Boy's Own don Terry Farley teams up with Kevin Swain of D.O.P. for a peak-time acid anthem "Memory Child". Label boss Posthuman strips it back for a Sheffield Bleep Techno vibe remix, while Kirk Degiorgio rebuilds the track with modular acid and epic piano chords into a blissful, sunshine anthem. Terry and Kevin bring it all back with the more chilled "Acid Tool" mix to complete the EP.

Wally Stryk returns to his imprint Hermine Records to bring you the 60th instalment on his underground collective, 'Siete', a powerful two tracker EP of minimal-tech and deep house landing on 12" Vinyl.

Bursting straight into life with the headline track, the Frenchman opens up with a mind-bendingly trippy dancefloor cut. He oscillates between a hypnotic set of of bouncing synth lines and a range of menacing saw tooth overdrives, constantly fluctuating between them both, to leave you guessing and itching for each groove throughout.

On the flipside, the Frenchman lays down a sharp crackling high-end drum groove with a range of playful percussive hits, giving 'Geometric' it's real rolling feel. Throwing in some atmospheric chord lines against dark robotic vocal cuts, he rounds off the EP for what is a real looming rotation.

French label is back with some fresh house, breakbeat, italo, electro and acid stuff. As always, perfect for club use!

ROIT Recordings kick off 2018 with a vinyl release coming from Raw Culture and Quality Vibes Rec DJ Unrefined, and backed up with 2 remixes from Jacob B and Raw Culture head honcho Assymetrical alongside Luigi Gargano.

The label comes back from their successful 2017 which has seen releases coming from Kemt's side project ABE, Herb LF and more. The EP is a powerful collection of dancefloor killers: the title track is a stomping uplifting cut, in opposition to Jacob B's remix, which is a pure Jacking / Techno track. On the flipside the original 'Education Under The Sheet' is a dirty acidy tune driven by powerful in your face drums. The second cut of the side is the dark electronic rework from Raw Culture's head honcho Assymetrical and Luigi Gargano. Hypnotic. Groovy.
The label has also offered up the digital bonus 'Fact' - another straight 4/4 jacking house bomb.

R&S Records present the first key transmission from the Lost Souls Of Saturn's multidisciplinary conceptual project. The title track of the LSOS debut EP is revealed immediately, with the full 'Holes In The Holoverse' EP to follow on the 1st March.

Primarily LSOS are Seth Troxler and Phil Moffa, with opaque additional participants congregating to combine music, imagery, storytelling and communion into an inextricably linked whole, all wrapped-up in a philosophy of their own making.

Further solar system surfing comes from world-renowned, Turner prize winning artist and photographer Wolfgang Tillmans. For his first ever remix, Tillmans tweaks the frequencies, adds extra percussion and his own 'va va voom' vocals.

Attempting something creatively that's above-and-beyond, LSOS explore new ways to open doors of perception and challenge the presumed reality, whilst capturing the spirit of Alejandro Jodorowsky, HG Wells, Sun Ra and the KLF within their music, live experiences and forthcoming films.

These spiritual, psychoactive aural vibrations resonate for a long distance, all the way back to something deeper and more enchanting than the prosaicism of modern life:

We want to explore the concepts of reality vs simulation/hologram, ancient knowledge and ritualistic experiences. Toxic is the name of the first lamp, in a series of more to come, on the cover made by Remy the Feyter - glass blower artist. The tracks are composed by Dieter Vorderhake and are a natural inspiration of 20 years of techno influence. Liroconite and Cornubite are natural stones with the same colors as the lamp, hence the names of the tracks. Tingeling, the name of the third track, is a Dutch word which will translate itself more or less into a ding-dong sound. This sound is one of the prominent sounds in the track which announces a change in the track. It is inspired on the sound the metro doors make in Amsterdam when they close. The metro is ready to continue its journey... so is the song.

Luke Vibert, DJ Overdose, Cygnus, TEXTASY, ASOK and London Modular Alliance join on CKNOW3-PT1 with a blend of Acid, Electro, Techno and Jungle sounds to help raise money for the charity War Child.

A partnership of epic proportions is about to go down. Josh Wink, an artist known for crafting some of the finest house and techno tracks of all time is joining forces with Boysnoize Records, leader on the global scene for over a decade. Tying your techno in knots, Josh Wink's 'Shoelaces EP' is set for release.

Josh Wink is a master at Acid Techno (Just listen to classics like 'Don't Laugh' and 'Lumpy Oatmeal') so he's right in his wheelhouse on the Acid Mix of 'Shoelaces.' Throbbing electro rhythms and those signature acid squelches define this mix, with the notch turned up another degree on the circuit board for the Dub Mix.The package follows with a cut from Finnish producer Mono Junk, who offers a more stripped down take on 'Shoelaces.' Mono Junk's remix is raw yet no less in tense, providing the EP with its dark corner. Out of the cultural hive of Los Angeles follows Truncate. S3A, a fundamental player in the French house scene and resident at Paris' famous Concrete between 2012 and 2016 has been making serious waves with releases on labels such as Gerd's 4lux, Local Talk, Hold Youth, Lazare Hoche, Quintessentials, his very own Sampling As An Art records and in 2016 he debuted with his track "Antois Benime (Austral Parc)" on the second release of Quartet Series. This cut became a major summer hit, played by nearly every house music DJ, including Byron the Aquarius during his wicked set on the Boiler Room stage at Dekmantel in 2017. We decided this greatly deserved a follow up and we're proud to finally present Climax EP with S3A's signature sound written all over it....

Opening on the A side is "Presentiment", a collaboration with Mika Blaster. Starting off with majestic strings then suddenly dropping into a massive beat with haunting samples flourishing over the thriving percussion telling you to dance... THOU SHALT DANCE!! The second track "Something More" picks up where Antois Benime left off. A genius mix of uplifting samples and 909 percussion makes this another club ready weapon, bound to leave smiling faces on the dancefloor.

When flipping the record you'll dive into S3A's deepness with "Wu Impact". Soft and sweet Rhodes chords, an insanely groovy bass line with percussion and those mellifluous strings again. Finishing off the release is a deep slammer that goes by the name of "Influences", again a display of S3A's ability to use a wide array of elements within a single tune, molded together to one coherent, lovable and danceable piece. Boy did we wish we had the sampling skills of this master.

Omar Akhrif, Donald and Brun are an Italian trio who gave life to the Big Morning Records project, which follows the homonymous after party.
Solenoid 29 is the alias they wanted to use for this first EP, which contains 3 tracks that merge a nervous but elegant mix of techno, house and electro sounds.
Plus a track remixed in a Dreamy way by the infamous spatial artist Etienne.

With 'El Tunel / Proceso', Marc Pinol and Hugo Capablanca aced their blend of industrial, acid, techno and new beat in an EP that remains one of the most celebrated moments in the Hivern catalogue. Now, the evasive duo return to set the bar even higher. Four years might seem quite a lot of time, but for C.P.I. it was the necessary period to get rid of expectations and let space for something new to emerge. Studio sessions in places like Berlin, Barcelona, and Belgrade brought together an amalgam of voices, spontaneous liasons, mutations and surprising movements that finally crystallised in the four cuts that conform 'Meine Hand'. 'Masa y Poder' and 'Sendero Luminoso' are two sides of the same coin. Under all the layers, both ride exactly the same rhythm. Two completely different paths that share a common starting point. One builds tension on the dancefloor. The other one tries to fool the threat in the mist. With it's unrelenting acid bassline and lethargic vocals, 'Meine Hand' feels like some kind of love from above, yet another unexplainable conclusion. This, the second in a series of samplers focusses on some of his unreleased cuts, rarities and classics from the DM catalogue. Kicking things off with the demented over-sexed jacking off of 'Da Dik Suk' this EP shows you what's up from the jump. Lifted off 1996's 'Freak Like Me' EP this is vintage Deeon to the core! This is followed up with the minimal, acidic runnings of '1112', from Deeon's 1996 'Chop Shop' release, a wigged out, simplistic groove that just won't stop. Classic Chicago weirdness that simply just slams. The frenetic 'Phenomenon' opens up side B, produced under his Mute pseudonym and originally released in 1997 this is a sure-fire rarity from the DM vaults. A tough one to track down and a real essential under the radar cut. Also featured is the wild acid of Playground Productionz' 'The Box', here in unreleased (!) rare remixed form by another Chi-town legend - Paul Johnson. Top shelf business. Last but certainly not least is another Playground jammer in the form of the killer 'Vertigo' lifted off the same EP from 1994 which is surely enough to whet even the toughest of appetites. File under 'JACKIN'. Every track on here has been remastered and repressed with the full consent and involvement of DJ Deeon and Parris Mitchell, selected and programmed from Deeon's private archives and DAT tapes for Above Board, London. 100% hater free.

Cédric K Gasaïda aka Starving Yet Full (singer of former Canadian band Azari & III) and Victor Karzalov (half of Russian duo BYPASS), are about to release their first vinyl EP, Drawn 2 U, under the moniker BLENT, on newly launched French label Empirical Magnetism.

Swinging between dub- & deep-techno, minimal and deep-house, BLENT's Drawn 2 UA-Side, lulled by Starving Yet Full's androgynous vocals, is the kind of song that is gut-wrenching to the listener, taking the audience to a dimension overflowing with deep and dark sexual feelings.

On the B-side, Ali X (also a member of the late Azari & III) is delivering a rather sinister and haunted techno remix — distinguishing himself nicely from the original, whereas French band dOP unveils a fairly more melodic and dancefloor-oriented interpretation while keeping the essence of what makes Drawn 2 U so unique.

The very talented Mr. John Daly delivers four master class House tracks for Couldn't Care More. 'It's All Around You' and 'One Four Tee' let deepness and passion rule in full swing while 'Rescue' rides smoothly on a huge bass line. And 'Stay Close' is nothing but a fascinating groove. Inspired and timeless vibes by John Daly, if you have a floor to fill this record comes handy for sure.

Following their previous Mantra EP, Polybius Trax present here another three track EP from Mantra showcasing a variety of acid styles. Opening track, Blackout, is a solid, no-nonsense acid techno workout, perfect for a strobe filled warehouse, and features builds and drops layered with ethereal tones. LOYOTO are the East-Berlin born Eva Be and Cle from the western part of the formerly dived city. Both started their DJ and producer career almost at the same time in the heart of the then developing scene, the very center of Berlin, just after the wall came down. Originally rooted in very different styles of music, they encountered for the first time DJing together in 2011, finding common ground in more than just music - a gig, that should lead to more: They decided to combine their talents and knowledge and build a studio together. Here, and during legendary back2back DJ sets, they finally united their different musical backgrounds - dub/reggae and underground house music - and defined their very own sound.

Mu¨stesna is an Istanbul based independent record label founded in 2018 with an aim to reveal and re-evaluate the underrated sounds which was either forgotten, or not yet discovered.

Poker Flat Recordings drop a new four track EP from Greek Techno / House producer Thanasis Voulgaris. Under his Kindimmer moniker, Voulgaris has been putting out quality dancefloor music since 2010, including a handful of releases already for Steve Bug's iconic Poker Flat label. 'Merge', the title track sets the tone with a killer, propulsive rhythm, adding chopped up organ stabs and shuffling funky percussion. 'Swift Changes' has a similar deft touch, all slinky chords that bring about thoughts of the classic Detroit sound, while adding his own signature take. 'It's Coming' is a little harder, with a booming kick and tricky hats, before opening up into another deep bomb that will keep the more discerning floors in raptures. 'Ride With Me' flexes its funk - the groove jacks a little harder and the vibe is definitely ready to make the basements sweat.

Art Vandelay is one of the last projects Marcus Intalex aka Trevino had ready for release before his untimely passing. Launching the Vandelay Industries label with an EP of cheeky, Chicago informed House music, VDI001 is another testament to Marcus Kaye's broad musical talents.

Superstar DJ Grace has been busy - sampling TS Madison's legendary call out of Caitlyn Jenner after the Trump inauguration last year. TS's cutting disses mixed with the warm statements of tran unity caught Grace's ear, resulting in a ten and half minute acid lick complete with deep chords to bring the mood and stay true to her original deep house vibe. This first release on Grace's label TruVanity ft. remixes by Brooks and Grace herself. Check it!

And wow, did they deliver :D

'Detona' (to detonate) opens the Ep in a relentless way, with a rhythm that swallows everything around, pushing and pushing and then pushing some more.

'Shu Shu' is where things get dirty and hi-hats are unleashed like flying knives over our heads.

Also take a listen to the flip side, where we bring in our household rhythm smith Mijo to remix 'Shu Shu' in his inimitable style.

And then, the cherry on top: 'Ramp and Rage'. Just release this train of a track in front of a 4am audience with a proper sound system -maybe throw a little strobe light in the mix- and let it do it's thing. Dog barking samples included.

ACID FIKA, a slice of the Swedish Acid scene. Here we have an absolute massive compilation of current Acid from Sweden. Featuring Robert Leiner, Dungeon Acid, Tilliander, Villa Abo, Cari Lekebusch, NoS, Helltown Acid Militia and Daniel Araya. Each artist brings to the table their own unique flavor of the Swedish acid sound. Mastered by 6Bit Deep in Copenhagen and pressed on heavyweight vinyl, a future classic in the making.

After gaining international praise from their hugely successful EP, 'L.D.O.E', Aaaron & Deckert return to the stage, this time debuting their forthcoming EP, 'Wide Eyes', on Scatcity Records. The pair offer more of their immersive and melodic techno, with
JMII and Skatman coming through on the remix duties. 

Low-pounding subs sets 'Wide Eyes' menacing tone from the very start, filtering gradually a range of rumbling low-end synths against a punchy drum pattern. Slow warbling synths slowly build into the tracks main attraction; Nessi, who offers a raw and chilling vocal display that floats you effortlessly into the early hours. 

With 'Titans', the duo once again build upon their impressive sub-heavy work, this time enriching their creation of dense musical atmospheres through a range of mystic synth chords and deep brass attacks that expand and resonate throughout. 

Skatman flips the headline track entirely, stripping back Nessi's vocals to only display her deep soulful howls that echo over his impressive melodic chord sequencing.

JMII's remix of 'Titans' Is definitely one for the later hours, transforming the duos sub heavy realm into a range of crunchy, industrial drum patterns that multiply across an array of analogue synth lines.

Following well received EPs from Myriadd and Q-Chip, Gnosis are ecstatic to have prolific UK producer Nigel Rogers (aka Ellis De Havilland, Operator Tracey, Orpheus, Pagan Ritual, Sir Leon Greg etc.) on board for their third release.

'Drowning In Your Eyes' is a four track EP recorded under his Perseus Traxx handle. A name he's used for a mass of relentlessly creative output on Bunker, Chiwax, I Love Acid, M>O>S Recordings, Solar One Music, Barba Records and Hardmoon London to name but a few.

Hot off the heels of CDH005 by DJ Lettuce, French imprint Chineurs de House releases Chabha Dassin Hakku, an EP by established Swiss producer Pascal Viscardi.

LA HESS

The EP opens with this engaging tune. It is driven by the sequence of warm and thick TB-303 bassline and drum machine programming reminiscent of Chicago jakbeat. In addition to lush pads, the producer uses dreamy wind instrument sounds as well as arpeggios of a cosmic persuasion. The result is deep and dance-inducing at the same time, and this tune is an efficient but far from simplistic dancefloor weapon.

Tizi Ouzou

Here's another journey of a track, with an elegant sound design that is reminiscent of soft focus in video, where Viscardi shows his impressive production skills. With the raw pulse of the rhythmic section coupled with vintage synth programming, bodies are put in motion. With oriental-sounding melodies, deep chords and hand percussion samples, the mind loses itself. Geared for the dancefloor but almost experimental, this is a very special track waiting to be unleashed by DJs who dare to be different.

Maladie d'Amour

It is impossible to sit still while listening to this track, a slice of robust deep house with a clear African influence. It is built around a highly compelling beat, with a variety of samples, male vocals and dizzying pads. Viscardi reminds us that less is more and he manages to create a classy and floaty tune that is nonetheless geared for the dancefloor.

Village Numérique

This track is a downtempo gem. It's a soulful affair at the crossroads of the Balearic and afro worlds. Percussion sounds, marimba melodies, vintage electric keyboard chords, a plodding bassline, sound FX and spoken word are masterfully combined by Viscardi to close the EP in style with this slow-burning tune.

The Global Skywatch family have been discovering evidence of geoengineering on a scale never before seen and have decided to take a stand.
