Old school house music at its best!

This EP gets off to a perfect start with "Keep It All Inside", a straight track with dirty kicks and snares meeting rough chords and melodies. Uhhh!

"Luv The Way" cannot be surpassed in its purity and its efficient minimalism. This track should be played at high volume!

The B-side gets us a little deeper with two versions of "Join The Jam" and rewards us with everything that enchanted us in the 90s: smashin' grooves, deep chords and soulful vocal samples become an incomparable musical and equally danceable highlight. Hypnotizing!

This EP represents the first in a series of releases will start a conceptual work developed in several years from the artist. Recorded entirely with modular synthesizers, tape sampling and analogue gears; he wants to keep a ‘handcrafted’ approach both in music and the artwork (painted by the artist with acrylic colours).

Giordano is back on Decision Making Theory, developing further his multilayered abstract techno, hard yet atmospheric. He is paying particular attention to details, making sure all the frequency spectrum is covered in his sound design. A very dense and intense release at the same time.

After his collaborations with Joel Mull, Ben Sims and Mark Broom, it is M.R.E.U.X with his fresh-of-the-day Remix, which will take you inside the mind with psychedelic and cutting edge.
The last remix is by Manuel Di Martino with a Remix of quality and unmistakable positive energy.

Andrés almost doesn’t need an introduction. But we’re gonna give him one anyway. Mentioned in the same reverential tones as such illustrious names as Hanna (aka Warren Harris), Marcellus Pittman, Rick Wilhite, Theo Parrish and, of course, Kenny Dixon Jr. (aka Moodymann), all collaborators, colleagues and compadres over many years, the long-serving Detroit producer has rocked up on the likes of Mahogani Music, Moods & Grooves, NDATL Muzik and his own imprint La Vida. Many more besides too when you take into account his hip-hop alter ego DJ Dez. Which is why we are super-stoked that he has joined the Hizou family with his house head on for the super-limited EP, All U Gotta Do Is Listen, a master class in downtempo, sun-kissed soulful beats, both the timeless eponymous title track and the funked-up flipside Night Time Is The Right Time.

Ritmo London celebrate their debut release ‘Facemelter VA’. The VA in its entirety keeps the fire lit and the face melting.


Bassam & ILyes, Pohl & Abdulla, Bok.P and Velvet Velour bring you some bouncy vibes throughout. From edgy acid leads to the light xylophone synths, this release is guaranteed to deliver on the dancefloor.

The third vinyl, BHMWAX003, includes Four House Bangers from the one and only Max Telaer. After huge contributions to the first two records of the label, he is back with a full vinyl of his own.

The vinyl starts with “Imperfections”, heavy kicks, vocal chops, a deep baseline and beauty of a piano riff that brings that ultimate House vibe. This track is for the dance floors.

Followed by “About The Universe”, an absolute favourite! Heavy but clean deep drums with a groovy bassline produced on the groovebox-909. The keys represent a melancholic groove that goes perfectly with the vocals.

The B side kicks off with the old-school groovebox-505 sound. “You’re Something Else” is a raw classic Max Telaer production with a heavy attack bassline. Topped off with a smooth synth, vocal loops and classic piano keys.

The last but not least track of the vinyl is called: “All I Want To Do”. Another raw House music production that closes off this beautiful record.

PROGNOSE Records launch their brand new label with a superb various artists EP featuring a wealth of talents in Mateo Dufour & Mbius, Jesse Jacob, Niksu and Rupert Ellis.

Mateo Dufour & Mbius open up with DeLorean, a slick and punchy minimal house cut. It has real funk in the drums, rubbery bass and plenty of layers of sci-fi design. Jesse Jacob's Who Is U is another brilliantly cosmic house cut that operates between the stars, with silky bass and neon chords making for a quick and compelling groove. Niksu's Climber has a celebratory feel with its upbeat drum lines and smeared pads all making you feel good. Rupert Ellis closes down with Strangeways, a kinetic cut with tightly woven psychedelic rhythms and silvery synths.

These are classy and cosmic cuts of future electronic goodness from this exciting new label.

This record was created to pay tribute to our beloved friend Dennis Calmer who sadly left this world very soon. Including one of his last songs plus some remixes from his favorite producers like Arno & Audio Werner, Ferro and Zendid. All your friends together want to show you through music how much they love you and how much they miss you. No matter what happens, the music will always keep you here with us.

The boys are back with this split Capeesh ? EP. Beginning with some breaks beats from the UK veteran FCE, the energy rises towards tech trance and progressive house titles to finish with a happy house track from our dear friend Antoine Sy.

PIV050 puts newcomers Retrouve in the limelight with a fiery debut EP on both vinyl and digital. The Hungarian duo are the definition of raw talent found within the label's own territory. "Doubt" sets the tone with a solid multiple layered groove, while "Parnell Street" has a joyful variety of bright funky uptempo instruments. On the flipside "Dr. Soul" takes it back deeply with a range of dynamic vocal chops and chords, before "Found" closes the package on a high note for peaktime selection.

Firing on all cylinders in 2022 is Italian house pushing label, Black Box Records. Marking the fifth release on the label is a four track vinyl VA that packs a punch. Behind the controls for the EP they have called on a healthy selection of artists including Land 9, Shacklo, DJ GLC and label founder, Vito Fattore. Dynamic dance floor heat from four budding artists.



Launching you into the release is Land 9 who provides an infectious number with a killer depth and groove at the heart of the track. “4MAI” twists and turns blissfully, utilising a killer vocal sample which instantly lifts the mood of the listener. Shacklo’s “Another Liability” is a crisp and punchy encounter with a certain spring in its step, tight and rolling from the get go, ready for the peak times. Dreamy pads doing the business here.



On the flip side is DJ GLC’s “Euro Dream”, a huge sound here from the talented Italian, four to the floor elasticated grooves throughout, nodding to the title of the track. Smooth synths manoeuvre their way around the driven structure of the track. Shutting things down is label founder Vito Fattore with his “Since “87” bomb, rough and ready, cruising on a wobbling bass line before being met with housey chords, igniting the flame of the track.



Black Box Records proved once more they are enforcers of classy house cuts that are ripe and ready for the dance floor, with plenty more in the pipeline for this year.

Matasism and his friend Time Traveler are back with 4 killer tracks with an old-school touch by the famous Pioneer of electronic music Olivier Abbeloos aka T99, which release two raves tracks with a sour feeling.
