On A-Side there is a collab between Wyro and Komey, where you can immerse yourself in the rhythm of minimal house with glitchy percussions enlisting the support of a British artist Rowlanz. On B-Side you can hear some house stabs with dancy bass-line from the track by Anas M and some melodic grooves with a track by Etzu Mahkayah.

Honne music vinyl strikes again with a new solid and diverse various artists compilation. A1 goes by our chicago friends Ciphr (Max Jacobson and Christian Thomas) with some jazzy grooves and a hypnotic saxophone melody that can blow your head off, A2 in charge of the san diego gem producer John Manhard, soft house masterpiece, his way of processing sounds is something that still has us shocked, the sound in this track will make you realize the great work he dedicates in post production, B1 is a full electro vibe with some sick arpeggios layers over the track, great tune as always by the italian prodigy Riciar Ghir, perfect for starting the dancefloor move.
On the B2 as always we have someone from the honne music family and we can not be more than happy with the vinyl debut of our beloved Costa that has given us a track in which you can feel all the fury and desire to raise his hand and tell the world that he is ready for everything involved in the music production, this is a perfect track for peak hr time.

A new spring, a new label, a new direction. NOWHERE is closely linked to the Utrecht-bunch of Something Happening Somewhere. They kick off with the acid tingled Substance EP by Human Space Machine. Part of the Amsterdam techno collective De Lichting, Human Space Machine is driven by Mike Jungerius . Although he does sprinkle some techno-DNA over his spacious productions, his machines often take you much deeper into the realm. The title track alone is a truly hypnotising affair. Close your eyes and soon all that matters is releasing those hips while forgetting where you are. Onwards with Dong, which will remind some Dutch techno heads of early Steve Rachmad productions. Futuristic funk in optima forma. 30803 is a word play on two very important instruments in dance music, when acid house was a big thing and the world around you was still simple. Closer Track003 is equally vintage, nodding back to the days when The Black Dog and As One were considered the new techno gods. UK beauty with a crystal-clear Amsterdam twist. If NOWHERE means getting lost in the machine, we gladly tag along.

Rave connoisseurs Superlux have once more compiled another fantastic genre-melding release, this time calling on the versatile sounds of Laudrup. The London-based Colombian’s eccentric yet dancefloor-orientated sound sees the talented producer land three originals on the sought-after imprint, alongside a hazy remix from label co-founder and regular, N-Gynn. Laudrup’s ‘Siempre EP’ captures the essence of Superlux, as they maintain their stay at the forefront of the underground, always thinking outside of the box.
Opening track “Siempre” is a simmering trip, bubbling synths and splurges of acid create a futuristic and mechanical atmosphere, as crisp drum work maneuvers you through the smoke-filled mornings in the club. “Laura Palmer” consists of wonky drum patterns, leaning towards a more mysterious narrative than its predecessor, meticulously arranged from beginning to end, urging your thoughts to wander.
On the flip side is “Untitled 03”, leaving everything to the imagination with pensive broken drums playing the driving force in this track, while a warm and sub-heavy bass works its magic deep within the energy of yet another innovative production from the rising producer. Closing the EP is a deep and emotive encounter with N-Gynn's “Double Drop Remix” of “Siempre”. The six-minute trip swallows you up, sweeping you away into its transcending mood, while intricate details cruise around an elasticated body. Classy rave sounds as always from the UK producer.
Laudrup is coming into his element in the foreseeable future with this dynamite release. Not one to be missed!

Once again, Perm has turned just the right knobs to give you the perfect soundtrack for your personal journey into Techno wonderland. The Leipzig based wizard simply knows how to leave dancers both dizzy and beatific. When those strings in "03-VIII" come together to its climax you're more than ready to embrace the night. The focus in "03-IV" is more heavy on the drum work with just the right amount of subtle tripping hazards. "03-III" builds and builds without ever bubbling over while the mighty "03-VIII" comes with a Boom-Tschak-Electro feel to it. The artwork comes courtesy of Carl-Johannes Schulze.
The fourth venture from Bristol label Comma Traxx re-invites the mighty Matt Wills for his solo venture 'Forget Facts EP'. Three driving and explosive groovers that offer different takes on Wills' stylistic sound. Accompanying the EP with a first time Comma release, we have Ed Hodge and his spin on title track Forget Facts that showcases why this young producer is one to watch out for.
The trend for spaced-out electronic house sounds knows no bounds at the moment. Nolga is the latest to start into a starship and head for the cosmos on this new EP for Aesthetic. 'Voltage' is a real fist pumper with great swing and glide and smeared pads with pipettes of acid.
'Delusion' then gets all bouncy and playful with bubbling synth phrases and energetic keys. There's a hint of darkness to the bass in 'Resurgence' while '435D' has a more metallic tech edge. All in all, a high-class EP of forward-thinking grooves.

The record features 4 super fresh tracks from the young producer from central Italy - Droove. This guy is undoubtedly an artist worth following in the panorama of young Italian musicians. He has managed to become notable in a short period of time and is able to move tracks with a funky, house, acid sound and create a great party atmosphere.
Everything starts with an acquired lightness, a feeling of warmth, light that gently envelopes each of us like the lightest silk, a rhythm flowing from everywhere the record starts playing, capable of breaking down the walls of darkness, the moment each of us meets our own Fallen Demon, coming to the balance of the inner and outer. Dreams are what move us, what give us the strength to move forward, what cheer us on and fill us up. Before turning the record over and moving on to the next side, Dino suggests stopping in the Lockdream and giving in to light, kind dreams.
The second side of the record immediately explodes with a large-scale, powerful, vivid and absorbing piece of audiovisual art. Sound and our classic animated artwork come together to produce Sensation! After a bright, intense, challenging, but at the same time easy journey, let's close our eyes, take a calm deep inhale, and stay alone with ourselves. Though Beauty is Useless is only his second solo record, James Devane has been producing and performing music for over two decades, both in isolation and collaboratively (most notably as his duo "En" with Maxwell August Croy). While his first record (s/t on Bremsstrahlung) explored digital manipulation of guitar based loops, Beauty finds Devane replacing the computer processing and aural landscape projection for a couple vintage keyboards, modular based effects and most notably a drum machine. Evoking elements of German minimal techno, Beauty is a rich, focused discovery of process and restraint where less is refreshingly more.
First release of the label; Pennyroyal Rec takes its name from the well known after tea party in Milan.
This debut ep is signed by founder Lele Franza with two original tracks; Leaves a banging minimal-techno piece is followed by Mellea with a slower pace,melodic pads and smoother ambience.

Osunlade’s connection with R2 Records dates back to 2002 when we released his very first mix compilation, the timeless “Offering”. He went on to compile another 4 comps for the label as well as release side project The Piscean Group and remixes for Karizma and UnitedSoul.
Now we are proud to announce the first original project by Osunlade to appear on R2 with the four track “Malcolm Bliss” E.P.
Malcolm Bliss was a physician, dentist and university lecturer responsible for the creation of the first psychiatric hospital in Osunlade’s home town St Louis in 1939.
In 1981 Ronald Regan abolished the Mental Health Systems Act leading to 40,000 beds in mental health institutions being lost. The result was an increase in homelessness and imprisonment, beginning the transition of the health system to the justice system where it remains today. Malcolm Bliss Hospital was closed in 1991.
For the Malcolm Bliss EP Osunlade supplies four tracks with his unique and distinctive blend of meditative, ambient, circular, electronic house to ease any troubled mind.

Sidney Charles kicks off his exciting new Heavy House Society label with a fantastic EP from Barem, which features a remix from the talented Frenchman Djebali.
German tastemaker Sidney has a history of A&Ring that dates back through his career, and he will bring that experience to this exciting new label. With a high impact sound that is compelling and original, the label has already signed up Barem, Bodeler and Josh Baker, while Sidney himself will also appear on the label. It all kicks off with Barem, a long time house and techno talent who has released on labels like Minus and his own Fun Records.
Opener Hollow is a seductive house track with gritty bass underpinning a tripped out groove that is delicately decorated with assortments of lush pads and effects. The remix comes from Djebali, a deep house don who runs his now self-titled label and flips this one into a punchy, warm and cavernous house track that is perfectly late night and absorbing.
GUM then takes you on a trip with a gooey lead synth line and Detroit style pads that are rich with soul. The smooth drums drive it along before closer Ups has minimal house grooves and dreamy pads that sink you into a reverie.
This is a classy first EP that launches this brand new label in great fashion.

The debut drop sees Per Hammar delivering 2 originals followed by 2 remixes from well-renowned Romanian producer Nu Zau and Miroloja, French duo part of Yoyaku family. The side A opens up with a seductive blend of minimal and deep beats on ‘Lystopad’, followed up by Nu Zau remix where his micro house trademark sound can be perceived. Miroloja’s remix of ‘Lystopad’ kicks off the B side adding groove and a funky bassline to Per Hammar's original turning it into a more housey version, followed by ‘Pentium Dubb’, the second original of the EP.

Proud internet motormouth and Pittsburgh mainstay Thomas Cox finally returns with a second release on his QED Recordings label. The tracks were made in February and were road-tested over DEMF weekend. Each one, he says, was made on hardware in one take, so they have a naturally rugged edge and dynamic feel that makes them all the more real.
