon in the heart of Africa. "Puttin 'OnThe Green Hat" draws
its energy from the deepest suspense of earthy bass drums, playing and twirling effortless tech-house
rhythm. Hypnotic spoken-word from Mantombe Matotiyani (Amampondo) leads with a headstrong,
bewildering vocal, like the singing of a shaman through a deep trance. Pure life energy conducted
through every single tone and united like a magical formula of music and dance; the five elements
together:
"Through vibration of sound (air)
the body 's dancin' arround (fire)
the feet start to move,
the ground rumbles to the groove (earth),
the sweat flows like a river (water)
brings enlightenment to its giver (spirit)"
"Puttin' on the Green Hat" stands for something much more than mere clothing
accessories. The green hat is a part of a creative technique from Edward de Bono,
known as the "Thinking Hat" or also "6 Thinking Hats". Every hat has a different
color and has a different meaning:
The red hat: emotional thinking
The black hat: critical thinking
The yellow hat: optimistic thinking
The white hat: analytical thinking
The blue hat: ordered, moderated thinking
The green hat: creative thinking
The aim is the solution of a task from every point of view and thereby reaching the best possible
result. The green hat as a symbol of creativity and ideas is mirrored in the remix-concept. For the
first three, the venerable master of electronic dance music has consciously brought together artists
with different styles and influences.
The beginning is brought to you by his Italian associate Nihil Young who has released a number of
EP's and albums on his label Frequenza Records among which are "Rave - O - Lution" with Alex
D'elia. In late summer the release of Thomas Lizzara's (Ostfunk Rec. Berlin) version along with Ingo
Boss (Cocoon Recordings). Added to that there is in September the POTGH remix contest, whereby
2 further versions will complete the 6-piece collection. The selected mixes will serve as a starter
release on Dr. Motte's label PRAXXIZ, as well as perform at the next label event.
