Hotel Motel is the brand new dance music project from Bill Brewster of DJ History/Low Life fame and Alex Tepper.
Heavily soaked in old school vibes, while plugged right into contemporary developments in the underground House music scene, Hotel Motel make excellent Home Tapers!
For their first release on the imprint they work an absolutely killer House groove around a raw old school sample to produce the totally wicked 'Eye No'. This cut has classic grooves written all over it.
Simple, but 100% effective.
It defines exactly what Home Taping is all about.
On the flip, the Burnt Island Casuals (aka The Revenge and legendary Sub Club resident DJ Harri) throw all of their joint experience and love of House music at the original, bounce it off the studio walls and rework it into a warehouse bomb that will have you licking the walls for more.
100% House music with bits. Play it all night long!!

A1 - Volta Cab & The Legendary 1979 Orchestra - The Ideal Now
This track planted the idea for a collaborative release. A superb house track for the summer months, what a bomb! The track has an amazing groove, melodic keys and heavy percussion. Feel good stuff!

A2 - Volta Cab - Sakura
Volta Cab at his best, a chilled out deep house. Huge atmosphere on this one, deep bass and gentle percussion gives a slow groove.

B1 - The Legendary 1979 Orchestra - Juicy Warmth
This is the track that attracted us to 1979. Chopped samples, nice atmosphere and a killer bass - just how we like it!

B2 - Volta Cab - In The Middle Of The Night
Volta rounds up the release with a slow and sexy, deep house beat. A big vocal sample, beautiful brass and tender percussion. KILLER!

The Release is supported by Fish Go Deep, Todd Gardner , Davidson Ospina , Tommy Largo and many more

the cassius / Gwen Mccrae classic "my feeling for you as a disco bomber !!!

After 'Echo Life' and 'Night Impact' Mirror People's third release 'Reaction!/Odyssey' is out now on Social Disco Club's Hands of Time label. This 12' reinforces Rui Maia's ability in crossing over his trademark synth skills with his love for emotional and melodic dancefloor movements. Both tracks fuse recognizable patterns and intriguing ones where the cold teutonic meets far-eastern harmonies in a cool piano induced crescendo. As for the two remixes, Tiago Miranda provides a buzzing hypnotic 'Zawa Dub' of 'Reaction!' and Jacques Renault a rhythmical stomping 'Odyssey' version.
