repressed !! The song BARBRA STREISAND of the New Yorkers house duo DUCK SAUCE is a dedication to the famous actress. DUCK SAUCE is a collaboration between A-Track and Armand van Helden and in the official video you will find a lot of well-known bigwigs. With the famouns Boney M. sample (originally nighttrain - hallo bimmelbahn) and catchy sounds BARBRA STREISAND is a track, which is much coolerthan you suggest from the name!!

For the next of our adventures on the black stuff we hand the wax honours over to one of our Belfast crew and robust house head JC Williams.

Having impressed us with sterling remix work on the label for Chris Hanna, Bubba & T-Bone and JMX alongside his club destroying Raw Deal which was heavily championed at Glasgow's legendary Sub Club, we thought it was about time he hogged the limelight himself.

Lead track 'In Your Arms' is a proper Juno trip and is as deep as it is solid, proving JC is equally at home adding layers of melody as he is jacking around in the drum department.

'Close To The Edge' is a first class example of why we'll always have room for some acid in our house.

Drafting in JC's 4Lux label mate & Cardiff's Organ Grinder for remix duties seemed like a perfect fit and in turn he takes In Your Arms on a bumping ride leaving Jack Fell Down to strip things right back on their version and add some serious bottom end, perfect for those late night floors.

This is the first original material to be taken from JC Williams debut album on Extended Play, so get to know another quality Belfast export right here.

In the six years since their previous artist album, Layo & Bushwacka! have continued to stay at the forefront of the electronic music community via their legendary 'Shake It!' parties, and a consistently impressive stream of releases via their own label 'Olmeto': notable highlights including 'Now Is The Time', 'Summer Gone', and two EP's for Richie Hawtin's Plus 8 imprint.
Their first album was 'Lowlife' on End Recordings in 1999, followed by 'Night Works' on XL in 2002, and 'Feels Closer' on Olmeto in 20

Jimmy Edgar and Travis Stewart (aka Machinedrum) reunite as JETS for a new and limited 12"Jimmy Edgar and Travis Stewart (aka Machinedrum) reunite as JETS for a new and limited 12' on
Leisure System, featuring vocals from chameleonic soul singer Jamie Lidell.
'Midas Touch' debuted as the opening track on Machinedrum's Essential Mix in November 2013, but
the track has been popping up at Leisure System gigs in various forms for the past six months. This 12'
is only the second release from the JETS project following their self-titled debut on Leisure System,
but as solo acts both Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum had breakthrough years in 2013, the former
launching his Ultramajic imprint and the latter releasing the Vapor City LP on Ninja Tune. The result of
serendipitous recording sessions, 'Midas Touch' will sound familiar to many but has been given a
unique spin by the restlessly creative duo, buoyed by a powerhouse earworm vocal by Lidell.
'Midas Touch' is a vinyl-only release featuring the original JETS version of 'Midas Touch' and a
shimmering Machinedrum remix that smoothes out the soulful track for the dancefloor.
