I am proud that I have such partners by my side in this circle as my musically well-known friend, Gnork, and the young titans oneeyedman and Peter Koren - I think we will hear more about them in the future!

Eardmann is a true trailblazer—a traveler in search of ever-new paths, both metaphorically and literally. On his field studies between Jeju Island and Lake Titisee, he accidentally landed his first release on the New Work and Corporate Well-Being label Way to France.

Musik Krause, the label with that special funk and the wide view releases the fourth album in their 10-year history. The circle is complete. In 2002 they started with Metaboman. Now there is the album. As a part of the record-spinning Krause Duo he's known a number of escapades having to do with the 'bash' or rather party culture. Inventively they go about things on a winding path. The have a developed a completely singular metaphoric like a Krauzy schroud and trashno effect. Even if on this long player there is a good deal of gravitation and disengaged handbrake, the beloved notorious krause-vibe swings in every beat, as Metaboman forges the iron. He wants to go further and let himself be taken away, and above all with the musicians he has won over with his live-project to massage the masses from the stage. Krause Duo remains. The album comes in this regard as a gesture providing the direction. Solo here is the conductor, the arranger and the composer in one. Various artists is the keyword, good ol' Metaboman. On all ten songs our friendly neighborhood sonic meister sets the notes and vibes between the skillful, grooving rhythms. In this way there is a bonafied club album in the room that understands rhythm-feeling. Music that in the club context brings an attribute that stands far above the plain acoustic shock and scream. Party But of course, yet still both feet in the game with not a little insubordination, depth, plumes of smoke and indulgence. Metaboman has always had his own vision, which plays out and mirrors his own authentic uniqueness. He doesn't find sounds. He finds shapes and forms and that is the progressive aspect, not the new sounds but rather the new forms. He 's not merely about the subteranean bassdrum, but rather telling his own story. He gives his pieces space and depth. The music itself is positioned somewhere within a sonic cosmos. The listener can functionally hear the record in a club. A freak and his freaks invite you and in your heart you know long before it is apparent that you belong. You can clearly hear that this dude and his folks want me to be there! Brownswood Recordings are proud to present a brand new 12” series showcasing new remixes and old reworkings from the label’s rich back catalogue. Brownswood’s roots are nestled deep in the dancefloor; extended versions, edits, remixes and 12 inches, cut loud for extra bass-weight for club subwoofers, have always been part of the label’s repertoire. The Remix Editions is a new platform to showcase some of these tracks on wax for the first time, shining a light on exciting contemporary producers as well some of the forgotten club weapons from years gone by. Each drop will be on 45 & will be limited to 500 units - so grab them before they’re gone.
The first instalment in the series features two reworkings of South African pianist Bokani Dyer’s Ke Nako (feat. Sereetsi & The Natives).
Side 1 features Kid Fonque’s hypnotic and stretched-out house refix of Dyer’s scintillating funk track. He stretches Ke Nako into a 10-minute epic cosmic dance floor journey that perfectly manages to trace a line between the South African electronic sounds dominating the globe and the nation’s Jazz underground, bubbling below the surface.

Full of bounce and experimentation in equal measure, ‘Triple Transit,’ Braille’s new album for Hotflush is about leaving his Sepalcure project (with Machinedrum) in the rear mirror, moving back to New York and using its energy to fuel new moves, confronting our hyper layered world and overcoming personal difficulties by being creative.
Focused squarely on utilising modular synthesis in sprawling studio sessions, the album covers a wide stylistic range and draws on the artist’s formidable battery of experience to craft a body of work that packs real emotional punch as well as a dancefloor sensibility.

Moving on from Sepalcure
“That period of time when Sepalcure was at its peak was really inspiring. I’m still really in awe and humbled by the fans. It’s always amazing to hear about how music you’ve made has brightened up other people’s lives in some way, but ‘Triple Transit’ is really about transitioning from that period to something new. I’m intentionally not using many vocal samples on this album. That became quite a crutch for Sepalcure and I wanted to try and find ways to evoke those emotions and connect with the audience in other ways.”
The roots of his Bounce
‘Sour Patch Kiss’ and ‘While We’re Free’ are inspired by classic house and some early Detroit stuff. Songs like ‘Big Fun’ (Inner City), ‘I Wanna Be there’ (Model 500) and slowed down ‘Sex on The Beach’ (DJ Assault) have stuck with me since the beginning. I used to listen to this slowed down and doubled version of ‘Sex on The Beach’ on an early Juan Atkins mix cd on REPEAT when I was in high school.
Getting ambient
Triple Transit slows down and transitions through a bit of sadness and eventually acceptance at the end of the album. A lot of the music I’m making these days is trying to recreate that manic feeling so many of us have in 2024. Between social media, ridiculous hustle culture expectations and depressing global and national political events, it’s hard to not feel overwhelmed. I feel like Triple Transit is kind of a parabolic curve from mania to joy to a sober realization that yeah, actually the world is just fucked but somehow we carry on.

A firm believer that the long hours of studio work keep a musician grounded, Butane boasts an impressive discography, released by some of the most highly regarded labels in the business, such as Crosstown Rebels, Sci+Tec, Hottrax, Fuse Records, Lauter and Get Physical. As a label owner, he's the founder of three influential underground dance music imprints of his own, Alphahouse, Little Helpers and Extrasketch.
Riko Forinson is an Italian artist passionate about the sound of drums and piano which he studied intensively from an early age. After a while of exploring the acoustic dimensions of music, he immersed himself in the world of digital electronica, performing as a DJ at various events and releasing with labels like Orpheus Recordings, Lucidflow, Dushe Label and Bar 25 Music. Nowadays he's an author, composer and producer who loves to play with various techniques while integrating jazz, reggae or classical aspects into his compositions or sets.
In charge of the reinterpretation of the title track, Ibiza-based Nima Gorji is well-known on the international scene, with a career that spans more than three decades. In 1999 he founded Welt Recordings followed by NG Trax and Need For Sound, relentlessly following his passion for electronic music by releasing numerous personal works as well as promoting other artists. His rich discography includes materials published through labels like Sci+Tec, Deeperfect, Fuse London, Bondage Music, Out Of Orbit, Love Letters From Oslo, Indigo Raw, Out Of Orbit, Cocoon, Murmur, Natural Rhythm, Bla Bla Records, ÉTÉ,
The third vinyl release from CUE Music invites Jiggy (IT) to deliver three fresh tracks in the form of “Delinquentes EP” alongside Reboot on remix duties. Jiggy (IT) started mixing in 2008, exploring various genres and slowly creating his own style. Trushmix the now well known underground mix series created by DJ Fett Burger and L.A.2000, and still going strong since 2011, providing underground talent and spreading vibes in a vibrant small community of music lovers. After 13 years of Trushmix, it is about
time to make a record to celebrate this! The initially plan was to make it as a 10 year anniversary release. Now it's 13 years, even better! So Trushwax is born!
A three track 12 " with underground house and techno tracks, recorded and produced by DJ Fett Burger and L.A.2000 between 2010-2021. Three simple, rough and emotional underground cuts in the vein of Trushmix!
"Trush Your Body" The opening track and the newest production of the three. A melodic house track, with the classic 909-groove and some acid! Driving and dreamy at the same time, and also with a melancholy twist. A place where simplicity and emotions meet!
The second track "Hello Awreibody" underground club track based on a live recording from 2010, with a distinct driving bass line, 808 beats and a big deep melody that gives the tack a massive feel! Rough underground club and basement style!
"Quack" the last track on the record, also based on a live recording from 2010, a rough live sounding recorded track with a groovy classic 707 workout, a soft bass line and a strong touch of melodic elements to keep the track deep, mysterious and driving.
