YARN Records welcomes veteran Anton Kubikov for the imprint's eighth release. The "Attic Eccentric EP" features two deeply musical, exquisitely detailed arrangements by Kubikov drenched in emotion and, on the flip side, a 13-minute monster remix by Sleep is Commercial luminaries Andrea Ferlin.
'Last Days' (A1) is a lustrous, sophisticated, deep ride through dubby cinematic spaces where abstract sounds, grainy voices, melancholy, and rhythm coexist in harmony. 'C'est Anna' (A2) continues the cinematic exploration further, expanding the soundscapes through mysterious melodies, grainy atmospheres, and elastic piano echos topped with slightly acid bass stabs, resulting in an elegant, murky dub groover for those looking into music with sonic depth. On the flip side, Andrea Ferlin remixes 'Last Days' (B1), twisting and mutating it into a rolling techno groover of pure dancefloor shamanism. With razor-sharp drum programming, stomping acidic bass, heaps of atmosphere and a barrage of micro-detail, Andrea's rendition of Kubikov's 'Last Days' ends the EP in style.

Bursting out of the speakers like an 80s summer blockbuster, the Original Mix crashes UK Garage vibes into raw techno energy, channeling the spirit of Armand Van Helden, Josh Wink, and Daft Punk into one unstoppable acid-laden groove. The Electro Mix rewires the track with neon circuitry and robotic funk that'll make even Gizmo get down, while the Dub Tech Mix dives deep into hypnotic Detroit-style classic machine soul. Undisputed legend of the dubstep scene Commodo collaborates with Jazz aficionado Alfa Mist on Deep Harbour. “I’ve admired Alfa Mist’s work for some time and I had a couple of avenues I wanted to explore using keyboards. One being a darker, dissonant take on a jazz flavoured half-step. The release also features two mixes by Anz. "Anz is a real producer’s producer with a broad range and felt like the perfect remixer.” Commodo has seen support from DJ Mag, Crack, Clash, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6, NTS and played likes of Boiler Room Festival, Outlook Festival Boomtown Festival, Keep Hush and more.

"It Can Be About A Drug" on side A is a wild ride, not only with a perfect blend of bass and treble but also with a warm variety in glitch, percussion, and drums. The good balance of the texture gives a very pleasant lead in Denis's vocals.
"Or It Can Be About A Woman" on side B delivers a deeper tone that remains very dynamic and groovy. Lows are clear and chords are free float which guides us in a real dream-like atmosphere. A light touch of madness concludes this incredible musical journey.
Thanks to Denis Kaznacheev’s talent, this release embellishes Minimal in general with rich and dynamic tenderness and it suits perfectly well to dance-floors, without losing its extraordinary musical sensitivity.

Little is known about Em Vee, the elusive German editor and producer whose dusty vinyl crates have unearthed some of the most coveted disco and boogie reworks of the last decade. Born somewhere between the fading echoes of Berlin’s underground clubs and the hidden record shops of Hamburg, Em Vee’s story is as much about myth as it is about music.

Guti returns to Crosstown Rebels with improvisational new EP, ‘You Know Ya Miss Me’.An exploration of instinct, groove, and the new Latin sound, the Argentinian live maestro returns to Damian Lazarus’ imprint on 13th March 2026.
A new wave of Latin-infused groove arrives on Crosstown Rebels, and South American favourite Guti is at the helm. Returning to Damian Lazarus’ imprint with a release that captures his music in its most immediate and expressive form, his four-track ‘You Know Ya Miss Me’ EP marks his first material on the label since 2020, reigniting a relationship that stretches back over 15 years. For the Argentinian artist, the studio has always been a living room, a jam space, a place where ideas can breathe, collide, and evolve naturally. Throughout his career, Guti has blended groove-driven house and Latin percussion into a signature sonic language in which spontaneity guides the process. The result here is a new release that feels as alive as it does intentional, designed for ears, hearts, and dancefloors alike.
Title track ‘You Know Ya Miss Me’ opens with warm rhythmic layers and subtle instrumental interplay, a space where melody and movement coexist freely. ‘What You Give’ follows, pulsing with the organic energy of jam-session dynamics, each percussive gesture and melodic line alive with intention. On the flip, ‘The Truth’ unfurls a rich tapestry of percussion, soulful vocals, and improvisational motifs, while ‘La Nueva Onda Latina’ closes the EP as a vivid statement; an embodiment of the “new Latin sound” at the heart of Guti’s ethos, where instruments, electronics, and collaborative energy meet on equal footing. Who would expect that a new Krautrock release on Macadam Mambo would come from a Japanese band called Heavenphetamine?! The duo/couple have been touring all over Europe in the past two years, and started to build a serious fan base, as every performance they deliver is leaving an imperishable memory. This is on a date in Belgrade at Karmakoma that they met with Sacha. They had this album recorded and auto-release on tape but not on vinyl, and it came completely naturally to decide to release it as a LP on Macadam Mambo. The tracks on the album are new versions a bit different from the tape, let’s say a bit more mature and minimal than from the first ones recorded and give the feeling of listening to a masterpiece in the genre. It can be dark and profound but also enough light to bring back this little sun that has trouble to shine in the winter. This album has been highly influenced by their experience with the war in Ukraine, and the friendship they made there, where it has been recorded, and it express this mix of emotions due to the feeling of exasperation and the hope to see someday this conflict come to an end and the relief of the peace…

Episode six of the Afterhours. saga is here. Veteran sound crafter Jay Tripwire joins forces with Real Gang's Danny Miller for a three-cut EP delving deep into highly textured, exquisitely detailed minimal arrangements.
The appropriately named "Greasy Grooves" juxtaposes three groove-centred compositions of different tonal energy yet similarly high levels of sophistication. A-Side's 'Cut001' carries a definitive after-hours vibe: evolving atmospheres, stomping rhythmic arrangements, airy melodic pads and growling textures — basically all the right ingredients for the post-sunrise periods of resilient raving. B-Side's 'Cut002' is the most cinematic, even enigmatic, offering here. But regardless of its eerie character, its focus is still very much on drum arrangement and incessant locomotive swing. 'Cut003' closes the EP with prime-time vibes, cow-belling through a slightly acidic, powerfully dubby techno groove.
