The four tracks on this EP represent a bit of a transitional phase for Louis Jaquet (aka Kid Who), marking a move from a basic setup with an MPC2000XL sampler and a computer to a fully-fledged hardware studio. The initial versions of these tracks were quick jams that he had made early on in this change, but which had lay dormant on his hard drive for some time, before being revisited and reworked for this release with the new equipment.

'Rhythm Code' began life as an exercise in using only freely distributed software synths, and the majority of those sounds are still there, bar some additional acid sequences and tweaks to the rhythm parts.

On 'ZF Cut' his focus switched to samples, in an effort to squeeze the most he could out of his MPC, which at the time had only recently been upgraded. The unassuming beige box gives colour to anything you feed into it (breakbeats in particular), and a host of basic onboard effects add further quirky character, in this case hollow drones and rumbles which are the core of the track.

One of Kid Who's early purchases was a cheap old Yamaha multitrack cassette recorder, which presents many opportunities for sound manipulation. Different tape speeds, tape types and manual manipulation during playback open up a world of noisy, woozy atmospheres, some of which formed the basis of 'Spool Night'.

Of all four, 'Timescape' required the least revising, and the version presented here is very close to the original, 100% computer-based draft. Although the beat was built with Roland 707 drum machine sounds, a staple of early Chicago house records, he wanted to juxtapose these with a more up-to-date techno aesthetic, with a handful of final touches added in the new studio to finish

Bidon by University Of Nowhere was definitely our first pick for the first track on this release. Nice warm pads and steady broken beats are becoming a trademark for their production.
Astral Control by Maurice Giovannini perfectly sits beside our opening track with its laid back mood and again nice moody pads.
Insen Gathway by Widovski, an opening track on our b side, with nice minimalistic grooves, warm pads and freaky background ticks, surely deserves a spot on this release.
Defenders Of Prisma by Gabriele Carasco and Enzo Pietropaolo is the final track on this vinyl release. A really special track, which has a very mysterious and sentimental vibe and nicely rounds up our sixth release.

The music (Part 1) the pair of Chilean artists return to show their characteristic line plagued by shades and differentiating tones, changing rhythms, notes with character and a very own identity
of Liro and Etro Hahn. They disconnect from the massive and show the more verbose and subterranean side of the true Electronic Under Chilean formula. With the invitation of a great
artist like Luc Ringeisen, they close with a rhythmic Remix with flashes of sounds that refresh and accentuate the call to the track of a good club. This is an eclectically created Ep of Electronic Music for Electronic Ears.

Seb Zito is one of the essential pillars of the FUSE London crew and his productions always pack plenty of attitude. Drawing inspiration from rave records of the 90s, he returns to the label with The Source EP, a no nonsense two tracker.

The title track is razor sharp starting with a solid kick and a skippy pads before meandering through breakbeat at halftime. The One heads down a deeper road, but still pays homage to classic rave with a propulsive, low-slung bassline and soaring, dizzying pads remerging post-breakdown with a series of breakneck claps. Another great release from this great talent!

As this one thumps along - the dreamy synths, sweet acid lines and rolling hi-hats drive through the horizon. Perfect for a time in the soft sunshine or a moment of love on a dark dancefloor. A2. Clouded Remorse Darkness incoming. The acid lines draw up hypnotizing, eerie energy. But the driving kick and raining hi-hats will keep you moving through the storm until the clouds will clear. B1. Long Distance The deep, melodic pads will soothe your soul. Soft bells and synths bring up memories and gently lift you. B2. Mind Gap Light hearted and grounding, the bright pads and steady kick of this acid house track keeps it chugging along in a dream of melodies.

Matt Whitehead needs no introduction here on Super Rhythm Trax and for this outing, he's joined by No Data Available (fresh from a recent outing on Null & Void) and together they've come up with something super special.

'Sahara' and 'Temple Of Set' conjure strong images that match their respective titles with the mood alternating between majestic and mystical. Masterpieces.

These two tracks are sandwiched by the hypnotic and acidic tendencies of 'Full Resonance' and 'Panic In Flat 13'

You may be surprised to know that this is not the first time the two have collaborated on Super Rhythm Trax, and eagle eared listeners will be able to spot their previous collaboration.

'Radiant' is Sabb's debut album. The Swiss-based Kosovan born DJ and producer whose heady electronica has won him plaudits all around the globe will use the album format to mark the 10-year anniversary of his career as well as the launch of his own independent record label of the same name.

From calling labels like Moon Harbour, Circus, Saved Records and Noir Music home to fueling the world's most iconic clubbing spaces Sabb has fast become one of club music's most respected figures.

'Leana's Play ft. Leana and Nonna's Watering Can' features Sabb's one year old daughter playing percussion on a watering can in the family's garden, and whose voice shows a touching side to Sabb's creativity.

Tracks like 'Full Moon Tale ft Daví' deliver engrossing melodies with swelling bass lines alongside a no-holds-barred club-friendly approach, complementing even the most versatile DJ's record collection while 'Somebody To Love' offers stripped down rhythms next to frolicking vocals.

'Missing Home' perfectly encapsulates 'Radiant's sonic dynamism where fizzing drums and jittering hi hats give way to meandering synth echoes, both eerie and hypnotic.

'Turning Point' offers elastic bass lines alongside swells of pearlescent texture while 'Motherlove' finishes the album with euphoric synth chords and lively drum-fills that jump out from the mix. The sound of Radiant is expansive, rich and multi-layered but also fiery and intensely danceable.

Ferenc are Fra Soler and Maxi Ruiz. Based in Barcelona they are known for their releases on Kompakt, Nitsa Recordings and Nitsa Trax. Their new 12" "Pump it up" comes up with the original version and a remix by Lament.

Jesse Futerman and his ornate personality are most comfortable when collaborating and highlighting the best in people. Waterzone is the sound of such experiences. The talent of Stacey Shopsowitz (Bass), Chris Edmondson (Saxophone) and Beverly Glenn-Copeland (Voice), are introduced in turn, as if by spotlight, on "Vista", while Futerman takes back stage to lay out the foundation.

Following Juan Atkins' 'I Love You / Techno City '95', the Archiv series is back, staying
true to its mission, examining the always surprising and never ending Tresor Records
catalog. This time around, the spotlight is placed on Greek producer Savvas Ysatis.

After his move from Athens to New York City in '93, Ysatis released a string of
collaborative works with his production partner Taylor Deupree, before returning to
Greece ve years later in order to help develop the local scene.

Two albums came out in 1999 (Highrise) and 2001 (Select) on Tresor Records. Genuine
pioneering works, both of Ysatis' LP efforts still sound as relevant today as they did nearly
fteen years ago. The four classics and two original remixes present on this Archiv #08
re-issue have been carefully selected by Savvas Ysatis and Tresor, to be re-mastered and
cut in a new conguration for your listening pleasure and playing comfort.

After the first Secret Weapons release 10 years ago the series is about to continue with 12 more magnificent tracks coming on 3 LPs.

Eva Be has been a key figure on the development of Berlin underground club culture, going back to the 90s and her involvement with the Sonar Kollektiv crew that included the likes of Dixon, Ame and Jazzanova, to name a few. A highly talented producer and DJ, this EP on Poker Flat Wax showcases her skillful mastery of house music.

'Delight' kicks things off on the A side, a low slung groove wirth Chicago-esque percussion that pops out of the speakers. Some of Eva's love for dub and reggae is also present - vocals and chord stabs echo and shimmer across the track.

'Breathe' is a little more floor focussed - a hard knocking kick starts this off and the track develops into one of those deep, emotional and driving tracks that get dancefloors into a serious states of ecstasy.

Flip the wax and 'Pills' is the third offering for this release - precise-yet-wonky drums, breakbeats, deep pads and synth lines that gel together into a perfect, hedonistic whole.

Whether that conjures connotations of an early morning fight, too much indulgence or poor flash photography, we've all had many red eye experiences in our lifetimes. And we're about to get a hell of a lot more as Guti blesses us with his own take on affairs...

'Red Eye' is the second track from Guti's highly anticipated album 'The Year Of The Conga'. The first ever artist album to drop on The Martinez Brothers' Cuttin' Headz imprint, the LP captures Guti's return to his roots. A raw, honest document of straight up percussive, hypnotic house grooves, the album took root in Japan and was largely developed during his time in the Dominican Republic jungle, sampling native instruments. Everything about it; the rhythms, the instrumentation, the warmth and soul are Guti down to his deepest dancefloor DNA.

'Red Eye' sums this spirit up perfectly. Following the inaugural album single 'So Dope', once again we're taken deep inside the Argentinian's psyche with rolling beats, a lolloping low-riding bassline and an evocative spoken word woven deep into the hip-slinking mix. The remixes hit the spot, too...

Close friend and techno ally Loco Dice steps up first with an absolute missile of a mix. A heady, driving affair loaded and coded with a powerful bumping bottom end hook, it's a hearty nod to the sound Loco Dice championed over 10 years ago. But, as always with the Desolat don, things take a turn for the trippy, just when you least expect it. Romanian roustabout Priku also delivers something very special; stripped-back to a lithe naked groove and honed with restraint and subtlety, without realising, Priku has captured the essence of Guti's whole album and where his heart, mind and soul are at right now.... Deep in the spirit of a conga rhythm.

Deep introvert yet powerful groovers by Ruffien on his second Deeptrax EP. In this one, he finds a perfect balance between club and bedroom-oriented heaters. The tracks on side A "Burner" and "Full Measure" have enough force to pack a punch, yet still carry that sense of intimacy which he has been known for. The B side is an 18 minute dub-techno trip named "Nada" that was previously released digitally on his label HLF/PIN, but has been re-issued and re-mastered for vinyl in all of its immersive glory. Winter music at its finest.

Two years after the milestone SOMEWHERE compilations, Something Happening Somewhere is commemorating the times that have passed, returning with a new chapter in the series. Selecting unique pieces of artists known and less known, the SOMEWHERE series continue their sound based confessional. Telling unheard stories, exposing unseen surfaces and unheard sounds.
SOMEWHERE III is set to be released as two vinyl samplers, with a selection of the tracks featured in the full digital compilations, which will feature four extra digital only tracks. A host of familiar SoHaSo figures make an appearance, but there is also room for new faces like Aril Brikha, KAAP, Ripperton in his stunning collab with Love over Entropy, Equus, Tracey and Mulder. Every artist on this SOMEWHERE III compilation is expressing their unique experience through sound waves, telling stories and uncovering a piece of themselves. There are things radiating in the violet fog, waiting to be discovered. Journeys that are worth making, but will not necessarily provide any more answers. Something is happening somewhere, once again.
Love over Entropy teaming up with Ripperton, could we wish for more It felt like a dream team combo before we even heard the resulting beauty of Saints de Glace. Inspired by those last nightly frosts of spring days in May, it sounds exactly like those contrasting temperatures and feelings. Down tempo organic grooves and a drifting melody that ebbs in and out of consciousness provide disparity with the glimmering pads that lure in the night air waiting to catch you off guard.
Equus' Ash picks up the pace with a track that was first released on Soma back in 1996, which we felt the need to give new live. Providing a Detroit like chord sequence and a simple but effective groove to accompany, it has a sense of urgency and shares the allure of classy dance floor material. Arik Brikha's disco fueled Eat The Heart feels like driving furiously along an electronic highway, the vibe and thrust imparting perfect sunbathed festival material. Filtered samples, driving arpeggios and house chord stabs, all the necessary ingredients are there to propel you towards a dimension far away from here.
A rolling bassline motif creates the fierce backbone for Tracey's Phase 1, as echo feedback waves in and out with phasing noise providing the necessary movement. The repetition and capitol Funk combined with subdued Juno pads and a hypnotizing melody turn the closing of the second SOMEWHERE IIII sampler into an effective dance floor weapon.

since 2007 they spread their passion for repetitive club grooves in the minimal house spheres that love to swing in the epic way. with four albums on labels like perlon or visionquest as well as eps for labels like eskimo, tartelet, circus company or bar 25 under their wings, the trio proofed their craftsmanship for multi-layered dance music already arrestingly deep on numerous releases and during tours around the globe that brought them also to japan.
now they deliver a new one hour long sonic journey on the tokyo based mule musiq, the label on which wareika member florian schirmacher already released as part of the glowing glisses project in 2008. also wareika itself are not new to the japanese imprint, as they previously dropped a remix for mule for the mysterious project jemmy in late 2015.
and now water, sky, sun, wood' - an ambitious one-track (on vinyl separated into four parts) love letter that kicks you deep into meditation - assumed you surrender yourself to their complex sounding and grooving story-arc. it all started with an unplanned four-hour jam session between henrik and flo-rian, gaming and messing around on the piano, guitar and drum computer.
later florian edited the happening into a one-hour sensation, henrik added some congas and synthlines and jakob mixed it down. the result is a meticulously edited, deeply absorbing dance between the pi-ano, guitar, conga, mfb tanzbär, mfb dominion 1, ob-6, jupiter 6 and manikin mellotron synthsizer. you can use it to get lost. lost from the daily grind. lost from precast perception.
lost in music. you can use it for your imagination to move to a place beyond words that guarantees some genuine experience. or you just can shut yourself down to it, dive deep into your unforeseeable dream world and dance your sub-consciousness around and around.
whatever each listener chooses to do, wareika's latest adventurous blend of jazz, techno, house and world music will move each soul individual. primarily because water, sky, sun, wood' is a reverbera-tion of the inner notes that are floating and dancing in florian, henrik and jakob. and as the greatest music in the world is nothing but an echo of the inner music, wareika managed to reach a new fresh peak of their multidimensional artistic body of work, that grows and grows to stand out in terms of deepness, permanency, eternalness and silence between all sounding sensations.

Released in 1996 on seminal Danish label April Records âThe Boy from West Bronx❠is a timeless breakbeat classic, which along with other Future 3 releases came to define the forefront of Danish electronic music in the late nineties. Up to this day the trio have had a huge influence on the contemporary Danish electronic scene, releasing music together as Future 3 and System and individually as Dub Tractor (Anders Remmer), Acustic (Jesper Skaaning) and Opiate (Thomas Knak).

Man Power's Me Me Me signs up long-time friend Ian Blevins for his long overdue label debut. Blevins's originals are backed by stellar remixes from Austin Ato and Kiwi.

Blevins hails from the North East of England and has released on ESP Institute, Futureboogie, Not An Animal and Culprit. The prolific producer was a long time resident of the legendary We Love Space in Ibiza and is an enduring favourite on the UK scene with plenty of musical tricks up his sleeves.

'Both tracks on offer showcase the mongrel sound that I hear coming out of the North East region,' Says Man Power. 'Partly tough, partly playful, not simply techno, not simply house, and certainly nowhere near the most common contraction of the two words.'

Innovative opener 'The Serpent' is a suitably snaking, slithering groove with acid twitches, rubbery drums and raw percussive energy. It pings about in dynamic fashion and really keeps you on edge. First up to remix, Austin Ato makes his return to the label after his huge 'The Sound Of' EP in summer 2018 and gives further credence to Man Power's suspicion of his impending super stardom. He takes the 'The Serpent' on a luscious and deep trajectory that would make Larry Heard proud.

The second standout original is 'Unse', a dark stomper with cosmic rays that strike right to the heart of the dance floor. It's menacing and absorbing music that is steely and unlike anything else. To remix is 17 Steps regular Kiwi, who is responsible for two of Man Power's favourite tracks of 2018. Here he continues his run of astounding form while taking 'Unse' in a tougher and more robust direction that will really make you sweat.

As ever this is a brilliant and stylistically diverse package from Me Me Me.

Our friend from Leeds Niko Maxen is back after his Bitter Sweet Crisp EP three years ago, this time with two originals made for the dancefloor, in that typical current UK signature-sound that we love. We look forward to seeing this release working well in festivals and open-air events this summer.

This second EP comes from striking electronic artist Call Super—who returns after his 2016 EP on the label—and party starting house star Shanti Celeste who makes her debut after many great EPs on labels like Apron and Secretsundaze. On the EP, The Egyptian Lover tees things off with his trademark electro vibes. Making his Dekmantel inauguration, the electro pioneer sets the precedent with his 808, retro-futurist aesthetic. It's classes Egypt through and through. No stranger to Dekmantel however, UK producer Palms Trax adds a hallmark slab of classic-analogue, summertime house, a track that will inevitably find its way into his festival set later this summer. French synth-pop act Syracuse & Epsilove -whose 2015 Antinote LP Liquid Silver Dream is essential listening for those who haven't heard it- contribute a dreamlike, electro vocal pop number to the record. Also marking their debut to the label. Amsterdam based Interstellar Funk, the Red Light Radio and Rush Hour analogue adventurist, delivers a track full of playful, yet murky synthetic grooves, with a machine-heart and lively, fanciful melody.

2017 sees Dekmantel celebrating its 10th anniversary. A decade ago, the Amsterdam crew threw their first party in the Dutch capital, two years later Dekmantel Records followed. And for their decennial anniversary, Dekmantel Records are releasing ten, very special EPs over the course of 2017. For this series, Dekmantel invited producers who are close to their hearts, have been with them since day one, or made a big musical impact on the crew. Artists including the likes of Gigi Masin, Levon Vincent, and Call Super, who all graced the first three EPs released earlier this year. Along with seasoned names, the series will see the indoctrination of newcomers to the label including Burnt Friedman, Ectomorph, and Donato Dozzy. It will also feature the addition of a couple of stone cold geniuses, including Motor City Drum Ensemble, Ricardo Villalobos, Joy Orbison, and Tony Allen.

Reclaiming her original moniker of Kittin, electroclash pioneer - formerly known as Miss Kittin - presents Cosmos, a continuous twelve-track LP of organic, leftfield electronica due 2 November on Dark Entries. Throughout her illustrious career, Kittin has carved a considerable niche for herself, assimilating references from New Wave and 90s techno to form an inimitable sound that resonates with electronic music fans the world over. Despite being most recognizable with 'Miss' before it, Kittin was in fact her original artist name - the prefix often added without her consent at promoter's will and eventually becoming the norm.

Cosmos is her most spiritual release yet, influenced by her time in the French countryside after a bout of touring exhaustion. She gives up any formulas from her past; verses/chorus, pop or club beats, to come to the essence of chords and textures, peeling away the non-essential to find joy in music yet again. In retrieving her chosen name from more than 20 years ago, Kittin also returns to the essence of her musical journey. By liberating herself from the constraints of formal structure she opens the door to a new set of aesthetics, exploring her influences without restraint. Sonically, the voice acts a central instrument, whilst the album drives continuously forward with no breaks, paying homage to her love for ambient and electronica whilst wandering calmly into the unknown. One of those labels is Moon Harbour, where they have contributed a number of tracks to various Inhouse compilations over the years, but now they get a chance to really stretch their musical legs across a fantastic three track EP of their own.Wasting no time in getting your attention, 'Big Gun' is a bulky house cut with spinning hi hats piled up on top of monstrous kick drums. Frazzled synth stabs and dehumanised vocals all build the pressure, and a big explosion of melody and percussive energy midway through cannot fail to sweep whole clubs off their feet.'Rumba Dumba' is another involving track with looping sub bass pulling you in over and over. Manning the controls of this otherworldly craft is José Rico, a key figure in theMadrid underground scene through his associations with the Downbeat and Freebeat labels, who blasts off with the raw emotional electronica of Orion.

That man Rico also features alongside the much-vaunted Leonid (Dolly/Sistrum/Statik Entertainment) under their joint studio guise of Cygnuss. Having made their debut on Freebeat earlier this year with the well-received long player Night Drive, the duo are on a mission here to warm-up the dance-floor with their house-not-house rocket Journey To Outertape.

Hailing from Buenos Aires but with a sensibility rooted in Chicago and Detroit, Diego Perrisson caught the attention of the more discerning ears as co-owner of the short-lived but not-forgotten label Monochromatic. Turning heads once again with his new venture, Fundamental Sounds, Perrisson captains a smooth touchdown with the cultured deepness of Restless Ride.

Smooth deep house vibes seems to be what Liviu had in mind on this occasion. A gentle hypnotic housey groove with a classic quality, featuring subtle Rhode stabs and nicely sparsed keyboard fills, creating a catchy original, sure to go down well in many contexts. The overall structure is very coherent and efficient and maintains the right amount of tension throughout the journey.

Mihai Popoviciu builds upon the same basis to deliver one of his signature "contagious" grooves, with a little more drive and energy to the overall feel, and interesting trippy effects added to the keyboard fills.

Metric Systems is the name of a covert project of over 20 years duration. It has moved across multiple continents, under multiple names. The 8 songs that make up 'People in the Dark' were recorded between 2000 and 2016 in various locations across Sydney, Melbourne and New York. The bright-eyed sci-fi fascination of Australia's Clan Analogue collective intertwines with the more sinister facets of modern technology - echoed voices pepper the album like fragments of a surveillance tape collected by our digital panopticon. A pervasive sense of paranoia and unease winds its way through these 8 tracks that move between techno, downtempo and more abstract strains of electroacoustic experimentation. Fittingly housed in a striking sleeve by American photographer Trevor Paglen, whose MacArthur-winning work revolves around these same themes of omnipresent surveillance and data mining.

'People in the Dark' opens with the wordless vocals of 'Your Room', drifting over the unspooling synthesizer sequence that seems to swell and recede from the foreground like the ebb and flow of a lapping tide, lapsing into dreamy ambience before the drums come back in. The smartly programmed drums are the focus of 'Chinatown Warehouse', whose hip-hop swing gives a distinct 'nod factor' to the otherwise hazy mechanics of the track. On 'Laika', a 303 line weaves its way across the subdued mid-tempo groove, gently recalling the ambient-acid of Susumu Yokota's 'Ebi' project. The penultimate track, 'Stellarwind' starts with a dark, foreboding drone before shining pads arc over like a glimpse of light through the track's murky darkness, the tension between these two poles moving together as the song unfolds.

The Soo Wavey head honcho, and self-confessed gear hoarder, drums up 4 versatile trax with a big nod to the Chicago roots. Flanging melodies, vocal snippets on repeat and the one finger stabs that just hit the spot.

It's a rare thing for two labels to come together to release a track, but KMS Records and Feel My Bicep have done exactly that.

Vision Of Love' was produced by two London based, Belfast-born blogger-production-DJ duo,
Matt McBriar and Andy Ferguson. Matt and Andy need little by way of introduction. Their 'Feel My Bicep blog" is the go-to place for tastemakers world-wide for lost and forgotten disco/Chicago house/Detroit techno/Italo edits and everything in-between. Their remix track record has also been excellent with them stamping their distinguished sound upon works from Blondes, Toby Tobias, Chamboche, Blood Orange, Cosmic Kids and many more for labels such as Domino, Wolf Music and Tusk. Will Saul then snapped them up for his label Aus, with a collaborative EP including tracks 'You' and 'Don't', which hit number one on Juno and caused the Beatport charts some bother. Then in September 2012, Feel My Bicep, (the label) launched with the highly sought after track 'Vision Of Love.' It turns out that Matt and Andy had found an old Inner City track named 'Good Love' (originally written by Kevin Saunderson and Ann Saunderson back in 2000) and naively, they sampled a section of the song and created their new track around Paris's vocal. Feel My Bicep, then released the track on vinyl only, as a limited pressing.

Matt and Andy explained 'like many house producers, when sketching down ideas and jamming in the studio, we sometimes roll through acapellas to find any little vocals snippets that work well over beats we've done. In one particular instance we stumbled across an Inner City acapella 'Good Love' that really worked with a piano riff. We titled the track 'Vision Of Love' and released it as a, limited pressing, vinyl release. In our naivete, we figured that we'd sell a few 12's and no one would really take any notice... Then, much to our surprise the track started getting played on radio 1 and getting a lot of interest. We then realised that we would have to sort out a deal with Kevin, as the sample's owner. Thankfully, he was very understanding about the whole thing and we worked out a deal to give him and Ann the credit that's due. So, while we're sticking to our original plan to keep that entire EP as vinyl only, Kevin's label (KMS Records), are releasing 'Vision Of Love' as a digital single'.

Kevin had this to add... 'Inner City and myself (Kevin Saunderson) have a long history of influencing people and the music scene with our songs. Especially with our vocal tracks and a track that was written by myself and Ann, way back in 2000 (for Inner City), is no exception. The track in question is "Good Love". At the end of last year I heard the track 'Vision Of Love' and I instantly recognized that the sample was taken from 'Good Love'. I thought, wow, that's "Good Love' and it works really well over that piano. There was some really good music happening, it had a nice sound to it and it was just perfect. I knew the artist was Bicep, so I thought let me try and reach out to these guys, to see if they would be up for letting me release the record, digitally. I could give it some exposure and we can have a win/win situation for everyone. So, we made contact with the label, we worked out a deal and here we are now!! KMS is about to release the track. It's very catchy and very hooky and that's a part of my soul, always. It doesn't always have to be just musical, both vocals and melodies have been very important to some of the biggest tracks that I've ever created'.

No remixes have been commissioned on 'Vision Of Love', but KMS is very lucky and very happy to announce that none other than Carl Craig himself, has graciously submitted a 'c2 Edit' and a 'c2 Bonus Edit', to make this a very special release indeed.

Label Boss Umek and Friends With Another Killer On 1605 Music Therapy

Follow up Helium Robots EP for Running Back after 2012's 'Crepitation' which came with legendary Theo Parrish reworks. Bleep EP is featuring 4 original works from the bots.

Next up on the influential Artreform Records label is the boss himself, aka Kyiv-based DJ and producer Yevgeniy Joss. Often turning out tracks that sit high in the Juno and Decks charts, Joss has a high-quality sound that ranges from slick tech to deep house and now he proves that once more.
Up first is Smooth, an infectious groove with lively synths scurrying about and bringing lots of dynamism to the drums. The percussion is crisp and the whole thing feels spaced out and futuristic. It's busy and brimming with energy and will get any floor on its toes. Sharp is a darker number with more menace in the drums. They are rubbery and supple and run through with edgy little synth lines. The track grows wilder as it unfolds and will really work dance floors into a lather.
Once again the master Joss shows just why he is such a tastemaker in the underground dance scene.

The third instalment of the Bodybuilder Quartet has arrived, and once again label boss Nachtbraker adds an exciting name to the Quartet Series manifesto. Moscow native Kuzma Palkin previously released a double 10' and a double 12' on quality Russian imprint Gost Zvuk, but is also known for his productions under his Audiocad (Between Us) and Kausto (Shanti Records) noms de guerre. Make sure to check those out if you haven't already. Here, Kuzma serves up an EP as deep as they come, with greasy, industrial and glitchy sounds floating on steady beats. Title tune 'Macho Culture' is a peaktime roller for darker club spaces with its deep melodic stabs, slapping snares and a haunting synth. Also on the A is 'Muscle Mass Increase', which is cut from the same haunting cloth but comes with an edgy saw synth that will have the punters reach for the lazers. Flip over for 'Proper Sauna Chill', which comes with a thumping kick, beautifully crafted sound design details and an undeniable groove. Closing Kuzma's Quartet Series debut EP is 'Krepkiye Bitsepsky', another showcase of amazing sound design and warped stabs floating over a steady break beat and groovy bass line to round things off nicely.

La Fleur releases her new EP 'Right Behind You' via her own Power Plant imprint. The EP includes two tracks, 'Circadian', and the title track 'Right Behind You' - both showcasing La Fleur's in-demand brand of groovy, vocal techno. The EP release marks the end of La Fleur's busiest summer on record. A residency at Hot Since 82's Labyrinth parties at Pacha in Ibiza, touring Brazil with the Watergate crew and remixing their new single from the mighty Sasha have lead to it being a season to remember. The title track, 'Right Behind You', features vocals from Austrian vocalist/songwriter Lula, who is best known for her distinctive work on Danny Tenaglia club classics like La Fleur favourite 'Read My Lips'. La Fleur said: Lula's voice is special and distinct. Hearing her unique way of vocalising on favourite tracks of mine from back in the day (like Tenaglia's '98 single 'Read My Lips' for example), I just felt I had to reach out to her. Creating 'Right Behind You' was a labour of love and we spent months working on it until we finally got to the definitive version.

Shanti Celeste returns to Peach Discs in 2019, teaming up good friend Hodge for the label's first release of the year. With over 70 singles and 9 LP's to his name Dan brings all his valuable experience into this number by chipping in 3 tracks out of 4.

A1 Pay to win, is an intricate, driving and bass heavy techno floater with a refreshing feel to it and with a couple of suspenseful breaks. M.R.E.U.X loved Pay to win and did a superb job remixing it on A2, a darker and more sequential approach redefine this tune but maintaining the heavy bass line. B1 District Omega is a percussive and uplifting 6 minute of upbeat house with crafty voice inserts. B2 ends this ep with a lovely jacking and jazzy house bomb with some virtuoso solos that will make you go wow!
Dan certainly knows how to tweak those knobs.

All the hard work is paying off for M.R.E.U.X with his Blumoog concept by releasing material that defines the musical evolution and contribution of techno veterans. Excellent work Dan and M.R.E.U.X! More to come in 2019 from Blumoog Music.

After Dino's recent 'It's Saturday' single on Ellum he's back with another killer. The original is a epic slice of hypnotic heavy techno infused house featuring Dino on vocals. Shall Ocin turns in a great bleepy, bubbling techno take on the original, while on the flip Gardens Of God deliver a heavy bell-infused techno interpretation, and finally the Rebolledo remix is a deep electronic affair for those affair perfect for those darker corners of the club!

Russian DJ and producer Nina Kraviz delivers two different versions of her remix including a dub mix. Day Dreaming' also features on Working Class Woman and has been remixed by Russian/British/Ghanaian producer Afrodeutsche also delivering a beat free remix."

Brotherhood Sound System masterminds, Silas & Snare, offer up an entrancing two tracker for BSS006 alongside a remix from one half of Genius Of Time, Arkajo.

'Tree Of Idleness' is a mysterious, delve into the depths of techno, full of crisp congas, a maze of shakers and modulated synthwork. Expansive soundscapes and tripped out samples reverberate throughout adding to the eerie aesthetic.

The B side takes a darker path via 'Paimpol's Theme', intertwining a multitude of synth melodies with echoing claps, heavyweight analog rumblings and sweeping delays. Journeying through its melancholic undergrowth, 'Paimpol's Theme' will enchant as much as it excites.

Closing out the EP Sweden's Arkajo, known for his work as one half of Genius Of Time, steps up to remix 'Tree Of Idleness', putting a harder hitting twist on the original. Focusing in on the synth stabs whilst layering ethereal strings and reworked conga and kick patterns, Arkajo produces a no-nonsense, club ready roller.

Previous BSS releases have picked up support from the likes of Skream, B.Traits, Madam X, Hodge, Arkajo, The Black Madonna, Agoria, Voyeur and DSC, and BSS006 is set to follow firmly in their footsteps.

Patrick Topping has announced that he will be launching his own record label, TRICK , a home for Patrick to exhibit his versatility as a producer, as well as a platform to showcase the wealth of the emerging talent which he has been pushing in his DJ sets.

Packed with three original tracks from Patrick, the EP-titled 'Watch What Ya Doing ' comes with the launch of his label TRICK and as a much anticipated follow up to the late 2017 Hot Creations smash 'Be Sharp Say Nowt', which continued to dominate throughout 2018. A year which proved another hugely successful one for the UK producer who was called on for the remix duties for Calvin Harris and added Music Radar 's ' Best House Producer/DJ 2018' ' and his third DJ Award for Tech House Artist to his list of accolade that include his DJ Mag ' Best of British ' award and reaching number 11 in Resident Advisor 's 2016 top DJs poll.

This debut release on TRICK showcases a change in sound from the acclaimed artist and an evolution of Patrick 's ever-maturing style.
