Hip-Hop Vinyl New Releases - News

Flee Lord brings you his Lord Talk Trilogy album on limited edition vinyl. Originally released in 2020, this album is the third installment of his Loyalty or Death / Lord Talk series. The 10-track project is fully produced by godBLESSbeatz and also features guest appearances from Ransom, Eto and T.F. In 2020, Flee Lord pledged to release a full length album for every month of the year. Not one to let his fans down, Flee kept his promise and released 12 high quality projects in 2020, culminating with the release of the acclaimed In The Name of Prodigy album. An ode to the legacy of the late Prodigy, Flee Lord tapped in with Havoc (of Mobb Deep) to handle all of the production. Looking to keep up his momentum, Flee has since teamed up with Roc Marciano to drop their collaborative Delgado album to rave reviews in 2021. In 2022, Flee followed up with the release of Pray for the Evil 3 and his latest effort, Ladies & Gentlemen. Lord Lord!

Hand Me My Flowers brings together one of underground hip-hop’s most relentless voices with one of the genre’s most revered producers. The result is a hard-hitting collaboration that bridges generations, uniting Flee Lord’s raw street narratives with Buckwild’s unmistakable golden-era production pedigree.

A cornerstone of the legendary Diggin’ In The Crates (D.I.T.C.) collective, Buckwild has spent decades shaping the sound of East Coast hip-hop, crafting classics for artists such as The Notorious B.I.G., O.C., Big L, Fat Joe, Nas, and countless others. On this project, he delivers a masterclass in gritty, soulful production—dusty samples, hard drums, and cinematic arrangements that provide the perfect backdrop for Flee Lord’s uncompromising lyricism.

Throughout the album, Flee Lord sounds right at home over Buckwild’s expertly crafted soundscapes, weaving vivid tales of survival, loyalty, sacrifice, and perseverance. His commanding delivery and relentless work ethic are matched by production that honors hip-hop’s foundations while remaining timeless and relevant.

More than a producer-and-emcee collaboration, this album represents a meeting of eras. Buckwild’s decades of experience and crate-digging mastery merge seamlessly with Flee Lord’s modern underground sensibilities, creating a project that feels both classic and contemporary. Every track reflects a shared commitment to authenticity, lyricism, and the enduring spirit of New York hip-hop.

For longtime fans of boom-bap and newcomers drawn to today’s thriving underground scene, this collaboration stands as a powerful reminder that real hip-hop never goes out of style.

RocAmeriKKKa 3 marks the third and most refined chapter in the ongoing alliance between Flee Lord and ETO—two architects of modern East Coast street rap whose chemistry is rooted in precision, pain, and unfiltered realism.

Building on the foundation laid by the previous installments, RocAmeriKKKa 3 sharpens the series’ core aesthetic: cinematic production, stark lyricism, and an uncompromising portrayal of survival and ambition. Flee Lord’s militant cadence and razor-edged delivery collide seamlessly with ETO’s calculated, introspective bars, creating a dynamic that feels both confrontational and methodical. The result is a body of work that operates like a street manifesto—cold, deliberate, and unapologetic.

The album is elevated by a heavyweight supporting cast. Conway The Machine brings his signature steel-plated intensity, reinforcing the project’s Griselda-adjacent grit. NEMS injects raw, high-energy aggression, while Vel Nine adds sharp lyricism and perspective that cut clean through the production. Starz Coleman and Mummz contribute distinct textures, expanding the sonic palette without compromising the project’s hard-edged identity.

Sonically, RocAmeriKKKa 3 leans into brooding loops, stripped-down drums, and ominous sample work—production that leaves space for bars to breathe while maintaining a sense of tension throughout. There are no gimmicks here—just calculated storytelling, street philosophy, and the kind of lived-in authenticity that defines both artists’ catalogs.

As the third installment, this project doesn’t merely continue the series—it solidifies it. RocAmeriKKKa 3 stands as a testament to consistency, evolution, and the discipline of two emcees who understand that longevity in this lane is built on substance, not spectacle.

The wait is over! Delgado, the ten-track collaboration album by Flee Lord & Roc Marciano is now available on vinyl with bonus tracks from the delxue digital version! Originally released in August of 2021, Delgado was produced entirely by Roc Marciano, with the veteran artist / producer providing a blend of versatile beats for the Lord Mobb General to spit his patented street raps over. With features from long time collaborators such as Conway the Machine, Ransom, Stove God Cooks and DJ Boogieman, Delgado received both commercial and critical acclaim and now this fan favorite is available on wax! HotNewHipHop had this to say about the album: “On this one, Flee is in absolute beast mode, bodying each instrumental that Marci serves up with fire and fury. At this point, it’s going to be hard to deny Flee a spot at the best current lyricist table, especially after he delivers inspired performances on ‘This What Ya Want?’ and the minimalist ‘First Kill’.”

Nachpressung!

Das selbstbetitelte Album von For The Fallen Dreams

"In 2005, Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda released The Rising Tied, the platinum debut album from his hip-hop side project, Fort Minor. The record showcases his collaborations with artists like Common and John Legend and includes the quadruple-platinum single “Remember The Name” that Shinoda recorded with Styles of Beyond. The album also includes “Where’d You Go” (featuring Holly Brook, and Jonah Matranga), the album’s highest-charting single, which peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

On December 15th, Warner Records will reissue The Rising Tied as a limited-edition Apple Red Double LP that includes four bonus tracks that will be on vinyl for the first time. “Be Somebody,” “There They Go,” and “The Hard Way” first appeared in 2005 on CD and Digital Deluxe Editions of the original release. The fourth bonus track, “Welcome,” was originally released in 2015 as a standalone single."

"ME STATIONS THAT SWING WITH SOULFUL THINGS"
Introducing "W.EN.D Radio," the latest musical masterpiece from the dynamic duo Frank N Dank.Drawing inspiration from their earlier collaboration with the legendary I Dilla on the fictional radio show of the same name, this album is a nostalgic journey for longtime FND enthusiasts.Crafted entirely by the skillful Japanese beatsmith, Mitsu The Beats, the album boasts a stellar lineup of collaborators, including Dj Rhettmatic of the renowned Beatjunkies, soulful British vocalist Harleigh Blu, versatile MC/Singer illa J (J Dilla's brother), and Gram-my-nominated producer/musician King Michael Coy (known for his work with Anderson Paak, H.E.R), among others."W.EN.D Radio" stands as a contemporary homage to the infectious boom bap sound of hip-hop's golden era. Each track is a fusion of rhythmic beats and meaningful narratives, delivering a sonic experience that traverses the spectrum of emotions within a captivating and head-nodding package. This album is poised to captivate J dilla fans with its blend of nostalgia, innovation, and the undeniable skill of its collaborators.

Fred The Godson gave listeners a couple drums in 2019 on his collab album with Joell Ortiz, Gorilla Glue. The effort was well-received by fans and critics alike. Be that as it may, Gordo plans to kick off 2020 with more fire. He's linked up with 38 Spesh and his TCF Music Group to release God Level. The album includes features from 38 Spesh, Benny

The Butcher, Jim Jones, Axel Leon, and more. However, the lead single is a solo aural assault dedicated to getback titled Retaliation. This litany of intricate punchlines over a hard Hesami beat is the perfect intro to God Level. For those not in the know, Fred The Godson is a relatively underground emcee born and raised in South Bronx, New York City. Throughout his burgeoning career, he's released a slew of projects and collaborated with the likes of Lil Kim, Raekwon, Maino, Fatman Scoop, Pusha T, Remo The Hitmaker, Oun-P, Murder Mook, Loaded Lux, Charlie Clips, Chubby Jag, Dade County Mustafa and many more

Hip-Hop lost one of its most talented wordsmiths when Fred The Godson passed away due to complications with COVID-19 last year. However, his family has continued his legacy by launching the nonprofit Fred The Godson Foundation, as well as releasing some of his most sought-after music on vinyl and CD. Ascension is the first posthumous release with all new material from the South Bronx emcee. The tracks were handpicked by Fred's brother Russ and they are a prime example of the creative high he was on just before his passing. The collection of songs includes production from The Heatmakerz and guest spots from G Mims, Guap Sinatra, M City, Reef Hustle, Bandz Dinero and more. This album is a celebration of Fred's life and so, fittingly, the LP dropped digitally on his birthday, February 22. On the same day, New York City officials unveiled a new street name in the South Bronx honoring the respected lyricist: Fredrick "Fred The Godson" Thomas Way. A lot of artists make street music, but only a handful have ever received a tribute with street signs

Pinata - 10 Year Anniversary Edition Is Presented In A Green In Clear with Black & White Splatter Pressing Housed In An Variant Cover With A Collectable 24” x 24” Poster.

It’s hard to believe it’s been ten years since Freddie Gibbs was at a low point in his career, in between labels and surfing couches, and Madlib was a skinny, stoned and sampling beatmaker trying to forge his way with his own Madlib Invazion imprint as he divested from the label his music built, Stones Throw. “Pinata,” their sprawling collaboration, changed the courses of these two musical mavericks. Now, on the 10th year anniversary of its launch, Jeff Jank returns to his iconic cover with a faux-Zebra hide cover and Madlib Invazion presents the single LP, half speed lacquered version of this hip hop classic.

Originally released in 2012, Lord Giveth, Lord Taketh Away captures a defining early chapter in Freddie Gibbs’ rise, pairing his unfiltered street narratives with Statik Selektah’s raw, boom-bap-driven production. Stripped of excess and heavy on realism, the project reflects an era where Gibbs’ sharp lyricism and moral tension took center stage.

The original seven-track lineup features a strong cast of underground heavyweights including Slaine, Daz Dillinger, Reks, PUSH! Montana, Termanology, Fred The Godson, Trae Tha Truth, Smoke DZA, and Chace Infinite—anchoring the album firmly in the early 2010s hip-hop underground.

This limited edition vinyl reissue expands the original release with three bonus tracks: “Carry On” featuring Joey Bada$$, “Serve Or Get Served” (available on vinyl for the first time ever), and “Crushin’ Feelings.” Featuring brand new artwork by Alejandro Torrecilla and mastered for vinyl by Davide "Bassi Maestro" Bassi, this edition stands as an essential archival release for fans of Freddie Gibbs, Statik Selektah, and uncompromising hip-hop.

Innercity Griots is an album with a legendary status among fans of hidden Hip Hop gems of the 90's.

At the heart of Innercity Griots is the unique sound and style of Freestyle Fellowship. This group of four talented MCs (Aceyalone, Myka 9, Self Jupiter, and P.E.A.C.E) and their producer, J-Sumbi, created a sound that was both experimental and deeply rooted in the traditions of hip-hop.

The sound of the group is recognizable with a unique jazz-infused style. What really sets the group apart from other jazz-influenced Hip Hop from that era is their incredible lyricism. The raps are packed with dense wordplay, complex metaphors, and social commentary. This all together makes it a rich and rewarding listen.

Perhaps needed now more than ever, Freestylers are stepping up to the
plate with brand new sounds that destroy genre boundaries and offer a
strobing light at the end of the tunnel.
‘Other Worlds’ delves into a mishmash of drum and bass, hip-hop,
electronica, dub, breakbeat and everything in between. It also showcases
incredible talent from across the globe, including Plump DJs, Blapps Posse,
Laura Steel, Scarlett Quinn, MC Spyda, Tenor Fly, Hyperactive MC, Mad Doctor
X and K-OSS.
The album features the lockdown anthem ‘Happiness’. Initially created for
big-room, festival-worthy summer touring, this early-rave inspired anthemic
track will still have you dancing round your living room with it’s no nonsense
breakbeat style
FREESTYLERS
OTHER WORLDS

Well over a decade since their last collaborative LP, Philadelphia legend Freeway has once again teamed up with Seattle superproducer Jake One for their second full-length collaboration: “Stimulus Package 2”. Having been a key part of countless hit albums over the past 20 years, Jake One crafts timeless and versatile soundscapes that connect with both underground and mainstream hip hop audiences, and few sound more at home over his beats than Freeway. All-star guest appearances on the album include Black Thought, Jadakiss, Conway the Machine, Sauce Walks, Peedi Crack, Scholito, and Symba.

Freeze Corleone, founding member of the famous 667 crew comes back with a second album called ADC (L'Attaque des Clones).

This album is on top of the charts in France since its digital release on mid September with 6.7 Millions streams in the first 22 hours and the first 13 places on the french Spotify charts making him one of the biggest names in contemporary French rap.

French Montana and Harry Fraud reunited to drop one of 2022’s best rap albums. Now they are kicking off 2023 with the release of a vinyl drop of their critically acclaimed Billboard charting album. Peaking at #46 on the Billboard 200 US Chart, Montega delivers what Rolling Stone calls a “delectable array of nouveau boom-bap samples and introspective rhymes that don’t make any obvious concessions to the mainstream.” Entirely produced by Harry Fraud with features from Babyface Ray, Benny The Butcher, Chinx, Est Gee, Fleurie, Jadakiss, Quavo & Rick Ross.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF MALIK B (NOVEMBER 14TH, 1972 – JULY 29TH, 2020)
Frozen Mugs started out back in 2020 as a soon-to-be classic hip-hop collaboration between "Maylay Sparks", Swedish producer “K Sluggah” and “Clever 1” (one half of “Da Buze Bruvaz”). You will experience an uncanny chemistry between these 2 high caliber emcees who are providing you with the traditional sharp, tenacious, aggressive & grimey wordplay over K Sluggah's cinematic, soulful, and psychedelic beats giving the listeners a vivid picture of what goes on in these dangerous times. The hard delivery and complex word patterns are descriptive gestures of loose women, action in the streets, cocktails & cold beer guzzling. Sonically this album is honed to be a masterpiece, with owner of the newly formed label “Blacbird Recs”, and revered studio engineer Joe “The Butcher” Nicolo (Ruffhouse Recs. CEO) behind the mixing board. This is hip-hop with an attitude, authentic, and with no compromises!
In the midst of recording this project, we experienced a severe tragedy as we lost the incomparable Malik B formerly from the Roots. The last days before his passing he recorded the verses for the album and he was supposed to record a few more as there were talks of him becoming a full fledged "Frozen Mugs" member. Sadly the talks of doing an album with Malik B on HHE never came to fruition. This project is dedicated to one of the most legendary emcees Philly ever bred and he will always be remembered as a lyrical giant. R.I.P.
All versions come with hype stickers and an insert that will include a bio on Frozen Mugs and a dedication to Malik B on the reverse side.
