Just in time for summer, Pampa issued Aimlessness, the long-awaited new album from Dntel AKA Los Angeles producer Jimmy Tamborello. His latest electronic suite brought forth stronger leanings toward house grooves, building upon the pop and IDM approaches he
explored earlier in his career as half of the Postal Service and a member of Figurine ñ with a healthy dose of Pampa otherworldliness on top.

Minimal Wave present the reissue of a rare self-released record by Plugpoint Music called ‘Last Chance’. Plugpoint Music was the minimal synth project of Reiner Ossmann, who recorded the 12 songs on this album in his home studio in Germany in 1987 and released them as an edition of 200 copies. This gem of a record was never properly distributed and so essentially disappeared until it began circulating amongst various collectors during the last 15 years. The sound has been compared to the likes of Mort Garson and Cluster. It’s a true minimal synth classic in all of its eccentricity and lack of self-consciousness. The record has been remastered and is pressed on 180-gram black vinyl as an edition of 500 copies along with a lyric insert sheet.

We are happy to welcome this talented artist from Bucharest. Vincentiulian is no stranger in the scene and his great releases on Barac's Label and other Romanian imprints has got him a pretty good recognition in our music scene. this ep is a 2 tracker and a remix from the head of the label Nima Gorji.

After the success of their debut album in 2018, Kermesse again teams up for some finishing touches with Noema as a co-producer and delivers a stunning new EP for The Magic Movement.

The 4-tracker kicks off with 'Marimba' that gets you right in the mood, featuring Kermesse's trademark sound of minimal beats, dubby synths, and South American percussion.

The title track 'Awake' shifts the mood into a more playful and funky side, featuring Pedro's sleazy vocals, syncopated keys and jazzy drum fills. Caution: Sing-along-alert!!!

On the flipside, Label head honcho Noema turns 'Awake' into a hell of an anthem, taking the listener with his submarine remix from the depths of the pacific ocean to a blissful balearic ending.

ome killer cuts on this new special edition Klasse Wrecks release!! Long time friends Klasse Wrecks and Pelvis come together and release a joint venture. The Wrecks boys and Australian multi-disciplinary fashion/music/design-house had been orbiting each other for years with similar styles and taste (see Luca Lozano's 'King Blade EP' as proof). It only took the well timed and serendipitous sending of demos from mutual friend Roza Terenzi to seal the deal and concept of the split release and thus KWXPR001 was born. The 4 tracker is typical of both labels direction and even more so the signature style of Terenzi's bleepy and sharp-as-a-knife productions. The two original tracks 'Metal Glo' and 'Allstarz' are representative of Roza's mutant production style, taking in electro, breaks and futuristic atmospheres and show off the flair and confidence of the rising star from Perth.

First vinyl release for 10 Years Of Metroline Limited series - Produced by label bosses Octad and Phiorio

This release is one of round numbers. It's Metroline Limited release number 50. You may have actually noticed that we almost got to release 90 by now but number 50 was always kept behind for a collaborative release between the two men behind the label: Andrea and Gianpiero aka Octad and Phiorio. It took a fairly long time to put this release together, mainly because running a label with a DIY ethos is a time consuming affair and most of the time doesn't leave too much free time for sonic experimentations. We really hope it was worth the wait! And what a better opportunity to release Metroline number 50 like for the label's 10 years anniversary. So much has happened since 2007, we released a LOT of music, some of our tracks have been played in the best clubs and festivals and by some of our favourite dj's. We are not going to name names but we are extremly proud of what we have achieved in our 10 years history. We are also proud of the fact that we are still around with energy and enthusiam to keep on releasing new music, this time (finally) by our label owners and also soon by a lot more talented producers in the months to come. Music wise, in this EP you will find some of the syles that made Metroline music known over the years. The two tracks on the A side are produced by Octad. Missing Bits has Octad's trademark minimal groove with hissing hats and a huge sub bass. There is a clever use of percussive bits, dark stabs and vocals to create a sublime dark minimal techno builder. Synopsis of 8 keeps the A side atmosphere well dark. Andrea managed to create a solid machine funk dark and spooky techno number with metallic percussion and plenty of groove. Phiorio takes control ot B side with the opening

Temple Haze joins the rows of Tal der Verwirrung label, presenting his four-track debut vinyl full of mellow guitar, ethereal vocals and an intriguing, nebulous ambience.

A1 Ethereal vocals blend into spheric ambience, lush piano fills the gaps left by a kick drum which is beyond all smoothness. Temple Haze creates a title track which starts as a blurry dream an unfolds into a well known, universal memory.

A2 Straightforward percussive delays and a gentle hum spread good vibes from the start, while catchy guitar riff melts together with a warm baseline, altogether creating an intriguing pull into the track's gravity field. When Temple Haze joins in with marvelously creamy vocals, the story takes another turn and brings us somewhere we have not been before.

B1 Temple Haze invites us to a moment of contemplation and reflection, we swim in a warm cloud of misty thoughts. There is no start and no beginning, only connections and loose ends.

B2 A gentle guitar arpeggio and organic drum cycles immediately bring the heat of the summer with all its tempting sensations. Melodic elements are slowly spiraling towards each other, like two birds dancing together in a dark blue sky.

This is Vigi's second space trip, this time with SENSEK (NORSE, COMPLATT) trying to solve the equation of motion. On the SPINFOAM approach, the synth modulations merge with the sparkling claps until the proton collision decomposes the spectrum into elementary particles. Then, you reach HIGGS FIELD with a massive bouncy rhythm that melts perfectly with those beautiful air pads. It was enough for CRIHAN (MEZIN, CATREN, ELIPTIC) to seize the boson and deliver his own minimalistic interstellar interpretation.

With The Sound of Graz, the springfestival graz made it possible for local talents to fulfill the dream of their own vinyl record. Styrian artists could submit their club tracks in a competition. An expert jury consisting of the Elevate Festival, FAZEmag, Radio FM4, Radio Soundportal and GROOVE magazine, chaired by initiator Thomas Mussbacher, decided who would be featured on the album. Of a total of around 80 entries, twelve made it onto the album. In October the records were released in a limited edition of 1.000 copies. The proceeds go to the Styrian Children's Cancer Aid.

Umeko Ando's 'Ihunke' hits right in the heart. This summer, Pingipung received enthusiastic responses to the 'Ihunke' vinyl re-issue from all over the planet. The label invited an eclectic international bunch of producers to remix the repetitive, mantric vibes of Umeko Ando's Ainu folklore songs.

The folktronica wizard Nicolá Cruz (Multi Culti, Ecuador) replaces Umeko's voice with a traditional flute from the Andes and infuses "Battaki" with driving, percussive spirits. Gama (Voodoohop, Brazil) and RLHBSLCN (YNFND, Argentina) focus on the psychedelic tremors in Umeko Ando's brittle voice in "Iyomante Upopo" and "Atuy So Kata".

Andi Otto (Pingipung, Hamburg) captures a funky acid-bass energy of Umeko's Mukkuri - a Japanese Jew's Harp - in "Iyomante Upopo", and layers it with Umeko's a-capella vocals of "Kusuep Kamuy".

M.RUX (YNFND, Berlin) is famous for his outstanding edits and remixes, his take on "Herutun Rutun" is definitely another masterpiece in his oeuvre. El Búho (Shika Shika, Paris) and Ground (Chillmountain, Japan) take the "Battaki" Tonkori, a Japanese hand-held harp, to their own slowhouse dance floor.

Peter Presto (Pingipung) turns "Hekuri Sarari" into a spaced-out dub song, while Urubu Marinka (Voodoohop, Leipzig) creates a delightfully stumbling percussion trip of "Saraba Iya Koko". KayTV (Singapore) adds a deep synth drone to "Iyomante Upopo". Finally, shoegaze artist and Ulrich Schnauss collaborator Mark Peters (Sonic Cathedral, London) replays the strings of "Battaki" with his guitars over a steady kick drum.

Umeko Ando (1932-2004) was a folk singer from Japan. She was a representative of the Ainu culture on the Hokkaido Island in the north of Japan. Her studio sessions with the dub artist Oki Kano (Chikar Studio) are rare examples of Ainu folklore recorded in an electronic music context. Umeko Ando's music is licensed from Chikar Studio/ Oki Kano.

In 2017, Pingipung released Umeko Ando's single "Iuta Upopo" and paired it with a M.RUX remix - the 7'' (pingipung 58) has just been repressed for the second time. The re-issue of "Ihunke" as a 2LP was the second step of the collaboration, followed now by this remix album. It comes as a vinyl EP with six remixes and as an 11-track digital package.

Here it is! Our debut release. This is just the start of our journey and sculptured on to this record is what you can expect to hear from our releases. The VA is a perfect collaboration of artists with each track complementing the next and capturing the Sub:Conscious ethos through the medium of groovy dubby sounds.

''Ruyzdael presents Writers on Wax Volume 1: The Sound of Graffiti, a compilation album with 8 exclusive, primarily electronic tracks by producers from four different countries who are more (in)famous as graffiti writers than as musicians.''Letters on a wall, letters on a train. When you take it back to that essence, it?s really not so strange that graffiti writers call themselves and each other writers. With just a few letters ? a word, a name ? they write their mythology for a general audience. No huge vocabulary needed, just imagination and a need for expression. It can come as no surprise that those qualities extend to other disciplines as well. Graffiti has long been associated with musical styles (hip-hop, punk) that contain an abundance of imagination and expression. Less well known is the fact that graffiti writers have embraced the DIY approach of electronic music. Writers on Wax Volume 1 is a group exposition of beats and basslines, imagination and expression. Sometimes using a lot of words, usually none or very few. The dance floor has its own myths.

Vigenere is creating a mysterious vibe with its obscure collaborative releases, but the music speaks for itself as it plots a course through deeper realms of the dance. After contributing to the first release, Malin Genie is back and seemingly flying solo for a more direct trip into dubby techno territory - that's certainly the vibe on opening immersion heater "Eschaton".

"Drain" has a more tripped out minimal flavour with the after hours in mind, while "Venus" swaps moody atmospheres out for a hazy shuffler peppered with slices of warm instrumentation. "Elara" brings things full circle with another crooked dub-out to bring eyelids down heavy in a state of transcendental bliss.

Two previous Laconica records were mentioned on Trommel Top100 and now we are finally back.

After a short break, Ukrainian Lviv based label presents a powerful 4-tracker. This time we stamped on wax tunes which we tested on dance floors for quite some time. On the A-side, label owner Alex Pervukhin drops a banger "Thomas Jefferson' which you may have heard in iO (Mulen) sets. Classic MPC swing plus analog synths remind of that real tech-house feel that we all miss. "Most People" on A2 is a deep and sexy tune which will be perfect for warm-ups.

Some different vibes on the flip side. Lviv's finest Ocean T creates a really magical atmosphere in "Moving On", which will be perfect for euphoric moments of every set (we know it well because we played it for 2 years!). And final track is deep and trippy "Breathe In" - the perfect ending of this EP.

Wisdom Teeth label-head Facta rounds off the year with a two part ode to the dancefloor, pitting house and 2 step beats against warping FM synths à la Errorsmith and Mark Fell. ‘Doves’ picks up where 2019’s ‘Rose Red’ left off: all melting, pitch-bending synths that fizz and ping unpredictably around a solid 4x4 beat. On the flip, ‘MPH’ tugs on the heart strings with a plasticine MIDI melody, percussive vocal chops and a tearjerking set of high-gloss pads.

In times where a rave feels pretty much like a funfair, the chairoplane is still the nicest ride. Thinking of Kettenkarussell some might remember one of those gathered moments in a low summer night under the clear sky when things made sense for a while. But those memories fade away quite fast or seem really strange a few years later on youtube. So what is it that is left behind After 10 years of collaboration the couple decided to do an album that might challenge the comfort zone of those who try to keep up that easy living. It's a record full of holes. And still this is what keeps them together. In pain we trust... and yes i believe you and me will make love forever...

Kolter's "Don't Kill My Groove" has already been drawing plenty of favourable attention from the likes of Moxie with its deft breaks and electro-funk stylings. T. Jacques'.

"Control" is a peppy tech house jam with a sleek garage bump that should go down a treat with serious heads and passing trade alike. The real treat here though is Metro's "Here For The Love", a seriously in-demand jam from 1994 finally getting the repress treatment to take it out of the hands of the sharks.

Vitess completes the package with "133cc", a dynamic wiggler with enough tripped out elements to take out a tank.

After having released their debut EP „Fading Pictures“ in 2019, we are proud to present Aksel & Aino’s first full length titled “Lullabies for Submarines”.
The album is light & dark, mysterious & emotional and above all it is a grand tale of companionship. It's been two years since Evan Baggs and Katsuya Sano opened up their Ek Box. Fittingly, their latest show-and-tell arrives on CABARET, a label that has supported the duo's activities since they first emerged. There's much to admire, not least the unfussy old school techno bounce of "Mitsuboshi", where darting, jammed-out synthesizer lines and sustained organ chords dance enthusiastically above a simple but powerful drum machine rhythm. The acid-fired techno-funk of "Maukacho" is wilder and more energetic, while "Takikomi" sees the duo tiptoe the fine line between ballsy breakbeat techno and sweeping, cinematic bliss. As for closer "Shoganai", it's punchy, bass-heavy and pleasingly intergalactic.

Connecting People is a new Austrian record label headed by founder Maximilian Foit and based on a community of like-minded people sharing a passion for the music.

Working with artists like David August and Daniel Brandt, Frieder Nagel is known for managing projects in venues ranging from theatres to clubs, for concerts to audiovisual experiments. He finally signs his first solo work Distract Robots to be released on January 18 on InFiné and invites his listeners to get lost in an universe that spans from euphoric to devastating excitement. - mastered by Zino Mikorey, the magician behind Nils Frahms latest album.

Frieder Nagel invites his listeners to get lost in a universe that spans from euphoric to devastating excitement. He is known for managing projects in venues ranging from theatres to clubs, for concerts to audio-visual experiments - working with artists like David August, La Boum Fatale and Daniel Brandt (Brandt Brauer Frick). The first time he appeared on stage, in 2016 at Berlin's infamous Radialsystem V, armed with several synthesizers, effects, drum machines, one grand piano; and backed by the German Symphony Orchestra (DSO). This critically acclaimed debut was streamed by Boiler Room later and led to further collaborations with Philharmonie Essen or his ensemble show at Reeperbahn Festival.

Now finally Nagel Žs first solo work Distract Robots will be released by French label InFineŽ. This 12" has become an album in miniature with a final polish by mastering guru Zino Mikorey known for his work for Nils Frahm Žs All Melody. This EP offers up a mystical world, full of warm synths and detailed sound clusters morphing into each other to form utterly dark and dystopian ballads. Nagel gets lost in obsessively endless sessions with his instruments. He isolates himself and spends night after night drifting away from reality. The result is that his tracks carry moments of utterly deep relief and deliverance, as well as despairing sadness and stoical escapism.

Late night musings lathered in left-field sensibilities & comedic soundscapes with dance floor leanings.

Bologna's increasing influence on dancefloors across the world continues as hotly tipped lo-fi house duo Nas1 drop their first release on their home town label, SorryForThis records and is sure to be a big moment for their burgeoning reputations.

It's an eclectic, multi-layered 4 track EP that pushes the boundaries of what is possible with such minimalist kit to the extreme and includes a remix from Sound Signature legend Marcellus Pittman.

Vino Cheenese, as the title suggests, is a leftfield rumbler that, once finished, leaves you unsure how you got there - but sure you enjoyed the journey. Oriental synths flutter over a pounding bassline, taking you from gloriously lo-fi, serene moments to being inundated with beats provided by a Simmons SDS8 and Akai MPC1000 that puncture the surreal atmosphere.

The Pittman remix removes any pretence of serenity and has more of an eye on the dark end of the dancefloor. The bassline is rendered more ominous and the beats more relentless and distorted, while keeping the leftfield vibes in tact.

AG Pini brings in a lower tempo, with punching industrial yet melodic synths coming in and out of sparse rumbling beats it feels like a Kraftwerk track if they had grown up in Detroit.

The Springer is the hardest tune on the E.P - with layers upon layers of crunching beats surrounded by howling, swirling high end synths, looping in and out of each other, putting almost an entire history of dance music in one brutal track.

Starting off the B side, Swoy brings his interpretation of Averted Vision, adapted for sunny afterhours. To round it up, we enter a slower, darker, and subbier universe with Variable. Vinyl only.

Here’s a special treat for our worldwide TAU family, a dream team collaboration as label heads Adana Twins link up with Echonomist. It’s been a hugely successful year for both acts, Adana Twins hitting a seemingly endless purple patch with their Diynamic release ‘My Computer’, they remixed Josh Wink’s classic ‘Higher State Of Consciousness’ and dropped a stunning collab with WhoMadeWho on Kompakt. Meanwhile, Echonomist has had a similarly impressive run, also appearing on WhoMadeWho’s EP, as well as dropping his debut solo EP Modern Wonder on TAU. More recently he released several tracks as part of Dixon’s Transmoderna compilations on Innervisions and is poised to release his first full solo EP on Innervisions, entitled Virtuality. To- gether they’ve produced four contemporary dance floor focused cuts that exude style and panache, demonstrating the power of their combined prowess.

Australian label DWAAL kicks off its first release with three dreamy cuts from Argentinian artist Cajal, alongside a powerful remix from Bon Vivant head honcho, Sakro.
