After two highly anticipated 10" single and a remix of Ken Ishii and Romboy's single "Taiyo", Lean releases the forerunner track of his upcoming double CD album which has the same name "Time tourism", out in March 2016.

The package comes around with three totally different versions: OCH's original in a techno influenced classical deep house coat, Baby Ford in a typical trippy and repetitive tracky way and Romboy shows us his groovier shades we know from his remixes for Terrence Parker on Planet e or his remix for Gorge on Freerange.

What do we want to talk about? We want to talk about music, over the tunes or about tones? We want to talk about the different ways that the tunes or tones in a same song could be expressed and interpreted all of us. That`s why we did Overtunes to bring our gaze closer to those details that motivate us so much within this musical universe where each person can perceive on a different ways according to the environment and other certain factors that motivate our perception.

For our debut release we have to the Argentinian producer "Cape" co boss on Savor Music and owner in "Abstrack Future" and "Rovas", is bringing us a four-tracker release that moves from the house to the techno letting off steam some lovely touches of minimal and electro.

'Die Vögel' is German for 'the birds", but those who've been following Pampa Records from the beginning know that this duo isn't some Schlager tribute to that hippie folk band. Not counting last fall's excellent remix for Dntel, it's been nearly two full years since we've heard from Die Vögel. Is something afowl Not to worry: Jakobus Durstewitz and Mense Reents still flock together and their new EP is ready to hatch, just in time for summer. And they've got quite an interesting guest with them this time... 'The Chicken' begins with that familiar Pampa swagger, all clickety clackety in 3-D, and soon we hear the extended howl of some kind of beaked instrument, searing into your skull, as a looming voice dares you to 'try to look a chicken in the eye". Is that Vincent Price No, it's famed shoe-eating director Werner Herzog. (But yes, this release could prove itself to be no less than Die Vögel's Thriller.) Further layers of this hypnotic laser cry enter and exit, beckoning the sunrise, but you, my friend, are captive to its trance for the entire nine minutes. After you pull the feathers out of your mouth from that existentialist affair, turn to page B for 'Mesmerize": This one is easier on the psyche, both majestic and gentle, with legato horns and strings massaging your mood. Neapolitan sherbet for open-airs and open ears. So there you have it, perhaps the definitive Pampa 12, bearing that dependable turkey logo, credited to Die Vögel, named after to the world's most populous domesticated bird. Another coop from DJ Koze and company.

Launches his own imprint with two eagerly anticipated tracks on a double A-side 12-inch, KLON001.

Following a string of EPs for Unterton under his Mark alias, KLON001 debuted during Klon’s back-to-back DJ set with Nick Höppner for the Ostgut Ton aus der Halle am Berghain stream. His previous releases on A Colourful Storm and Thomas Melchior’s label My King Is Light garnered adherents like Raresh and Ricardo Villalobos, and these new productions drop all pretence of subtlety in favour of aggressively memorable hooks.

DGTL Records hits close to home with their latest release 'Dancing Glass Figures' by De Sluwe Vos. The dj/producer has been affiliated with DGTL since the beginning, as he played at numerous of their festivals from day one. So it was only a matter of time for De Sluwe Vos to release his music on DGTL's label. With Dancing Glass Figures he delivers a strong 4-tracker that is truly hard to resist. De Sluwe Vos has been making waves lately, not only with his steady sets but also with his own label Patron Records, which has seen a string of well-supported releases since its launch. Never Know, the first track of the EP, takes no prisoners, as this straight-up banger with the hard-hitting synth line keeps you captivated throughout the entire track. The repetitive vocoder vocals give the track a spacey touch, especially during the break. De Sluwe Vos teamed-up with fellow Amsterdammer Sjamsoedin, who's known for his exceptional synth knowledge and hard-hitting live-sets. Together they produced a strong lead track that you will definitely get to hear a lot on the dance floor.

Fast rolling drums and a dreamy warm synth lure you into the title track Dancing Glass Figures. But don't get too comfortable, halfway into the track you will get a sturdy surprise, which only makes the track more interesting, while taking you back to where it all started at the end of it all.

Moving on to the B-side. Sophisticated Topless Raver is mesmerizing, with an intriguing and hypnotizing melody that comes and goes throughout the track. Bringing in some hard claps and an eerie laughing vocal, this track for sure is one for the later hours.

Bambounou has the honour to close-off the EP with a remix of Sophisticated Topless Raver. The French dj/producer, who's been on everybody's radar this past year, slowed down the original version and added a sleazy bassline, synth stabs and extra percussion, while keeping the melody and the vocal. Making the track just as enticing as De Sluwe Vos' version.

Butter Sessionsbestows the subsequent postscript toGuy Contact's2019 releaseLiminal Spacewith the Perth-based producers first long-player,Drinking from the Mirage. The record lines up eight enchanting configurations, with two digi bonus tracks. The compositions were recorded over the last couple of years in his bedroom studio. He explains, "most of them were recorded in the second half of 2020. I had just quit my full-time job and found myself with much more time and energy to be creative, the majority of the songs came to life during this period." The album's collection paints warm dreamscapes and expansive textures, an affirmation ofGuy Contactfurther refining his craft. He treads effortlessly between acid-stained techno, dreamy braindance and trancelike downtempo that acutely grip the neural network.

The LP takes off with it's anchor90 Mile Straight (Nullarbor Mix),a rhythm driven cruiser that sets the tone for the record. The album's titleDrinking From The Miragefollows, a collaboration with Perth artistNORI.Guy Contactcomments "Nora is a friend of mine and I hit her up with that song because I thought there was an opportunity to do something together. I knew Nora had a beautiful voice from a previous project of hers." The track perfectly pairs NORI's gauzy and ethereal vocals withGuy Contact'sdistinct pads and elated synthwork. The artist then produces an IDM imprint with the remainder of the A side withEarth HydrosphereandFeel the Feeling.

On the flipside, the sweatyBody Grooveis an ecstatic work of pulsing techno, staying true to its name.Spirit Levelfeatures sweeping filters and sharp percussion work whilstVoices from the Bedrockplays with lulling leads and an entrancing melody. The LP ends with the swirlingWelcome to Sporties, full of catchy vocal samples and an unceasing, steady tempo. Whether listened to in the club or driving along the Nullarbor Plain,Drinking from the Mirageis a most-welcome invitation intoGuy Contact'ssonic universe.

Hot on the heels of the first two parts comes part three of HOSH's Stories From Sa Talaia series. The series takes tracks from his recently released album of the same name and releases them on his new fryhide label. First up are two collaborations with Pig&Dan. Atlantis Is Not A Fairy Tale, a spine tingling tune with shifting melodies above rolling rubber beats.

It's emotive and colourful and sets a nice mood to start off. The second Brotherhood Balearea is deep and elastic, with nice rubber beats and spraying synths bringing some real dynamism to the table. One of those tunes Sven Väth would drop at those special Ibiza after parties. Awakening Of The Birds a collaboration with Karmon takes off right there and keeps you in that trance but gets more groovy with its inducing light footed drums, airy hi hats and skyward melodies all zoning you out.

Last of all, Meeting Mia Lee is a beautifully melodic track that really moves you and strikes a resonant chord with your heart as the smooth and deep house vibes unfold. Speaking of heart it features the heartbeat of HOSH´s unborn daughter.

Once again then, this is another richly rewarding EP from the one and only HOSH.

FANTASTIC TWINS, the solo artist formerly known as The Twins, has always carried an air of transmutability - not only in a name creating its own hall of mirrors, but also in a constantly fluctuating sound, from the first spoken word interludes recorded as The Truly Fantastic Dessagne Twins From Saint-Etienne (for the Pachanga Boys' infamous 'We Are Really Sorry' album) to myth-building solo releases on Hippie Dance and Optimo Music, as well as style-bending remixes for La Mverte Vs Capablanca, Moscoman and - most recently - fellow Hippie Dancer Rebolledo.

Following the echo-drenched 'Holiday' on 'A Very Nice Combinado Volume Dos', the project from Julienne Dessagne has embarked on yet another transforming journey, leading to the latest outing with the well-suited title THE NEW YOU. Its four tracks prove Dessagne's ongoing commitment to an open sound aesthetic that works the techno blueprint from the inside out, mutating from foreboding, post-industrial landscape to dazed interzone opera in a heartbeat.

Uncanny rave polaroids from last night's ill-memorized peak floor flash up on opener SHAKE IT's mental screen, while follow-up HEY tries to herd its nervously rushing percussion to no - albeit banging - avail. The title track slowly implodes in reverse, pitting Dessagne's obsessing, molting vocals against a stubbornly no-wave-ish synth bassline and octave-hopping freeform keyboards blown to gaseous smithereens. Post-punk closer TIME SCIENCE kicks into motion with a confused diary entry turned subconscious commentary - while the psych guitar gently weeps all over the neatly arranged furniture. Welcome back, newcomers!

We Welcome smooth criminals ADMNTi and T. Jacques back to the Dansu Discs family with their split ‘Platform Alteration’ EP. Both sides providing heavy basslines with added groove. If you’re not already ready to return to the dance-floor, then this one will give you that much needed assist.

Francois Kevorkian is a name that should need no introduction. With over 40 years in the game FK has occupied numerous roles in his long and storied career - drummer, DJ, A&R man, remixer and producer - his skills know no boundaries. Having DJ-ed during the nascent days of club culture in NYC alongside Walter Gibbons, Larry Levan and more, Kevorkian has been there from day one. Years spent in the seminal clubs of the day sharpened his ears and his prowess behind the mixing desk saw him become the A&R man at the legendary Prelude records in the early 80's, this in turn led to him working with everyone from The Eurythmics, Depeche Mode, Erasure, D-Train, Yazoo, The Smiths, Kraftwerk and many many more. A true NYC original and legend, Kevorkian is still active today and the respect he commands amongst his peers has never waned, his adventurous extended DJ sets, seminal mixes and remixes and his open ears and open mind have ensured that he will go down in history as a musical pioneer.

Rewind to 1995. Kevorkian's 'Wave Music' imprint has come into existence with a handful of releases. No-one could imagine that his self-produced 'FK EP' - the next release on the label - would be a stone cold classic. Easily one of the most consistent, exciting and solid EP's to come out of NYC during this golden era of dance music. Across 4 tracks we are taken on a sound journey through a world that is undoubtedly informed by FK's time as an engineer, DJ and most importantly, a music lover.

EP opener 'Hypnodelic' brings us into this world, a deep, driving cut that fuses the dubbed out vocals of Freddie Turner against FK's keyboards and immaculate drum programming, oozing cosmic electronic soul, this track was destined to be a future classic. 'Mindspeak' also boasts some tough drums and with a respectful nod to Chicago is an incredibly mixed and arranged peak-time cut that will drive your dancefloor into deep space again and again. 'Edge Of Time' welcomes us to the flipside of the EP, wild Latin percussions, tablas and old school horn stabs drive this monstrous cut, not to mention cavernous dub FX and that huge bassline that just doesn't let up. Essential. 'Moov' rounds things out on a more subdued, stripped back vibe. Reversed percussions and spaced-out synth chords lace this beautifully understated and warm track, one that builds into a crescendo of melodies and hypnotic rhythms and the perfect way to close what has been a truly special musical journey.

This essential reissue of the 'FK EP' has been fully licensed, sanctioned and remastered in conjunction with FK from the original master sources by Optimum Mastering, Bristol UK, repressed onto high quality vinyl and packaged as the 1995 release was. Infinity Plus One is neither a man of big words, nor a man of massive musical output, preferring to remain low-key. The tracks finally presented to you on this EP are bold and bare a distinct character of their own. The opening track "Struggle Is A Constant" is energetic and probably more current than ever, whilst tragically soundtracking recent pandemic times. „Suburban Subversion” remains airy and dreamy as an A2 follow up. The B-side then picks up the pace with "Connected", before the “9th Gate” works towards a gentle and jazzy finish. These four tracks were carefully selected from Infinity Plus One's creative period between 2001 and 2005. Seven years and forty releases later, old friends reunite for a special occasion. JOSS, the boss of Kyiv vinyl label Artreform, is glad to announce a new release by Sapurra, the project helmed by the weathered DJ Sergey Sapunov. JOSS and Sapunov have enjoyed top stardom status within Heaven dancefloor of Kazantip ever since day one. The same dancefloor Laurent Garnier reminisced playing in the extended edition of his influential book ELECTROCHOC.

Nowadays, these two are traversing parallel courses. New Sapurra tracks deliver easily distinguishable, authentic sound of Artreform: classic tech-house that is slightly leaning on the techno side of things. One of Sapurra tracks on offer is boosted with a masterful remix by Argentinian DJ Franco Cinelli. Cinelli is notorious for his groundbreaking Picaro EP recorded together with Bruno Pronsato, a skillful producer creating deep house with surgical precision and attention to craft. Franco's shows are an experience of its own thanks to a combination of vinyl DJ set elements with electronic music live performance.

Sapurra's latest release on powerhouse Ukrainian imprint is called Feeling+. And this very feeling, this resonant pulsation is what keeps Artreform's gears in motion and its history being written on to date and on.

The fourth multi-artist EP from blog-turned-record label Innate takes the imprint's inherently warm and far-sighted sound into new intergalactic directions. Offering a quartet of cuts from established producers and rising stars, all inspired by dreams of cross-cosmic travel and the alluring weightlessness of deep space. 004 explores the love of stargazing electronics in much greater deapth.

The A-side is all about melodious and spacey electro with Dutch legend Aroy Dee making a rare appearance away from his acclaimed M>O>S Recordings label. "Leegte" A1 is impressively immersive, cloaking a jaunty bassline and lo-fi beats in sumptuous aural textures and glassy-eyed chords. Accompanied by Innate label regular Gilbert, "Furthest Planet" A2 is a deep roller whose lilting lead lines, shimmering electronics and tumbling acid lines are little less than life-affirming.

On side B, the sound subtly shifts towards the multi-coloured, sci-fi shimmer of techno. Newcomer Jonski, (aka Bristol electro producer Zobol) drops "Venusian Surface" B1 - a classic interstellar jam full of vivid chords, echoing synth squiggles and alluring leads that rise above a classic tech-funk bassline. Last but not least, effervescent Welshman DJ Guy (Unthank/Other World Music) slams down an energetic techno stomper in "Aphelion Orbit": boasting brilliantly breathless drum programming, illuminated by the celestial shimmer of accompanying chords. A perfect conclusion to Innate's most action-packed release to date.

Hailing from Donald Street in Brunswick, Melbourne, James and Peter Isaacs are the brotherly duo Donald’s House. Taking influence from Paradise Garage styled disco, early 90s house, Italo and anything with a DMX drum kit, their take on dance music is as refreshing as it is familiar. After two EP releases with Nick Höppner’s label, Touch From A Distance, James and Peter present their first full length EP for Permanent Vacation: "Final Frontier" with 4 tracks that show their prolific productions skills on all i's glory.

In 1779, Ludd is supposed to have broken two stocking frames in a fit of rage. After this incident, attacks on the frames were jokingly blamed on Ludd. When the "Luddites" emerged in the 1810s, his identity was appropriated to become the folkloric character of Captain Ludd, also known as King Ludd or General Ludd, the Luddites' alleged leader and founder.

Robert James’ Body Movement label returns with a double-header featuring the bossman himself along with Kolter. Both ‘Planet 90’ and ‘Planet Funk’ are taken from Rob’s forthcoming LP, offering a sneak peak of the full-length project which is due early next year. Meanwhile, Kolter (AKA Djoko) adds his own touch to the release with a couplet that demonstrates why he’s achieved widespread praise at such an early stage in his music career.

Ewan Jansen,Perth artist, producer and founder ofRed Ember Records,presents his second offering toButter Sessionsfollowing the 2017 EPBest Intentions. The colourful LP from Jansen,Island Library, wraps up the end of the year at the label on a distinguished note -- courtesy of Jansen's 20 years of experience in the Australian electronic landscape.

Island Librarywas recorded over the last 12 months as Jansen returned from a frantic European tour. He was granted a breather with the lockdown, which allowed Jansen the necessary time and space to properly produce his record.The refined character ofIsland Libraryis made clear with Jansen's experiments in structure and tone, distancing his LP from the formulaic and conventional approach to classic house music. Jansen refers toIsland Libraryas a "palette cleanser," an apt sentiment. There's something here for everyone. He has crafted a release to be taken in from start to finish, a treat for eager ears.

Look at any American rave flyer and you will always see countless names who were first released on Dirtybird. LA-based producer and DJ, Nala, is the latest talent that Claude VonStroke has taken under his wing, and “Everything is Burning” is a collaboration between the veteran A&R and the young artist who is set to carry the torch.

The two come together for a pair of singles on both sides of the spectrum. The intensity of the title track bubbles up under Nala’s vocals, before crescendoing into a blistering acid line. “Wet State” is the complete opposite — toned down and elegant deep house with graceful vocal rhythms from Nala.

We are sure that this new super talent Nala will spread her wings throughout 2021 and beyond and we are happy to be a part of her journey.

An unearthed Palms Trax remix from 2014. 50% of proceeds from this album will go to Trussel Trust which helps food banks in the UK. Galcher Lustwerk's "Soul Control" originally appeared on his debut 12" for White Material records in 2013. After making an early remix for Palms Trax on Lobster Theremin in 2014, Jay returned the favor with this unearthed anthemic remix.

Lex Ludlow debuts on Atomnation with the Midnight EP, a four-tracker filled with woozy, seductive house grooves.

Sri Lanka-born but Sweden-raised, Lex Ludlow has spent years working in the dance music industry on events, in nightclubs, singing and co-producing with various projects, but only now is she stepping out with her own sounds. Each track is as free-flowing as the ocean that gives her such inspiration: as well as DJing and producing, Ludlow freelances as a sailmaker. With Midnight, she showcases her love of supple grooves, manipulated vocals and liquid synths.

With the Midnight EP, Lex Ludlow has immediately found her own beautifully unique sound.

Lorca joins the Shall Not Fade family with a debut LP consisting of 8 melodic tracks with richly-layered soundscapes made up of samples and field recordings taken from his hometown, Brighton.

His first full-length album as Lorca, the Saudade LP sees Sam Cassman return to a melancholic and experimental sound for which he originally made a name for himself since his first release in 2012. The album's title, written in Portuguese - the language native to his current residence, Madeira - translates to English as "a feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia". With stripped-back percussion and plaintive
atmospherics, it's clear to see why. We are soothed into things with the soft melody of "Lullabies" before being transported to Brighton Beach via field recordings of seagulls and the whisper of pebbles on the second track. The driving pulse of deep house track "Are You Gonna Love Me" picks up the pace whilst maintaining a sense of minimalism before the shimmering lull of "Two Pianos" brings things right back with
formless sonic collages and drifting atmospherics.

Flip the record over and the rolling beats are back. "Colraine" and "uTube" see the return of clever use of sampling, the latter including mobile phone recordings of live piano playing by friends, sampled from social media. "Colraine" offers up pulsating jazz rhythms, oozing with groove, before the aptly-named "Polly" ushers in a change of course with a razor-sharp polyrhythmic melody and acid undertones which are more suited to the club. On "Rock Paper", it's sound design that takes centre stage. To close the LP, Lorca manipulates field recordings taken from inside his studio to incorporate abstract, sample-based percussion, making for a truly unique take on techno and synthesis.

An auditory pathway to a world far beyond our planet earth courtesy of Alien Mutation vs. Indigo Egg. Originally released on Jake Stephenson's Kinetix imprint in 1995, this expedition through an extra terrestrial forest landscape is guaranteed to take the listener out of this terrestrial sphere. Bendersnatch, kicks things off with a ‘Homage’ fitting of the mainstay venue paying reverence to the classic Detroit Techno sound. ADMN’s Machine 8 shows a lust for a bass grind synonymous with the engines machined in the halls of its urban decay. Remote Viewing Party’s minimal break ‘fuxwiddit’ whistles echo to us through the warehouse former machine shops. Maxlow makes sure you ‘heard’ what they must say pushing air from the subs ensuring you feel the room.

Having become one of Crosstown Rebels’ key artists in recent years, Barcelona-born Tibi Dabo returns to the label this February with his latest EP, the four track Isla. Since debuting on the label in 2019, Tibi Dabo (AKA Max Guardans) has cemented his place amongst the Crosstown family with standout EPs such as Disbelieve and The Distance We Share, the latter of which featuring two remixes from David Morales.

Tibi Dabo creates this scene perfectly as the title track opens proceedings, easing the listener in with delicate pads before waves of harmonious elements and finely placed percussions dance in and out of the track. Mothball then further emphasises the artist’s attention to detail as its lead melody and vocal-chops develop in tandem throughout. Brain The Cut follows, acting as a metaphorical signal of nightfall on Tibi Dabo’s conceptual island. Rounding off the release, Arp 8 delivers warming melodies atop of a subtle break beat in an exquisitely emotive manner.

Still in its infancy, yet mature in its intention, the Tibi Dabo project sees Max in his element; drawing on over a decade of playing and making music, perfectly demonstrated on Isla. Emerging from a new generation of multi-disciplined artists, Tibi Dabo’s refreshingly unique sound has also seen him remix for Crosstown Rebels head Damian Lazarus on two occasions. Determined and full of creative energy, Tibi Dabo thrives on producing music with no restrictions and, driven by his own need for exploration together with the support of influential industry figureheads, he has a locker full of fresh new music to unleash.

Hot Creations continues its 2021 release schedule in February with a maiden EP from Disaia. The Spanish duo, who are swiftly rising up the electronic music ranks with previous releases on Kneaded Pains and Hector Couto’s Roush Label, make their debut on the imprint with the three-track Cubbe.

The traditional Hot Creations sound is heard right from the beginning, as four-four snare patterns converge on an infectious underlying groove in the title track.

Everybody ups the tempo, courtesy of a pumping lead bassline and whispering vocal offerings, paving the way for He Was Out to close with robust percussion and punchy kick-hat combos.

A prolific pairing in Spain’s thriving electronic music scene, Madrid-based Disaia have established themselves as an esteemed act in contemporary house with previous releases on both Riva Starr’s Snatch! Records, and Kevin McKay’s iconic Glasgow Underground, whilst their own imprint, Siena, acts as a platform to promote and expand their own sound, as well as that of rising producers.

The original versions were released (digital only) some years ago, but stayed under the radar, until some dj's rediscovered it a while ago. It only started living then, and has continuously gained momentum ever since, with streamings now over half a million and counting fast. All involved agreed: it had to be turned into a vinyl release. It's mostly the original of "She Knows" that's been getting all the love, even though the DJ Rocca & Italian Cosmic legend Daniele Baldelli is an equally impressive showstopper in its own right. Throw in a new and exclusive deep (tech)house mix of "The Sound" by Hugo Ballistik, and you've got a release that merits curtsying and hats off. Limited to 400 copies, and remastered for top quality sound.

Tel Aviv based artist Saraga arrives on Crosstown Rebels for the first time this December with Love And Happiness. It marks his only release in 2021 so far, highlighting a standout moment for the Israeli talent.

Love And Happiness manifests as a minimal-leaning dance cut, with low-slung kick-hat pairings residing next to shimmering vocals throughout. Mujer brings an energetic, late-night feel before All Day Everyday arrives as an out-and-out club number. Gritty basslines merge with echoing vocal tones, whilst Mantra transports us thanks to Saharan-like whispers and tribal-flecked drum patterns.

Saraga is a well-known regular in Tel Aviv’s thriving musical scene. His productions have landed on established labels such as Nervous Records, Robsoul Recordings and Body Parts, getting support from leading tastemakers including Marco Carola, Ricardo Villalobos and The Martinez Brothers to name a few.

Moscow based Engineer Records returns with the mysterious Black Series. The first release features label founder Wyro and emerging artist Lolita Michuk.

On the Side A you’re going to explore a relentless micro house rhythm whilst merging with a trippy electro texture where synthesizers take the lead on the mystical atmospheres of "Progress”.

A2 it’s a roller coaster of fat bass patterns and fast paced loops ruled by the omni presence of the synthesizers, giving a trembling soul to the track that makes of Giperbola an ingenious theorem of refined nowdays Acid House.

The Journey is taking a detour for the experimental twilight zone of side B with Pjesa, a dreamlike dimension made of whispers and free notes played by an enchanted ghost piano, ranging over water dripping sounds and meditative echoes, well placed with an hypnotic slow bass line.

On B2 the vigorous remix of Pjesa by Federico Molinari, the re-interpretation of which is perfectly meant for the dance floor.

UNS004 sees the label's keepers and custodians dish out yet another crisp 4 tracker right on the money with soft gliding touches, ambivalent playfulness and rolling basslines on the B side, compounded on top of the title track who's warping space time overdrive pushes through continuously, all beginning with a twisted Caleidoscop of discombobulated voices and relayed signals bouncing back and forth across the spectrum.

German DJ and producer Marc Brauner returns to the Killer Cuts series which he kicked off for Shall Not Fade back in February, sharing five tracks of hard pumping house to lose yourself in.

Patience EP starts as it means to go on with "Your Heart"; a hot cut of anthemic earworm organ house that doesn't hold back on the summertime rave nostalgia. Brauner explores 2-step on searing A2 "Optimist" which is riddled with deep house energy and a syncopated bassline that'll put a swing in your step.

"Be Patient" channels how we have all been feeling this past year waiting for the return of the dance; it carries Strictly Rhythm influence and a prescient vocal motif. The record closes but doesn't fade away, ending with "Faster", where momentous uplifting synth stable tumble forwards to great effect. The digital bonus track is "In Love", another playful, hypnotic bassline complimenting the consistent feel good vibes.

Those lovely chords, that growling bassline combined with Nancy Sinatra-esque vocals and one big tease and build. That's what makes this track a true stand-out and sound like nothing else in club-land right now. Thomas Schumacher and Caitlin surely made magic happen between them and this track was an instant 'sign now' reaction from Noir Music. The remixes are done by Dustin Zahn with an oldschool detroit techno route and new talent Denite who keeps the original feel but with a more house-dub edge to it. If you want something special for your sets....This is the one.

Dutch producer Danny Wolfers aka Legowelt needs little introduction unless you’ve spent the past two decades buried beneath a Mont Blanc avalanche. His enormous collection of synthesizers, as well as his unwavering love for analogue production tools, justifiably places him in the synth music “Hall of Fame”. Since releasing his first material in the early 1990s, Legowelt has incessantly produced music and continues to display seemingly limitless creativity. As a result he has built an unparalleled discography that also includes an assortment of artist aliases.

Legowelt’s new EP ‘System Shapeshift’ will be released on Lapsus sub label C.E.E., specializing in more club-oriented sounds. The label returns to action after a two-year hiatus, during which time its intrepid explorers failed twice to scale the dizzy heights of Nanga Parbat. Now back at sea level C.E.E.’s head honchos have confirmed the release of Legowelt’s new five-track EP, bursting at the seams with 30 minutes of unrelenting old-school techno, synth house and snaking electro bathed in pure acid. The two Dutch production powerhouses Robin Fett and Polar (NL) collide in this heavy rolling Deep Tech project called “Call to Cancel EP”. During the pandemic, the three producers sat together and joined hands to create four tracks that resonated with them deeply in 2020. The big call to cancel came, leaving many of us in the events and entertainment industry stranded on an island, yet has not stopped these gentlemen to be creative and create this beautiful EP. From cancelling evenings with friends to Christmas dinners with families, some of us had to cancel all of it. With this EP we want to say that hope is not lost yet and we can rebuild and show what can be achieved with dedication and hard work. Music can make us feel hopeful and this EP cannot be missed for the rebirth of the dance floor.
