RE.FACE LIMITED has come to its 9th vinyl output which sees label head Toguè finally releasing on his baby. The Italian DJ and producer delivers three club missiles within which sonic atmospheres and enchanted twisted synths are free to take the skies above heady grooves and bulbous basslines. The label also welcomes Berlin-based Lorenzo Chiabotti who enrich "Cosmic Echoes" with some modular magic and a pinch of pure Italian flavor.

Following the release of a number of EPs on Swiss, German, British and Australian labels, Trinidad will release their debut album ‘Palm Trees & Thirty Degrees’ on October 16th 2020.

The album draws on the Swiss-based trio’s experience of sustaining the energy of festival and club shows, while also providing the perfect background to a relaxed summer evening with friends.


The project provides an opportunity for the trio to indulge in a range of musical influences, blending together a mix of synthesizers with the haunting tones of a church organ, the warmth of a string quartet and regality of an opera singer. The album grew organically, with inspiration taking hold beyond the confines of the studio: the bonus track recorded with a Jamaican reggae singer in the back of a VW bus in Greece. Soundscapes from Colombia to India were captured and embedded.

With "Palm Trees & Thirty Degrees" Trinidad guide listeners on a journey to a tropical paradise; to a wonderful, perhaps peculiar place of confidence, created and shaped by the mental theatre of the moment.

The soft kiss of a warm breeze hits you as you adjust to your new surroundings ("Desembarco"); leaving the static chatter of your thoughts behind in the "Lobby" (feat. MonoAbe) of your mind; you allow yourself to imagine what the evening holds in store (“Kopfkino”); But first, there’s a drink in the “Sunset Bar”, a refreshing cocktail "Luciola" that serves as a gateway for you to plunge into the night. A night of unlimited possibilities, the first instances a blur ("Sagrada"), as time starts to lose its meaning ("Tempus Fugit"); everything spins, everything is possible, everything is ("Elevate"). Suddenly, hours (or is it days?) have passed – it doesn’t matter; what matters is the first sign of dawn, the unmistakable warmth dissolving the darkness (“Alma”); the beat slows, and you feel the "Libération" of the new day; looking around you see the moments you’ve shared etched on the faces of your friends ("Fleeting" feat. Julia Portmann); It is not goodbye, it is only "Au Revoir".

The album was produced by Trinidad in their own studios in Bern and Zurich. It features collaborations with a number of artists: Cornelia Aeschbacher Firmin (Hang), MonoAbe (Mallets & Percussion), Jack Williams (text of "Fleeting"), Julia Portmann (vocals), Zenyth (vocals) and Michael Meier (electric bass). The songs were mixed by Marcel Schneider, mastered by Benjamin Fay. Raïssa Lara Lütolf was responsible for the graphic design.

French-Singaporean duo Dixia Sirong return for their third EP on Inner Balance, the sub-label of Chez Damier’s legendary Balance imprint. Closer ‘HK Side’ transcends subcategorisation, its piano and pads reaching for something bittersweet and timeless.

A record label specializing in cutting edge electronic music. Whether you are standing in the middle of the dance floor at a club, riding your morning commute in the train with your headphones on or finding new inspiration in the studio — music is able to completely break us from reality, providing a sense of warmth and comfort that gives us the energy to carry on. It is by this ethos that London-based DJ and artist Vass curates the newly-founded label The Comfort.

Gloomy futurism, sharp snares, enthralling melodies and rich basslines, Dj Lo-Tek’s is Sohrab’s alias for off-kilter hardware based jams. The debut release for The Comfort is a contemporary dance EP in four stages. Music made with basic equipment in a low life area of town that, surprisingly, is in itself not so basic at all. The record kicks off with “Bonus Beats”, a uplifting track that is sure to capture those special moments on the floor that you can’t put into words. It follows up with the A2 cut “Reznet”, going into more emotive territory, driven home by a powerful groove.

The flip side hosts “Powa”, the heaviest track on the EP, designed for peak time action: big, hypnotic and playful in all the right ways. Ending the record is the appropriately named italo-disco influenced “Amber Haze”, a showstopper for intimate and bigger rooms alike.

With Floorplan, Robert Hood blends techno elements with disco, house and soul to create a real party vibe. He first introduced it in the mid 90s with 'Funky Souls', originally on his own Drama sub-label but re-released last year. While more recently his 'Move It' track as Floorplan was a major highlight on EPM Music's 10th anniversary compilation, 'EPM10'

Attracting attention from world-renowned DJs such as Daniel Bell, Rhadoo, Brawther, Samuel Deep and Mariano Mateljan, Nagoya based label RICE will be dropping it third edition. With high expectation, this third edition is a solo EP that will be a debut by Masa, a track maker who also works as a live duo Shibamasa with Shiba whose work previously released from Rice. Gradually builds up base with a bottom, bounced hat, unique synth and voice samples as A side. Rhythmic B side pulls while driving with fluffy shuffle and tricky tone. Both are bouncy DJ friendly tracks which are compiled fully with fun and ideas.

Some records you play so often that the sound will get worse and worse then when you actually want to grab a backup copy, it's frickin expensive....

This is without a doubt the release that we are most often requested to reissue. Originally released in 1998 as the single ‘So Now…’ taken from Herbert’s influential ‘Around The House’ album with a collection of b-sides. In fact it plays more like a quadruple single release as all four tracks could easily be an A1 in their own right.

The only shake up from the original 12” is that the now seminal track ‘I Hadn’t Known (I Only Heard)’ sits up front having grown over the years from a little known b-side to one of the most played out club tracks from the pioneering producers huge back cat, as near a perfect piece of jazz inspired deep house that you are going to hear.

Two young British producers share their skills for this thoughtfully constructed futuristic two-tracker. Jasper Tygner, who has been championed by Radio 1's Jamz Supernova, Jaguar and Sian Eleri, is a rising star crafting blissed out electronica. Meanwhile fellow Londoner Joe Hertz has also skyrocketed to success, especially since last year's soulful jazz-inflected Current Blues EP.

These two collaborative tracks are delicate soundscapes that borrow and reimagine club sounds. 'Equals' forms a slowly swelling early hours pulse with futuristic melodies, at once gentle and danceable. Floorplan, the father-daughter duo of Robert and Lyric Hood return with their first new productions since last summer's triumphant 'Victorious' album.
The new EP, which will be released on 12" vinyl and as digital download in June features two new tracks, which they have been road-testing at recent gigs and featured on their EPM podcast. The stripped-back 'Let The Church' straddles the realm between tough House and raw Techno with its hefty bassline, infectious claps and vocal cry, while 'Made Up In My Mind' focuses on a looped piano refrain and funked-up drumwork under a joyous gospel vocal, mixed down like only Floorplan can.

Also included is an hypnotic Robert Hood remix of 'He Can Save You' from 'Victorious', before Lyric Hood turns her hand to the future classic, 'Never Grow Old' for a deep mix that shows her love of House grooves and recently closed their BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix in May.

This summer they will also be bringing their new live set to Europe, alongside the high energy and spiritually uplifting DJ sets synonymous with Floorplan.

TELUM010 has landed - 4 dance floor weapons for all hours with early support around the world from Raresh, tINI, Arapu, Mihai Pol, Alci, Janeret, Prichindel and more

Haven't been released in over a year and a half, London-based Bread & Butter returns to the table serving some more minimal appetizers. BBR004 comes yet again in the form of a VA compilation, this time featuring four more on the rise and talented Romanian favourites.

To open the dance is "Aguamenti" by microhouse specialist Herck, starts with his typical rumbling modular madness; enveloping the listener is a swathe of an unusual sensual vocal and ever-switched slaps of melodic noise work from the off. Some delicate cowbells join the scene, and the hypnotic dimension increases, arousing our curiosity.

Up next is Costin Rp, who immediately sets an housier tone with his "If You Can". A relatively soft and bouncy low-end area stages for a playful sequence of sci-fi sounds, catchy female vocals, spacey pads, and a minimal groove that blinks a bit to the m-nus days.

On the flip, Midas Touch's boss Macarie "Atmosferiqua" gets a bit moody, offering a bubbling bassline - sometimes coming with some acid splashes in the background - and tight noisy drums. Suddenly, a long break lays itself like a spell over the fairytale landscape until the beat kicks in again.

Closing duties are entrusted to Teluric and the harsh "Composite". A sharp blockhead sub-bassline moves along with a muffled and punchy kick, letting an ever-changing synth take the scene alongside over-processed granular sounds for a deep dubby tool.

Christian AB strikes one again on Timeless with a one-two punch of blazing techno.

For the first release out on Entered Records it's EYA boss and London tastemaker, Jos, stepping up with four cuts of moody spirited machine sounds.

Entered, a label set up with the intention to create connection between the U.K, European and Naarm (Melbourne) scenes through music offerings. First up, the EP is full of spiraling emotive melodies and throbbing bass. This includes the introspective title track ‘Absence Of Thought’ with a refreshingly modern breakbeat rethink from Naarm based artist Dashiell alongside it.

Moving onto the B side you have rumbling 909 toms with dramatic swells of synth tension. Coiled energy in the restless amorphous zone, combining progressive elements of techno, electro, acid and everything in between. The EP closes fusing sci-fi melancholic synths, forward moving beats and a bass-line designed to ignite the dancefloor.

Caleto Records comes up with a first various artists release including Crystal Town , Ralo , Steve Hammer ,Nicola Brusegan , Arkady Antsyrev and Ian Tribb Specially designed for sweaty dancefloors, this versatile 6 tracks compilation treats different aspects of House Music

When it came out in 1996, Anthony Teasdale’s ‘Deep In NW5’ was regarded as one of the key records of the UK deep house scene. Since then, it’s become an acknowledged classic on the MC Projects label.

Now it’s back – as part of a five-track EP of deep house and electro – that shows Teasdale’s knack for melody and dancefloor sophistication is as strong as ever.

The new edit of ‘Deep In NW5’ keeps every element of the original but shortens the running time a little, and adds punchier drums more suited to today’s clubs.

The second track, ‘Jan’s Hammer’, is influenced by the electro records Teasdale loved as a kid and the theme music of ’80s cop shows. Fans of Miami Vice – and ‘Crockett’s Theme’ in particular – will get the reference in the title.

Flip over for ‘In Deep We Trust’, which mixes gentle, Rhodes piano melodies with punchy four-to-the-floor beats. Imagine Mr Fingers working with Boards Of Canada, and you’ll get the idea.

The next tune, ‘Entwined Minds’, holds a special place for Teasdale. A tribute to Andrew Weatherall (who Tony remixed in 1997), it’s a slice of dancefloor electro-house with a gorgeous string breakdown. And when those 808 drums kick back in, it bangs!

Finally, ‘Resonant Pianos’: another deep-houser, this time made up of rumbling classical piano and haunting orchestration: the perfect way to finish off this most accomplished of EPs.

Teasdale says: “I’d always wanted to make an EP on which every tune is brilliant – and you change your mind on which one’s your favourite. I also like to give people value for money: the five different tunes here, all of which I’m proud of, represent that.”

Breakfree Records welcome Canberra’s Mtty to the label for his first vinyl release, expect wonky tech house.

Mystique Records kick off the label with MYSTIQUE Vision #01 a full frontal EP from Sylvester Javier, aka Stefano Curti of Vibraphone fame, that delves into the depths of house, techno and acid.

'Secret Ceremonies' nods to the hey days of tech house with the Italo Disco Mix a rolling '90s influenced number. The Cocorico mix weaves in a bit of that early 00's minimal feel before the Original touches on a jazzier, more soulful strand.

On the flip, 'Lost in 1st Avenue Loop' and 'Microdot' venture into the realms of acid tinged techno to round of the EP.

It’s approximately been a year since Antoine lost what would have been his debut album, ironically dubbed ‘Humour. Positivity & Affection’. In its wake, stemmed the idea for the producer to reform his conceptually based project (Mise En Place) into a vinyl only label.

The Land Down Dunder EP being the first, of hopefully, many releases throughout this new imprint. The label head feels there is no better way to start this campaign, than with a body of work, entirely inspired by the modern, timeless TV Sitcom - The Office (US).


The opener ‘Australian Reds’ looks to bridge the gap between Progressive House and Antoine interpretation of Minimal. Matched with Ghanian inherited grooves of course.

‘Colombian Whites’ as suggested by its title, widens the eyes and warms the soul with its textbook, 90’s House inspired Kicks, Hi’s and Baseline. Synthy melodies run throughout the mid(s) of the track to marry the ensemble together. Fitting for all terrains, but would be highly favoured in the Summer.

The B-Side flips the script in tone, tempo and texture - pulling on Antoine’s repertoire for groove laden Techno - ‘Cafe Disco (AK’s Rare Groove Dub)’ brings you to the after hours of any setting with it’s full bodied percussive rhythms, beautifully automated soundscapes and highly persuasive swing. Lastly, the EP is capped off by ‘Threat Level Midnight’. A nod to Antoine’s versatility within the realms of House and Techno. An incredibly versatile track, structurally inspired by the producers love of Hip-Hop. A cacophony of ethereal chord progressions run throughout the track alongside one moody baseline, as well as solemn drum patterns which progress in both body-feel and stature.

Arís return with part three of their ongoing series revisiting seminal 90’s Irish dance releases, reissuing the debut release from long standing D1 Recordings luminary Rob Rowland. His 1994 effort M.F.N. is remastered from the original DAT source for the first time, and comes with a fresh remix from young Dublin prog sensation Dylan Forbes.

Dublin’s nascent electronic and clubbing ‘scene’ was beginning to take shape in the mid 90’s; you might have heard flashes of techno at François’ U.F.O. night in The Rock Garden or the likes of Dave Angel in The Temple Of Sound, while Tim Hanigan and Mark Kavanagh’s Red Records nights at The Ormonde pushed a progressive house/trance sound similar to their label’s output. In amongst the weekly revellers at these clubs, you might have encountered a young Dubliner by the name of Rob Rowland - a soon-to-be key figure in Ireland’s techno scene.

Inspired by his formative clubbing experiences in the capital, Rob acquired an Atari ST, Akai S1000, Kawai K4 and a Roland R-5 and sat down in his bedroom to record. Two tracks, M.F.N. and Restless, emerged within 1 week while another track, Act Natural, soon followed. Initially recorded onto cassette at his house, Rob soon managed to book some time into Temple Bar’s Sound Training Centre, a professional recording studio featuring a 16 channel desk and rack effects, to polish up the record.

These 3 tracks resulted in Rob’s inspired debut EP of raw and direct club tracks - a uniquely psychedelic rush of rave euphoria and darkened acid-inspired house and techno. It managed to pique the ears of New York’s Watts Music distribution, thanks to his friend Chris Gough playing them Restless on cassette, who subsequently pressed 1000 copies of the EP onto white label. Miami’s Fluid Audio then licensed it for a full release and acquired a sleek remix from California’s Überzone, which had similar success. All of this, a remarkable achievement for a debut record of underground dance music by a relatively unknown young Dubliner.

Rob would go on to become a key artist on Dublin’s seminal D1 Recordings, a label run out of the capital’s northside on Parnell Street by renowned photographer Eamonn Doyle. Responsible for their first ever release, he would go on to do 6 more records for them, becoming an important figure in the label’s history and Irish techno as a whole.

M.F.N. is an Irish rave gem, and a key blueprint of the Emerald Isle’s obsession with progressive house and beyond. Naturally, we turned to fellow Dubliner Dylan Forbes for a remix, a prolific producer garnering quite the reputation both home and abroad for his modern take on the sounds found on Rob’s debut. His remix cracks the shutters on the darkened psychedelic undertones of Restless, adding an ‘e’-cstatic layer of euphoria fit with added percussion and pump on a fine rework.

Bassbins at the ready - BeeDeeBeeBee returns to the fold once again, with two more murky cuts designed for the grottiest of dance floors.

The A-Side: Flipsyde, delivers a 606-fueled electro workout in the vein of their first outing, whilst the AA side: Ulrikaka, features a rolling tech house-y cut that’s been in the hands of those lucky few for sometime now.

Manuel Tur & Adrian Hoffmann return to their alter ego Class Compliance for the second time, having introduced it on last year's Future Sound of Jazz compilation on Compost. The "Plug & Play EP" features three quirky and slightly offbeat tracks that won't be everyone's cup of tea, but will find fans among those interested in unquantized synths and polymetric rhythm layers. Manjumasi's fifth vinyl-exclusive release is a collaborative EP that sees label founder atish join forces with young Indian producer and Manjumasi veteran Vridian. The package features three originals with a unique combination of texture and groove. Here the focus is on otherworldly synth elements, smart tracks that work every layer, from the driving basslines right up to the sharp melodies and complex atmospherics. Completing the package is a deep and heady breakbeat remix of Salvation from Christopher Ledger. The Berlin-based producer shows an incredible attention to sonic detail, with an intricate groove laying the foundation for a driving acid lead line that takes this track through a proper crescendo.

The Interpolarm duo are back in action with their second vinyl release, "Cote Mecanique EP", which means "Mechanical Side" in French. On the B side, the title track is a hypnotic new wave house take you on a psychedelic journey.

A lighter and funky mixture with an aggressive bass is offered by the Romanian artist MP aka Mihai Popescu, who managed to make a huge contribution to the sound concept of the French label Bass Culture, where he managed to convey an accurate and positive image of the musical canvas with simple elements.

On the other side is one of Interpolarm's hits - the track "Required", which has long been a hallmark of their live performances. The composition boldly combines the bass forms of the Tb303 and romantic, warm timbres, creating a feeling of something reverent and emotional.

Label head P.Bud returns to Aronia Records with a four track EP of club ready tracks. Recorded between New York and Toronto over the past two years, the EP takes inspiration from the sounds of both cities, flowing between house, techno, and breaks. The A1, Dopen, opens with a dubby pad and unfolds into a grooving deep house cut. Non-Terra ups the tempo with skittering percussion, silky pads, crystalline stabs, and a deep bassline. On the flip, Ontech (Perc Mix) builds on the energy with a catchy lead, accompanied by a driving bassline, swinging percs, and warm pads. Enttt closes the record and cools us off with lush chords contrasted by breaks and sub bass. Four tracks for four moods, enjoy!"

Andy Hart returns after an almost two-year hiatus from the studio to release his first EP on the Voyage imprint. Following on from Urulu's Greetings From Namek, Mistress In Your Mind is the sixth release and adds to a growing collection that already includes releases from Harvey Sutherland, M5K and CTEPEO '57.

Mistress in your Mind loosely stems from the intertwining influences of a love-induced delusion broken down over four tracks. Hart draws sentiment from several aspects of his record collection, giving subtle nods to break beat, soul, acid and space-laden house.

HOUSEWAX presents Kolja Gerstenberg - Jizzle Jam. This release is a fantastic debut for Kolja on the 10 inch series! His passion for electronic music is part of a Gerstenberg family tradition. Breast-fed Rhythm & Grooves galore. Kolja's dad was touring with legendary Trance live act „Afrotrance“ during the early 1990s, releasing on R&S, Harthouse, etc. Guess what: he was the percussionist, drumming up legendary clubs like „Dorian Gray“ or OMEN in Frankfurt.

Spectrum boss Joris Voorn reworks marsh's 2021 smash hit, 'Little Darling'.

An immaculate slice of progressive house that dropped as the world was in the depths of pandemic life, 'Little Darling' shined bright, due to its natural ebb and flow and arpeggiated chords, all backed by stately kicks and cheeky flips into breakbeat and tribal percussion. A firm favourite for so many, the track now feels primed and ready for a remix.

Replacing the breakbeats with a straight four-four, adding a growling bassline, and bringing the original's trance-like melody to the fore, Joris does away with the original's slow-burn to create a fresh, euphoric, and essential dancefloor moment.
