After releasing a white label ep, RYE Records drop a new imprint by Italian Duo "The Robinson", owners of the label. This Ep is inspired by the second half of the 80's and birth of chicago and italo house.

The Berlin-based partnership of long-time friends Steve Bug and Clé has reared many a classy deep house tune in its time - Their classic 'Silicon Ballet' EP from 2007 led us heavily into their sound, combining melodic, blissful elements with the heavy vibes of the old-school acid days.

Music Is Love is back with its 8th EP, this time coming from label boss Oli Furness with a remix from U Know The Drill. Furness is the Manchester based producer who, in the last couple of years, has established himself as a very real voice in the global house conversation thanks to EPs on labels like the legendary Nervous, Morris Audio and Skylax.

Following releases from artist like New Jack City, Liam Geddes and Mikki Funk, this EP offers four more firing house tracks that once again prove this label knows its business. 'Hunger' is a bulky, macho house jam with hardcore kick drums, ravey bassline stabs and crisp hi hats that drive the thing along. It's expertly produced for maximum dancefloor damage before 'Overjack' comes good with a killer bassline and reverse stabs.

Baring plenty of classic hallmarks but without ever sounding tired, this raved-up house bomb kicks and squeals, ducks and dives with a great sense of energy that it is impossible to ignore. The same track gets a firing remix from Dutch duo and Slap Funk Records alumni You Know The Drill. This fun loving pair layer in even more ravey stabs, smooth out the groove and have it to bang like a heavyweight boxer for six sweaty minutes.

Finally, 'Creepin in the Shadows' again nails a heavy dancefloor groove and is sure to prove an essential weapon for discerning house DJs. Lively, rubbery drums, shuffling hi hats and attitude laced vocals make for a sweaty, bulky workout that the likes of DJ Sneak will surely lap up.

Across all four tracks Oli Furness lays out his muscular house vision and does so so convincingly that dance floors will not be able to resist his offerings.

New Minuendo various artists, after years ago Deymare & Satore are back. Finnish artist Deymare show with two deep fresh tracks called "Meditation" and "Rise". Satore publish one track called "Moving Soul" sounds like raw and american. Welcome japanese Yusuke Yamamoto with a track called "My House".

Geneve Based Pascal Viscardi bring his rich and sweltering textures to SAFT with his first EP for the Spanish label. The swiss producer's Paradiso EP is already the 9th installment and by no means an odd addition to the family. Strongly rooted in soulful sounds with firm aesthetics and blissful melodies, this release is exactly what SAFT is all about. From the moment the pad in the title track starts riding, Paradiso immediately hints to a deserted paradise.
Tales From The Emax (A2) is a groove laden Anthem that will soothe those that are into soulful but firm sounds. On the B side, we find remix work of both originals. Swiss house stalwart 'Agnes' stirs things up with his thriving rework of Paradiso called 'Agnes' La Charme Chambertin Mixx'. On the B2 cut we find SAFT familiar 'Jefferson Belmondo' with a cracking rework of the title track 'Paradiso' called Jefferson's Beach Mix. 4 strong, groove-laden cuts that celebrate the SAFT sound like never before.

Phoenix G's latest output is another Mr.G effort with great versatility. Showcasing the original G sound throughout the whole EP, the G man comes up with funky bassline samples, analog string action and the signature vocal cuts that have elevated most of his records in some way. Network’s 30th Anniversary celebrations continue with the re-issue of the debut release from the iconic label. The launch of the logo with Neal Howard “Indulge” in 1990 caused a sensation, with the track being instantly acclaimed as a Classic, and Network noted as a new label to watch.

“Indulge” hails from Chicago, but sounds like its’ DNA is Techno City Detroit.
A futuristic call to dance from Windy City mystery man Neal Howard, whose previous releases “The Gathering” and “To Be Or Not To Be” had already reached cult status. Those gems, and “Indulge” were recorded by Chicago label Phuture Sound. Plans were being laid for the transformation the Kool Kat label - the UK outlet for Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May and Juan Atkins - into Network, but the dilemma was finding something “really really special” for the first release. That search for the perfect beat ended when Network’s Neil Rushton on a visit to Chicago heard the just mixed “Indulge” on a cassette played by Phuture Sound boss Terry Baldwin, who after prolonged negotiations agreed to cancel a USA release so the new UK label could have an exclusive.

The label design for this release is a replica of the original DJ Promo 12” that introduced Network to the World with exactly the same tracks; Terry Baldwin’s much loved Club House and Deep House mixes of “Indulge”, coupled with “To Be Or Not To Be” remixes by Chicago’s Bad Boy Bill and Detroit’s Derrick May. network - it is what it was...

One of the most sought after releases by Larry Heard aka Mr Fingers aka Disco D!! For the very first time in almost 25 years this is available again on vinyl, remastered from one of the remaining rare vinyl copies! An essential valuable reissue!

There has been a musical changing of the guard in Vienna the last years. Over due too some would
say. Out with old crusty chilled downtempo and elevator music and most definitely in with new
exciting and innovative electronica, be it Hip Hop or House or Techno. Much of this has been
because of the new breed of club and party people who have taken risks and brought over from
overseas very cool underrated and forward thinking producers and DJ's to play at their parties. This
has influenced a new generation of likeminded musical factions and cliques in Vienna who are now
producing passionate and quality beats too. One such label is Luv Shack Records and apart from
organising some of the cities best parties, they now see fit to express themselves through the
medium of vinyl and digital downloads with a roster of local talent.
LeSale opens things up on the EP with 'Make Me Feel So Good'. Strong Disco overtones that hark
back to the days of the Garage and the Loft. Disco in its purest and most sensible form was always
just about a groove, and this has a groove. Minimal piano and vocal loops take nothing away from
this gorgeous groove either.
Burnin Tears continue the Nu-Disco theme with 'Confessions'. A punchy almost reggae trance
with the big claps and a massive gospel shout out that really do light up this energy laden track.
Vienna is definitely in the house though with some tight echo and reverb filling the holes.
On the flip, we get more sophisticated and deeper with Jakobin & Domino, two very exciting
producers that have had some nice sounds recently on Easymoods out of Graz. These guys always
add plenty of atmosphere to their music and 'Night Glow' just oozes the savoir-faire with some
soft acid and a little late night Detroit.
Last but not least, Lee Stevens & The Beautiful People drop one of those mid tempo monsters that
never feel out of place these days. Dropping the odd cowbell and with short and thick basslines that
really do stick, this ends up being a really tight channel and groove.

Black Loops have previously released on labels like Toy Tonics which brought them fans like Groove Armada, Huxley, Art Department and of course Audiojack who signed them to their own Gruuv Recordings, this their second EP for the label see's Riccardo & Gabriele unleash three new bombs featuring a remix from Emanuel Satie.

DMX Krew has been turning out electronic music from his analog-laden studio since 1994. He has built a discography nothing short of prolific. He mixes tech savvy with a firm understanding of club music and a penchant for catchy and clever hooks. The Powerplay EP forms a great display of this, and we are elated to offer it as our third release. On the A-side, "House Twerp" works up the sparks as a gentle bassline, bubbly synths and bright chords rub against one another. "I love Kevin" continues along the opener's groovy tone, but with the tempo pitched up a notch, a cheerful brass lead and vintage transposed vocal samples, it full on targets the floor. It is a slab of feel-good machine funk, ideal for brightening a room that is far from having its lights turned on. "Masked Man" on the B-side is the most bare-bones club track of the collection. The twitchy lead is modulated left and right: set to a subtly crushed drum track, its tension is continuously building and falling backwards. Closer and title track "Powerplay" is a sparse and subtle slow-builder. Flanged percussion, menacing chords and a classic roving bass sequence are the central ingredients for this muggy and eerie house cut. ALT003 provides a diverse selection, entirely in correspondence with the artist's ability to create within a wide array - from rude electro to synth pop and a lot of the space in between. Ed DMX never really cared much about how his music is categorized, though. And rightfully so, as, even if it indeed tackles many genres, in the end it only sounds like him.

In anticipation of Kerri Chandler’s forthcoming album Spaces and Places, his first in 14 years, that sees the New Jersey legend celebrating club and soundsystem culture by recording, writing and performing a track in twenty-two of the worlds most distinguished nightclubs, Kaoz Theory drop the first in a series of vinyl album samplers.

Sampler 1, a limited-edition picture disc vinyl of only 1000 copies, sees two UK institutions from the North and South spotlighted. First up, Kerri finds himself in London’s cavernous Printworks, recording ‘Never Thought’ - a classic Kerri, piano fuelled groover, tough, melodic and perfectly accompanied by Sunchilde’s vocals.

On the flip, ‘You Get Lost In It’, recorded at Manchester mecca, The Warehouse Project, channels the electric vibe created by those hallowed surrounds. A deep, heads down heater with sultry vocals from Lady Linn.

A beautiful, deep and personal techno document by Mr. G who is talking the international language of musical expression (spoken and understood by everyone). Expressing his feelings and emotions via his sonic frequency philosophy on probably his most versatile release to date, a 12 track album on Childhood records This is the first time we hear Mr. G diving deep into the soundscapes and deeper dancefloor cuts on this album recorded during the global pandemic. It's marking a change in his musical vocabulary without losing his rough and raw energetic expressions. It's telling a story of forgotten places and dreams of the future. Dreams that pay tribute to the past, critical of the present, and still give hope for what's to come.
