Galcher Lustwerk's "Soul Control" originally appeared on his debut 12" for White Material records in 2013. After making an early remix for Palms Trax on Lobster Theremin in 2014, Jay returned the favor with this unearthed anthemic remix.

Moscow based Engineer Records returns with the mysterious Black Series. The first release features label founder Wyro and emerging artist Lolita Michuk.

On the Side A you’re going to explore a relentless micro house rhythm whilst merging with a trippy electro texture where synthesizers take the lead on the mystical atmospheres of "Progress”.

A2 it’s a roller coaster of fat bass patterns and fast paced loops ruled by the omni presence of the synthesizers, giving a trembling soul to the track that makes of Giperbola an ingenious theorem of refined nowdays Acid House.

The Journey is taking a detour for the experimental twilight zone of side B with Pjesa, a dreamlike dimension made of whispers and free notes played by an enchanted ghost piano, ranging over water dripping sounds and meditative echoes, well placed with an hypnotic slow bass line.

On B2 the vigorous remix of Pjesa by Federico Molinari, the re-interpretation of which is perfectly meant for the dance floor.

UNS004 sees the label's keepers and custodians dish out yet another crisp 4 tracker right on the money with soft gliding touches, ambivalent playfulness and rolling basslines on the B side, compounded on top of the title track who's warping space time overdrive pushes through continuously, all beginning with a twisted Caleidoscop of discombobulated voices and relayed signals bouncing back and forth across the spectrum.

SVET(Light in Russian) was established to release dubby-influenced music from a vast pool of artists, with whom MAYAK has connected during past four years. Our first release is a various artist compilation from unique musicians across the globe.

While the A-side(from veterans) is quite moody and not that straightforward, B-side (from newcomers) is ready to rock dancefloors without any concerns.

Naarm (Melbourne) based collective Butter Sessions celebrate over a decade in business with an extensive glossary of talented friends and affiliates pressed on a three-part compilation series. The label has always held the community closest, as exemplified by the 20+ artists featured over the three releases. Each 12" presents a grand soundscape anchored into the tenebrous energy of the dancefloor, with its inquisitive electronics and fierce pulse. With three brand new original tracks he perfectly displays the label's bass-driven, minimalistic techno sound. Nima Gorji delivers a penetrating remix for title track Freedom.

Erfurt, Germany) who wants to present their residents & friends.
Polar001 was the formerly known OPENDOORS001 - so this is the
official debut release by Raycoux & Stefan with remixes from
workaholic Beatamines and Fabian Reichelt who just released his
debut Album as MARIAN (together with Marek Hemmann).

The two Dutch production powerhouses Robin Fett and Polar (NL) collide in this heavy rolling Deep Tech project called “Call to Cancel EP”. During the pandemic, the three producers sat together and joined hands to create four tracks that resonated with them deeply in 2020. The big call to cancel came, leaving many of us in the events and entertainment industry stranded on an island, yet has not stopped these gentlemen to be creative and create this beautiful EP. From cancelling evenings with friends to Christmas dinners with families, some of us had to cancel all of it. With this EP we want to say that hope is not lost yet and we can rebuild and show what can be achieved with dedication and hard work. Music can make us feel hopeful and this EP cannot be missed for the rebirth of the dance floor.

Laurence Guy returns to Shall Not Fade with his much-anticipated third EP, adding to last year's massively successful "The Sun Is Warm and Directly Above You" and "Your Good Times Will Come". The London-based producer has amassed a global audience of listeners, all united in their appreciation for his luscious, upbeat house music and an outstanding discography of releases via imprints like: Ninja Tune, Late Night Tales, Studio Barnhus and Mule Musique. While still unmistakably Laurence Guy's signature style of delicately constructed, sample-heavy dance music, this EP carries a sombre note, reflective of the confusing times in which it was made.

The A-side's "Love Theme For The Morning After" maintains a positive and danceable atmosphere, an ode to the moments of clarity and contentment we grasp in the afterglow. Musically, it is an ecstatic build-up of chords that leave you breathless, with a rhythm that pulses as consistently as a heartbeat throughout. By comparison to this joyfully glittering track, the B-side deals with more difficult emotions. Throughout "Mutual Excitement", barely distinguishable vocal samples overlap each other in a hazy clamour, whilst natural keys play a bittersweet melody, pondering the uncertainty of a new relationship. Guy says of the final track, "Certain (To A Certain Extent)" "2020 was a hard year to be certain of anything, I found myself frozen in pretty much every decision I had to make". The song, a stripped-back melody built from a low fidelity jazz sound palette, is not just an exploration of the sense of uncertainty 2020 gave us, but expresses Guy's acceptance of living without certainty. This soothing message is at the core of the EP, managing to create a sense of hope during an unsettled time.
