For this twelfth release, Daydream is very happy to welcome two new talents in the family – Lorik and Rupert Ellis – alongside two historical members – MJOG and Stevn.aint.leavn. Four top producers who deliver a punchy and groovy various filled with micro vibe and dreamy sounds.

A decade since its first release, Naural has established a reputation for seeking out and releasing quality music & a cohesive body of work. The ten-years old label celebrates its anniversary by releasing a classically rooted minimal on 10-inches, curated by Stekke & Thome.

Blueprint is a track that finds the Brazilian producers golden ratio, making for a studiously deep percussive meditation. The track detours into unmapped terrain— centered around a whirling melody of soft white noise, while the loop locks you in.

Octave Pad, delivered by Stekke on the flip side, taps into a perkier disposition and a ruder bassline. Its slinky drums are addictive, especially when they're padded by deep rumbles of sub-bass.

Dig in, I say; play, repeat.

When Jazz meets minimal music something magical happens. Every track from this EP has its own flavor but comes in a neat package, nonetheless. Clever Sampling is combined with precise bleeps and percussions and underlaid with heavily swung basslines. These guarantee to keep every hip on the dancefloor in sync. The Remix from Philipp Boss has a more acoustic feel with the groovy bass riff. Surely a fitting addition to complete this EP

NUKEM is an artist and producer with a focus on creating tracks inspired by a wide variety of styles. From Deep House to
Dub, Tech, and Minimal, anything goes! Recently, NUKEM released
a fantastic new EP titled “She Loved Wild.”

The release also features remixes from XXX Culture and M.A.,
which provided a distinctive approach to this EP, perfectly complementing NUKEM’s unique style. The release actually features four tracks, including the title track and its remixed version as well as the B-side, Narcotic Lockdown, featuring its respective remix.

Although there are only four cuts on this EP, the sonic diversity is truly astonishing, highlighting the musical craft and mastery of all artists involved in this exciting and tonally unique project. This new record is going to be released by Straight Ahead Music, a label based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Rolling in hot off the heels of our last 2 releases, Pathway Traxx is back doing what we do best. For this release we welcome Australian talent Venda who’s deep and intricate productions caught our ear during 2019 and has continued to impress us since. With 44 releases across 12 years since its inception, Butane's infamous Alphahouse imprint closes its doors this June as he welcomes long time colleagues and friends Alexi Delano and Worldline to shape up the final EP on the label 'Omega'.

Having established the imprint back in 2005, Andrew Rasse aka Butane's Alphahouse has served as an example of unapologetic underground quality and curation for over a decade. With previous releases from the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Ryan Crosson, Ion Ludwig, Quenum, Mark Broom and of course Rasse himself, the final Alphahouse EP welcomes back another staple of the imprints success, Chilean Alexi Delano, and mysterious American talent Worldline who marks his debut on the label.

The A-side sees Delano and Rasse effortlessly re-combine and pick up where they left off in 2013. 'Bass Theory' is an energetic, blooming production that lays the focus on raw crunchy drum licks, chunky bass slabs and an ever- evolving melody that eases listeners into a state of trance, before 'Jazz Lick' reveals a lighter aesthetic with a delicate jazz-infused lead line, filtered vocal loops and crisp organic percussion that hold the production in sync.

On the flip Butane is joined by a new collaborator, Los Angeles-based underground fashion designer Worldline for two brooding cuts. 'How Deep' kicks things off showcasing eerie low ends layered beneath tripped out vocals and hypnotic, meandering chords. 'What We Do' wraps up the esteemed Alphahouse catalog in style. An underground manifesto with a trademark Butane groove and Wordline's vocals punctuating over a decade of work. That's a wrap.

In true Alphahouse style, Rasse signs off here alongside two extremely talented artists with an EP that radiates understated sophistication and intricacy throughout, whilst opening the door to his new project 'Extrasketch' in the most fitting and suitable way imaginable. Stay tuned; this is only just the beginning...

With France's long-fallow club scene back in international resurgence as Paris storms back into fighting form, Europe now has found a new source for yet-unheard music. It was a long time brewing, but names like Concrete, Katapult, Zadig, and Society of Silence, have begun to appear in the international clubbing circuit, and the growth is not limited to the capital. Further south in Lyon, a city quickly gaining its own renown for busy club parties booking bigger names, there exists a smaller circle of energetic operators whose name is also spreading rapidly and whose recent accomplishments include Nuites Sonores, Boilerroom and more. Spearheaded by Kosme, a DJ and producer of quickly increasing notice, the provincial powerhouse has already turned heads throughout France as Kosmo's Caramelo Records was snapped up by legendary Parisian distributor Syncrophone; he has a new label set to launch in 2014. It is with this background in mind that THEMA proudly offers Kosme's international debut, the 'April Moon' EP.

Kosme comes to the table with six tracks of low-slung Detroit-referencing house music laced with extra grit. 'Fondamental' rides shuffling hats and a building acid line to dramatic heights. 'Ever Shake My Mind' is slower and dirtier yet, with crushed hats and a bottom-lurking bass between Theo Parrish-esque drum-machine-down-the-stairs breakdowns. After an interlude, 'Mothafunka' resumes the beatdown with a talkover house track that escalates uncontrollably in intensity as drums shuffle before breaking down in congos & pads. 'Deep Function' dials down to sexier sounds with sultry vocal samples and sampled hiss, but it doesn't lose the drum kink. Finally the digital bonus 'A Thought for Yvonne' is the most subdued and skeletal of all with echoed drums and a lonely bassline tumbling over each other in slow motion.

Following the explosion of new sounds from the capital, it is no surprise to find the movement spreading, and THEMA arrives first with the freshest France has to offer.

For it’s 4th release, Melodeum Records embarked on an epic quest in the search of a treasure which has remained hidden in the musical ether for many suns. After months of digging, a hidden gem emerged, a true diamond in the rough, a life form who only goes by the name of Roluce.
Roluce mastered the binding powers of enthralling House with the drawing influence of Minimal rhythms. Every frequency on the Rogustine EP was individually curated to forge this powerful composition. All 4 original tracks have the power to destroy dancefloors and cause mass euphoria - please play with the utmost care.
